Destination Inn Cache Creek

Rooms are small but adequate. Looking around, they are tiding the property up abit, what has been done looks good.

Maybe a new bed would be nice.

The location is super easy to find. Sec (sp?) is an absolute gem! He catered to all of our needs without a single complaint. The units open to a shared courtyard with a lovely pool, fitness room and sauna. There is also a shared bbq area, complete with all the required tools. Parking is excellent, with front room entrances. There are large tv's in each room with access to all the top streaming channels, as well as local channels. Sec helped with the volume issues we had without waiting for a long time. Fridge, table and chairs, uodated Keurig coffee maker, and two queen sized beds -firm yet comfy. Sec provided extra towels and pillows upon entering our room. The bathroom is lovely with a hose head shower (love!). Floors are tiled, or wood laminate, making it allergen friendly.

Location was great for a stopping off point on our road trip. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, accessable and had almost everything we needed for an overnight stay.

Space was a bit on the small size but manageable.

Großes Zimmer. Ruhiger Innenhof. Pool, Sauna. Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Kochmöglichkeitrn mit einem richtigen Herd. Extra Schlafzimmer. Ruhige Lage trotz Highway-Nähe. Abgeschlossener Parkplatz.

Easy to find with good facilities

Great staff, and convenient location.

The TV device did not allow us to watch the Blue Jays game and did not provide CBC news.

location is good, but there is no breakfast in this motel

toilet was not clean, part of the bathtub is rusty

A pool in 30 degrees heat is amazing, a fitness room in the morning amazing. Internet worked perfect, big tv, bed comfortable all good.

Could use a few small spoons and a little better bath cleaning otherwise perfect

The rooms were spotless and the manager was as really friendly and helpful.

It was a perfect stop over hotel on our way from Whistler to Revelstoke.

Great pool and friendly people

Cleanliness 10/10 comfortable beds . Clean showers

pool water was coollldddd !!!!

Clean and bright as well as quiet

Clean, good beds, air-conditioning worked good. Very nice for the price 👌

Very nice hotel in Cache Creek right off the highway. Secure parking and able too park in front of room .Bonus is swimming pool in a nice courtyard.Work out room too .Awesome young lady at front desk that checked in . Very friendly, professional and helpful .Loved her puppy Kita

Privacy, quiet, quality body wash etc. top cleanliness.

Tiny kitchen table, huge dresser taking too much room, awful coffee in room, small washroom, noisy air conditioner.

Fairly new and clean with good amenities. Very secure

Hard bed and small room

This place is infested with bed bugs. My daughter and I had driven 15 hours that day and were exhausted. We had to flee the bed bugs at midnight and sleep in our car on the side of the road, as Cache Creek is remote and there was nothing else available. The property did tell me that they would refund our money and that they would be remedying the situation. But check your bed if you stay here.

We liked the location, the office manager (Suk) and our fellow guests.

A small beef: we noticed that there was plenty of utensil, pot and pan but a couple of dinner plates if we had brought in a larger meal.

My daughter and I were just settling in after a long day when we found bedbugs. Not nice. We were out of there as quickly as possible and had a very difficult time trying to find accommodation elsewhere. The unit beside us was also infested. Management did nothing to help us find another place to stay.

The gentleman that checked us in was absolutely amazing very friendly and helpful

I can't think of anything that we didn't like

Bed very comfortable and the shower was great! Coffee in the room was nice. Small but mighty kitchen. Plenty of nice outdoor spaces with seats and tables. Secure parking area. Staff was really helpful and friendly. Freshly painted and very clean. Pool was beautiful!

The breaker blew when we used microwave and the stove. We were able to call for help but not until 10 am. No grab bar in the tub area. Expensive for an older hotel /motel in spite of its recent renovation.

Großes Zimmer. Sehr weiche; bequeme Betten.

Great stay, clean room, there is pool gym and sauna (nothing fancy but all you need!). Great deal for the price

Everything

Clean and comfort room, big TV

Good location on the main road. Friendly and helpful staff.

I don’t want to appear over enthusiastic, but this little shelter from the rain really did turn out to be a lovely gem. The front desk fellow was super friendly and helped me out with my TV troubles. After he left, I noticed there were very specific instructions, laminated, on the bedside table with the remotes. The beds, room, and bathroom were very clean. The little fridge and freezer unit was super helpful for me, and the microwave worked great. I would have no hesitation to recommend this if you’re looking for a place in Cache Creek.

The Front desk welcomed us very nicely . Checked with us every day and asked if we needed anything ,and how our stay was going.Very friendly & polite . As I lived in Cache Creek for many years & worked at this motel years ago, I was very impressed with all the changes that have been made. The rooms have all been updated from ceiling to floors . The beds are all new & comfortable, Tvs are now wall mounted I'm going to say 42" - 50" screen size & has streaming instead of local cable or satellite. Everything was so clean . They have a well equipped fitness room , & a sauna. There is also a nice area with a picnic table & BBQ for guest use, along with an outdoor common space with patio tables & chairs . The swimming pool and area with lounge chairs was very clean , the kids really enjoyed it . I rate it overall a 10/10. A little pricier per night but I found it worth it compared to the other motels in town .

Staff very helpful. Very good facilities in the room. Pleasantly surprised after feeling disappointed with the exterior impression on arrival.

Outward appearance of the complex wasn’t appealing.

Excellent check in, great service. The rooms were spotless. We will return!

Beds were very comfortable9

The host was very friendly and approachable, the rooms were spotless, the decor was beautiful, the pool was sparkling, the gym was well equipped and the outdoor patio was welcoming. We will definitely be recommending this motel to our friends and family!

Everything was as expected. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful!

Our room had a shared door with another room which was locked but you could still hear the other side.

netheid

de ventilator koelde niet genoeg

It was a great location and good value for money.

The location is good, and the staff is welcoming. The hotel is rectangular-shaped with a yard inside. The parking is very safe with a gate at the entrance.

Friendly helpful staff, big tv, great water pressure.

Highway noise, though limited.

Heel fijn motel, ruime schone kamer met koffiezetapparaat, heerlijke bedden, goede badkamer. Auto voor de deur. Heerlijk zitje aan de achterkant. Alles prima.

Zwembad was helaas nog niet open.

Service desk was quick and friendly. Room was good value and clean.

A little dated and not much for TV.

The room has everything you need for a short stay. Staff were brilliant, efficient and welcoming. Great stop on a long road trip

We found the pillows too big and uncomfortable for the bed.

Very easy to chat with people or have privacy.

Nothing!

La gentillesse de l' accueil. Très serviable. Au calme. Salle de sport.

Piscine non accessible en rénovation

Easy to reach off the highway, comfortable clean rooms. Easy checkin and checkout.

Lovely staff, clean room, good kitchen.

Listed as 2 bedroom, but it was one bedroom with the other bed being in the main open / lounge area.

The personalized reception upon check in is awesome.. they made arrangements for my late check in and as usual, the room was perfect. I appreciated the assistance with a late check out as well.

It was very clean and a big surprise at how nice the rooms are. The outer appearance made me nervous at first, but the inside was very nice and there is a great outdoor space.

This place is great! The cottages are newly renovated and really cute. I stayed in a suite and it had everything I needed. I arrived late but they provided all the instructions to access the secure parking area and how to get inside. The beds were comfortable, the coffee machine made coffee, the place was clean, what more can you ask for. I would definitely stay here again!

Nothing

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Das Motel wurde sehr schön renoviert. Es war sehr sauber. Top Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

On motorcycle we appreciated the option of secure gated parking. close to several different restaurants. very clean. great front desk personnel.

no complaints

Goede locatie, bed en douche prima. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer.

Sonst keine Kritikpunkte.

We enjoyed our stay - the staff was so welcoming, the room spacious and clean, ans the location was great. there was even a gym and dry sauna!

Nothing

Good location for an overnight stop. Room was clean and comfortable

There was no hot water in the evening for a shower

Although we were late, we were warmly welcomed. As well, we were upgraded to a larger room.

We liked everything.

I like that there's secure parking in the back of the property and the staff was very friendly.

The room was very cold and the ed was not very comfortable The t v kept loading and wouldn't connect to the wifi properly to watch anything I gave up and turned it off The room looks updated until you walk into the bathroom. And then realize that it's only partially done

Excellent, clean comfortable and good staff. I slept better here than at a 5 star! Its super comfortable and quiet. The staff provided a late check in with no issues. This is one of the best places I've stayed for this price point.

Nothing.

The front desk staff are the most friendly and helpful folks. The room is clean and opens to a courtyard that is great for relaxing and letting the pup wander. We have used the small, but well stocked gym and the dry sauna.

Very clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds. Good strong shower. Quiet, no road noise (back side of the motel) . They didn’t charge us a pet fee for our 20 pound dog.

Our room was quite small this time ( single queen bed). We had stayed here before and the room was huge so a small room was a bit of a surprise. Next time I’ll book a room with 2 queen beds.

Clean and had coffee and a cookie. Owner was excellent and very nice to deal with.

Very clean Very friendly and helpful staff

Great gym, the rooms were small but well equipped, and the gated parking was nice. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The best place in this small town.

We couldn’t get many things in tv, the channels were limited,

Lovely hotel with very nice staff.

Staff was kind, friendly. Everything was clean. It is a quiet small room but has everything inside with kitchen. Very cozy and perfect to stay one night to have a break on my way to go back home from Banff.

The location was great with everything we needed being within walking distance. The pool was a fantastic option in the hot weather

Can't think of anything

acomidation were clean and the local food was good

Excellent front desk young man, very friendly and helpful.

End table besides beside bed would be nice.
