Sunset Motel

Despite being right next to the road, the hotel provided a very clean room, a comfortable bed, and great hot water pressure. The noise from cars was not an issue at night.

The hotel is located on a busy road and has no green space.

Einfacher Check Inn, perfekt für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise ,Bad sehr klein, trotz Nähe zur Hauptstraße war es doch sehr ruhig in der Nacht, im Ort beschränkte Auswahl an Restaurants

Einfaches Motel, aber es hat an nichts gefehlt und alles war sehr sauber. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthalts war sehr unkompliziert und nett.

Nichts, für den vergleichsweise günstigen Preis eine tolle Unterkunft!

Het was schoon en netjes en prima voor een tussenstop voor een lange afstandreis. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk.

De plaats Cache Creek is prima als tussenstop om voor 1 nacht te verblijven tijdens een lang afstand reis. In het dorp en omgeving is niet echt veel te beleven.

Niet echt heel goed schoon. Vloer vies en de deken op het bed zat een koffievlek. Dus die is niet schoon uit de was. Airco maakt heel veel lawaai als die aanslaat. Ontbijt stelt niets voor.

es war leider nicht sehr sauber das Bad war extrem klein - von einem "Deluxe" Zimmer, haben wir etwas mehr erwartet es gab nur eine sehr dünne Decke zum Zudecken, nachts wurde es kalt

It was small but it was clean it was newly renovated and it was close to amenities I would definitely stay there again.

The room was small, but very clean. The bed was super comfortable. We were worried being close to the road, and all the truck noise, but the room was actually very quiet. Didn’t hear the traffic at all! The suggestion of the Taco Hut for supper was excellent. Great food and atmosphere. Just outside of Cache Creek. A one minute drive

The rooms were super clean and comfortable, if a bit small. The beds were wonderful. We slept very well! It was in walking distance to a bunch of restaurants, so there was a choice to be made. It was super convenient off the highway.

The motel was clean and very comfortable. Check in was easy with some local recommendations (taco stand!). The bed was comfortable and great coffee facilities. Cache creek itself was lovely to walk around with shop nearby.

The room was very compact but adequate. The guy at the front desk was friendly, polite and helpful. When I found out there was no ice machine (or any share services), I think he gave me ice from his own freezer.

Google Maps or Booking.com stated that breakfast was included - wrong! Also, Cache Creek was a convenient stopping point in my trip but not an interesting place to visit. Poor food options and not much local color. Pretty much just a cluster of hotels, gas and chain restaurants. Not Sunset Motels problem, but part of the value is location and my stay the next night in Radium Hot Springs was less expensive for a bigger room in a more interesting town.

L'accueil est chaleureux et le réceptionniste donne de bons conseils. L'emplacement est parfait pour une escale d'une nuit pour couper la route.

Updated motel. Cute fridge, has a desk and workspace, has a Kurig machine, very small room and very small bathroom. Bed seems comfy. Is clean and friendly staff. Very reasonable price for the space.

Cramped room with no vent fan in the washroom. Once you take a hot shower the whole room is filled with humidity and you don’t want to keep the washroom windows open longer when it’s -6 C outside.

They cleaned with a pretty strong smelling cleaner. I had to air out a few times to manage it. I mean, it meant it was clean! The bathroom is teeny tiny.

Everything was fine. This was a destination trip so we didn’t stay long in any motel.

The price was very reasonable. For the room I received. Although it was my very first time staying there. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and friendly staff named Michael! Great value. Will be staying there again! Thanks, Michael!

We always stay at the Sunset Motel whenever we are in Cache Creek It is quiet motel, and the staff are professional and friendly The beds are comfy, the rooms are spotless, and the shower is great! We have never been disappointed

It’s right off the highway. The bed was comfortable. The shower was pretty good. No carpet and it was clean.

There was an air purifier in the room that blasted out some smell every so often. We had to open the door and window to air it out: it was far too strong. Eventually we just u plugged it.

Dans la salle de bain, l’espace est vraiment minime. il est difficile de sortir de la baignoire. De plus nous n’avons pas pu prendre de douche ni nous laver les cheveux car nous n’avons pas compris le fonctionnement de la pomme de douche. Nous avons pensé qu’elle n’était pas relié au réseau.

Motel d'étape. C'est tout petit mais très propre. Micro-onde et ustensiles de cuisine très appréciables.

Wir haben versucht, einzuchecken und sind bei dem Personal abgeblitzt. Kein Entgegenkommen. Wir sind weitergefahren und haben uns trotz bezahltem Zimmer eine neue Unterkunft gesucht.

Convenient property, close to a Tim Hortons, Pizza joint, market, and a few other restaurants, all walking distance. The motel is convenient for pulling up and easily unloading your gear. I was on a motorcycle and had my share of gear, not to mention it was extremely hot, so the short distance to my room was welcomed. The only negative I'll say is there were a lot of nats in my room initially. Not sure what that was about. Otherwise the room was clean and had what you needed.

Toll! Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht dort. Das Zimmer war groß und das Bett sehr bequem. Wir hatte die Deluxe-Variante. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem was dazu gehört. Lage perfekt mit Parkplätzen, Supermarkt direkt vor der Tür. Sonnenuntergang inklusive - haben wir vor der Tür beim selbst gemachten Abendessen genossen.

A bit close to Highway. Couldn’t find the lever to pull to turn on the shower.

Quick night right on Hwy 1 in Cache Creek! A little rough around the edges but no real complaints except that it would have been nice if the doors had deadbolts or some type of secondary locks.

No check in till 4 PM. Room super small. Highway noise. Won't go back
