Accessible to the road and there are shops nearby if you need something. It was a great quick stop for a night to get some rest before continuing on our drive.

The room was clean the beds were comfortable.

The parking can be an issue if you have late check in. Does not seem to be enough space for the amount of rooms.

The A/C worked well

Staff not pleasant. Overpowering scent of cleaning agent upon entering room which persisted for entire stay. Rolling chair broken and leaning to right side-unusable, bathtub drain has no plug so just a straight hole down, room very dated and beat up.

Double room was clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom.

No direct driveway between north and south of building.

Reception ladies were very welcoming...

Basic hotel...nothing fancy just functional. Wa;king distance to town..Tim Hortons next door

Building is incredibly dated. There was a WiFi outage during the afternoon. Strong airfreshners. Dated TVs with poor picture and audio - would be nice to have smart TVs. Big clunky keys. Loose/dated plumbing fixtures. Low shower head. Holes in tub surround tiles of old mounting locations. Price did not reflect age and updates to building

right off the main route, but very quiet overall. We were looking for a pet friendly place to sleep, and this was great for us, as we had a main floor spot with the door coming straight off the parking lot.

Tap wasn’t working in the bathroom sink so I had to use the kitchen sink for the entire stay

Payer $190 pour avoir un lit inconfortable, une douche et une salle de bain très (très) moyenne, une décoration complètement dépassée, une climatisation qui fait un bruit de générateur, et impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre car trop de bruit dehors. Franchement, on se demande pourquoi des établissements comme ça sont laissés dans cet état, mais continue d’oser demander autant d’argent pour une nuit…

Parking is a gong show! Spots are too small, and most folks drive trucks and SUV's.

We stayed here for one night on a long road trip. We were looking for something on the cheaper side but clean. We thought we could trust a Sandman and the pictures made it look good, but we were wrong. This hotel is very rundown. What they are asking for in rates is way too high for what you get. As we arrived, early by the way, but exhausted from the drive, we were met by a very rude employee, Cheryl, who made it very clear we were not welcome there until check-in at 4pm. We understood and left and came back later, but after the day we had it would have been nice to have been spoken to professionally.

The noise in the room began at 5:30 a.m. when the next door business started loading stock using a backhoe.

Great location. Easy in, easy out.

Free parking. More of a motel than a hotel. Juliet on reception was lovely and did her best. The Greek restaurant was very good.

Very dated. Only one bed side table. No cups for coffee had to go to the lobby to get some. Coffee jug hadn’t been cleaned. Old bath tub was very scratched. Shower was very forceful and unable to be changed. No plug for the sink. Took 20 minutes to check in as Juliet was dealing with a customer discrepancy.

As we pulled into the parking lot we thought oh my goodness it’s a slum. This was a total catfish. The pictures on the website depicted a nice updated hotel that was clean and looked like a pleasant place to stay.. that was not the case at all. It was disgusting. Our stay there lasted approximately one hour when we decided it would be better to get in the car and drive three more hours rather than stay there. When we mentioned to an employee at a nearby business that we were staying there they make a horrible face and immediately give us suggestions on other places that we might consider to stay. My daughter is disabled and this place is not handicap accessible at all as we were told it was. Shame on corporate Sandman hotels for the deceptive, misleading advertisements, write ups and pictures. Do not stay there.

Helpful friendly staff. Convenient restaurant, good Greek style food. Clean room, good value for the price.

The room was a little warm , but the AC fan was too noisy to run it while sleeping.

Bed uncomfortably soft. Turning on the bathtub faucet get you soaked by the shower. Faucet turns on tub and shower at the same time.

Quaint older building on the creek. Lots of charm. Ate our supper at the picnic table beside the creek listening to bird song and the water. Room was clean and our car was parked just outside the door making it easy to grab what we needed at anytime. Front desk staff kind and polite.

Our room door was open when we arrived so it made me wary and confused.

Only location. It’s easy to access and nearby some coffee shops and stores.

It’s in too bad quality. I just make a review in google too. Very bad quality. Washroom is too bad. Shower is not good. AC is too loud and its motor is burning and then it’s too hot inside the room.

Check In nicht vor 16:00 Uhr möglich, keine Chance. Wanne ist alt, sollte mal getauscht werden. WLAN ist schlecht. Bach ist sehr laut. Kaum TV-Sender. Renovierung wäre mal angebracht, das Interieur ist ausbaufähig.

The room was not that clean.Dust on most surfaces and bathroom baseboards were filthy and some one else’s hair in tub. The house cleaning staff needs to do a more thorough job!!

The room was, comfortable but really needs updating. Also needs more lighting in the room.

Expensive for the condition/area of the motel.

Outside needs some work, not visually appealing, but room was clean and quiet TV was not good, blurry and only 13 basic channels, overall ,ok!

The hotel is an ok place to stay in Cache Creek, which is a small town without many options. However, our room was at the end of the hallway next to the emergence exit door, but people were always noisily using it, especially in the very early morning (3am-ish) hours and accompanied by the loud shutting of room doors. Perhaps some of the rooms are used as long-term rental? Also, the hotel is next to a warehouse and a forklift started very noisily loading a truck at 5am. Aside from those things, no complaints

We usually book at Sandman so was pleased to book at Cache Creek. We were VERY DISAPPOINTED at the condition. Aside from the condition,, the suite doors did not have working Safety Closures Latch Theshold Smoke seal No sprinkler Exit corridor doors

We tried to cancel this stay and change it to the next night and you would not allow it. We are very disappointed in this company and won’t be considering Sandman for our next get-away. Said it was reconciled but it does not appear to be that way.

It’s an old place and the housekeeping is “ok”. Kids shoes in the hallway were still there the next morning. The towel rack is in the suite’s hallway at head height so if you’re taller than 5 feet, be ready to duck or you’ll lose an eye. If they had mounted it above the fridge/microwave stack, just 3 feet over it wouldn’t have even been mentioned. And the shower head is at about 5’6” so I had to wash my hair on my knees. It’s a fine motel for 1 night but it’s not a destination I would choose again

The garbage wasn’t empty, not especially clean When we returned at 430 for our 2nd night, our room hadn’t been cleaned
