Die Bungalows sind in die Jahre gekommen,das Personal nicht gerade freundlich, die Ausstattung war mittelmässig, man bezahlt nur für die Lage.

The location is excellent - just a short walk along the beach to Walking Street. There are live performers along the beach eg. Fire man & singers at the beach restaurants. Sunbeds along the beach were great for relaxing & getting a drink from the hotel bar nearby.

Where do I start? Although reception asked about our arrival time & boat company, nobody picked us up at the pier. We had to ask a driver from another hotel to make a call to Mali. Eventually a driver arrived. The approach to Mali is very unsightly, lots of rubbish, building waste etc. It looks very unprofessional. When I mentioned to reception that nobody was waiting at the pier, the receptionist didn't care nor did she smile at any time. Generally staff look very unhappy, no smiles & unfriendly. The air conditioning took a long time to cool the room & the ceiling fan sounded like a helicopter. We noticed many maintenance issues, slow drainage in shower floor waste, shower head attachment broken, missing deck boards, broken taps and exposed wires. There was no coffee or tea facilities & the bed sloped towards the middle because there were 2 single mattresses joined together to form a large bed. If you need fast internet you will be frustrated.

Was a very enjoyable stay. We upgraded in arrival to the location closest to the beach and also the bar where we were looked after by Ohm who made a great margarita. Walking distance to the main attractions and good quality breakfast. Will definitely return.

A cama de casal era duas de solteiros que estavam juntadas, porém como não tinha nada que segurasse, elas se separavam e acabávamos acordando com dores nas costas. O chuveiro não era fixo, precisava ficar segurando com uma mão ou receber pouca água se deixar ele suspenso na parede.

Location, nice staffs, clean, comfortable

The location was convenient, the room was clean, and the overall ambiance was pleasant.

The staff did not handle the situation professionally. During checkout, they assured me that my baggage would be delivered to the pier. However, after waiting for 30 minutes and making 12 unanswered calls, I had to return to the hotel myself to follow up. To my surprise, the baggage was still there at 1:00 PM, despite their promise to deliver it by 12:30 PM. If the staff had been more professional and courteous—particularly by answering my calls—I would not have given them a low rating.

Das Hotel ist eine absolute Frechheit und entspricht in keiner Weise den Bildern auf Booking.com. Wir sind am 04.07. angereist und waren so schockiert vom Zustand der Anlage, dass wir das Resort sofort wieder verlassen haben. Anschließend haben wir uns auf Koh Lipe ein anderes Hotel für denselben Zeitraum gebucht. Die Unterkunft wirkt eher wie ein einfacher Campingplatz – mehr lässt sich dazu kaum sagen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut unangemessen und steht in keinem Verhältnis zu der gebotenen Qualität.

We stayed in a beach front garden wing bungalow. Nice view, nice room. Staff was attentive and nice. Breakfast was good. People reserved sun chairs starting early, still able to find one later on if that’s your thing, but the beach and sand work too. Not sure if the value was there for this particular room/property choice but really, we were there for the island not just staying in our room or on the property.

Air conditioning didn’t work for the first 2 days, cooler outside than it was inside. Took a while to fix unfortunately.

Supertrevligt! Uppskattade mycket uromhusbadrummet som var stort med två tvättställ & två duschar. Stort rum med bra förvaringsutrymme. Sköna sängar & kuddar 😀 Fönster i tre vädersträck. Härlig utsikt över stranden & havet. Utmärkt läge på Pattaya-stranden. Mycket trevlig & hjälpsam personal. Bra frukostutbud, bra mat i restaurangen. Efter Mali var vi 2 veckor på en resort på Sunrise beach. Mali & Pattaya-stranden är 100 ggr bättre. Skulle gärna återvända.

Städningen får ett minus.

Jag gillar allt med Mali. Det här var 5e gången jag bor där. Tycker det här är bästa läget för boende på hela Koh Lipe.

The Good: The breakfast buffet and the breakfast service staff were pleasant.

Transport & Arrival  * Overcrowded Shuttle: Upon arrival at the pier, the transport was overbooked. My friend and I were forced to squeeze into the front seat next to the driver. It was so cramped that I was in pain when the door was closed.  * First Impression: The back entrance of the hotel is neglected and littered with plastic waste. Room Condition & Hygiene We paid extra for a front-row room, but the quality was unacceptable:  * Cleanliness: The air conditioning unit was filthy. The shower floor had visible pink mold, and the curtains were stiff with years of accumulated sand.  * Maintenance: The bathroom wood was rotting/destroyed, and the fixtures (showerhead and bidet) were rusty and moldy.  * Security Issues: The main door could not be locked. We had to rely on the balcony door, which didn't even close fully when "locked."  * Housekeeping: After "cleaning," the staff left black footprints all over the bathroom floor, requiring a second cleaning. Facilities & Service  * The Safe: The room safe died while our passports were inside due to a dead battery. While the receptionist assisted us, it was another sign of poor preventative maintenance.  * Theft/Loss: My snorkeling mask was stolen from our balcony. Be very careful with your belongings here, or you will be charged (650 Baht replacement fee). Lunch was flavorless and overpriced. A fresh coconut costs 120 Baht, significantly higher than the local restaurants in town.

Posizione eccezionale sulla spiaggia più bella dell’isola. Cibo ottimo, servito direttamente dal sulla spiaggia, per poter mangiare vista mare.

Stanza un po’ piccola per 4 persone. Bagno aperto (per me un pregio ma capisco che possa non essere apprezzato da qualcuno). Non c’era sapone per le mani. Colazione non a buffet.

Nous avons commandé une pizza au restaurant et celle-ci n’était pas bonne du tout. La salle de bain et le plafond de la chambre présentaient des moisissures. Il y avait beaucoup de moucherons. La propreté est à désirer.

Schöne Anlage, direkt am Strand. Sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück. Was öfter zu beobachten war, dass sich am Nachmittag fremde Leute auf den Liegen breit gemacht haben, aber die Dame an der Strandbar hatte das super im Griff. Die wurden kurz aber energisch verwiesen. Top!

Der Duschkopf ist mitten im Bad, damit wird ringsum alles nass! Die Toilette war öfter verstopft, was aber umgehend behoben wurde. Die Zimmer sind etwas abgewohnt.

la posizione di questo resort è imbattibile, sulla spiaggia più bella di koh lipe e nell’unico tratto privo di long tail boats. i bungalow sono spaziosi e la colazione è molto buona nonostante sia alla carta.

tornando indietro non prenoterei la camera con il bagno all’aperto in quanto la presenza di roditori e zanzare ha rovinato l’esperienza, non è colpa dell’albergo naturalmente ma consiglierei il bagno interno assolutamente.

Нам досталась весьма потрепанная вилла. В Отеле есть обновленные. Нет кранов, чтобы смыть ноги от песка. Стоит небольшой кувшин. Песок постоянно на террасе. Нет метлы, чтобы смести, а убирают раз в сутки. Ванная комната, ужасна и плохо оборудованна. Очень много комаров, вечером даже на пляже не посидишь. Нет бассейна.

Very nice resort with the best position in the island. All staff was very nice and the service was great. If I will be back in Koh Lipe I would choose again this resort.

We had troubles with hot water availability that was discontinuous so we had to take a number of cold showers.

The breakfast was lovely and cooked to order. Location was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Spacious room and bathroom. Staff nice and friendly

Ripped bed sheets with holes in, which got changed as soon as I reported this. Damaged sunbed cushions which had holes in them, looked old and tired. Sunbeds all in a row and squashed together with the other guests. Too close and no space to relax with privacy. Lazy and inconsiderate guests leaving rubbish and cigarette ends in the sand. Poor selection of food on menu, no fresh coconuts, no vegan or gluten free options. Huge cracks in walls in the outside bathroom - so easy and quick to repair and look better. Day bed all stained with oil / dirt

5 min walk to walking street on a beautiful lively beach. The bathrooms in the balinese villas were impressive. The green was impressive. Nice bar on the beach. Lovely sea to swim at any time of the day so no need for a pool. Natural shade too. Really helpful staff.

Nothing really, but if I do have to give a suggestion I would ask for the sunbeds to be slightly seperated to allow better access to the beach, even though this might be a decision to allow for a bed for each guest without wanting to have rows (which is very much appreciated)

Domki maja kilka lat i widać że potrzebują remontu. Klimat miejsca jednak równoważy wszystko.

The location on the beach was amazing. Nice walk to walking street and the beach was quieter at that end. The view from our room was lovely. The staff were great at the beach bar and at breakfast. Really good breakfast too.

The room could do with a touch of paint and a better shower.

I would like to raise several concerns based on my recent experience. Firstly, the staff were not particularly welcoming, which affected the overall service experience. In addition, communication was challenging as some staff were unable to speak or understand English effectively. Secondly, there were environmental issues that require attention. There was a noticeable presence of mosquitoes, suggesting that pest control measures may need improvement. Furthermore, stray dogs were observed in the area, which may pose safety concerns. I hope these matters can be reviewed and addressed to improve the overall customer experience. Thank you.

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es gibt keinen Wasserkocher oder Tassen. Gäste reservieren morgens schon Liegen, die dann den halben Tag leer bleiben.

Bellissima struttura fronte mare sulla spiaggia di Pattaya Beach, con lettini a disposizione dei clienti. Immersa in un meraviglioso giardino tropicale, ospita bungalow che rendono l’atmosfera ancora più rilassante e suggestiva. È la terza volta che soggiorno qui e mi sono sempre trovata molto bene.

Se proprio devo trovare una nota negativa, i bagni dei bungalow in giardino tendono ad allagarsi un po’ dopo la doccia, ma personalmente per me non è stato un problema.

Pontos positivos: • Localização excelente, pé na areia • Praia muito limpa e bem estruturada • Jardim e área externa agradáveis • Cabanas amplas e confortáveis • Ar-condicionado eficiente • Limpeza frequente • Cofre no quarto • Café da manhã à la carte com pratos bem servidos Comentário final: Hotel com boa base estrutural e localização privilegiada, entregando um café da manhã melhor do que aparenta. Ainda assim, a experiência geral é limitada pela simplicidade operacional.

Pontos negativos: • Internet muito ruim • Não possui piscina • Não possui restaurante estruturado • Área do café/bar com organização simples (utensílios expostos) • Recepção básica Observações: Alta incidência de pernilongos/borrachudos — uso de repelente é essencial.

Nous avons payé un supplément pour disposer d'un bungalow première ligne, celui-ci était en face du bar / restaurant. Nous n'avions aucune intimité et avons été obligé de rester rideaux fermés en permanence. L'équipe de l'hotel n'est ni agréable, ni compréhensive comparé aux autres hotels rencontrés en thailande. Les lieux n'étaient pas propres, ils ne s'en sont pas excusé, ni fait nettoyé. Nous avons finalement écourté notre séjour

Doskonała lokalizacja, tuż przy najlepszym odcinku plaży Pattaya. Możliwość zostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu z hotelu. Bardzo dobre śniadanie.

Krásný resort na pláži, čisto, příjemný personál, , nádherné moře, snídaně výběr z menu, ale dostačující, voda na baru celý den k dispozici.

Sehr schöne Anlage mitten in einem Garten. Für uns war es die schönste am Strand. Auch sehr ruhig gelegen. Im Garten Bungalow hört man gar keine Musik vom unteren Ende der Bucht. Man gibt sich viel Mühe mit dem Garten. Sehr freundliches Personal. Immer hilfsbereit. Sie alle machen einen hervorragenden Job un die Gäste zufrieden zustellen. Die Ausstattung des großzügigen Bungalows war gediegen, elegant und zweckmäßig. Das Aussenbad war gelungen, und zweckmäßig, aber abends waren die Mücken nervig.

Ja die Bungalows werden suggessive renoviert und modernisiert. Unser B. (B9) war sehr abgewohnt. Wir haben ein Auge zugedrückt, weil die Lage genau unseren Vorstellungen entsprach. Vorhang am Eingang, Befestigung mittig ausgerissen. Waschbecken locker, Wasserhahn lose, Aussendusche muss dringend gemacht werden. Dusche abgesackt weil die komplette Außendusche unterspült ist und die Vegetation die Wand umdrückt. Wand 2x gerissen. Auch wenn man zwischen die Häuser schaut, sieht das nicht gut aus. Da müsste mal aufgeräumt werden. Alte PVV Rohre liegen dort herum. Teile von Pumpen. Sieht aus wie ein Schrotthaufen. Die Sprinkleranlage im Garten muss repariert werden. Dann hätte man Zeit. So ist der Gärtner nur am gießen. Alles Feinheiten. Trotzallem die schönste Anlage am Strand, wegen dem Garten.

Chambre et salle de bain vétustes, pas de rideaux (voilages...vis a vis important) , personnel de l'accueil pas très aimable. réception minuscule, pas du tout adapté à l'environnement de l'hôtel. très médiocre

Resort byl moc pěkný, super umístění na pláži, pláž a moře nádherné, snídaně dostačující - výběr z menu + ovoce. Na pláži v baru po celý den k dispozici voda. Bungalovi jsou každý den uklizeny, každý den čisté ručníky i na pláž, postel pohodlná, personál velmi milý, čekali na nás v přístavu a odvezli kufry. Kousek jsou nákupní možnosti a spousta restaurací.

Trochu hlučnější klimatizace.

Die Lage des Hotel ist wunderbar, zudem wird man vom Pier abgeholt, was auch total praktisch ist. Die Anlage wirkt sehr gepflegt, und ist direkt am Pattaya Strand gelegen. Hier sind auch viele Liegen, die zum Hotel gehören. Das Frühstück ist lecker und läuft nach dem a la carte Prinzip. Wasser kann 24/7 kostenfrei an der Bar gezapft werden. Man ist über den Strand in ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß an der walking street (dem Zentrum).

Preis-Leistung passt hier für mich nicht. Die Bungalows sehen nicht so aus, wie im Internet dargestellt. Hier herrscht dringender Renovierungsbedarf. In den Türen sind Spalte, durch die vor allem Mücken kommen können. Sicher abgeschlossen werden kann der Bungalow auch eher nicht. Die Dusche ist mitten im Bad, sodass das ganze Bad überschwemmt und nass wird, wenn man duscht. Die Liegen am Strand werden schon früh am Morgen von Gästen reserviert und liegen viel zu eng aneinander. Wenn man dann doch eine ergattern kann, liegt man fast auf dem Gast nebenan drauf. Von hier fahren einige Boote ab, was Lärm und manchmal auch Diesel Geruch mit sich bringt.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit Liegen direkt am weissen Sandstrand. Jungle-Feeling mit verschiedenen Bungalows. Frühstück direkt am Strand, war sehr lecker.

Preis-Leistung eindeutig viel zu teuer. Bungalow war schön, aber schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Liegen am Strand waren dreckig und ungepflegt. Wir hatten ein outdoorbadezimmer, das war zwar cool aber leider hatte es einen grossen Spalt in der Badezimmertüre, so dass Mücken ins Zimmer konnten. Auch wenn man in der Nacht aufs WC musste, wurde man verstochen.

La zona comuna que da a la playa y la propia playa donde está ubicado el hotel es genial. La habitación es espaciosa.

Las habitaciones que no tienen vista al océano se nota que ya tienen algunos años y los acabados están algo desgastados.

Немного не понятно , даже на фото видно что бунгало достаточно открытый, много стекла и это очень красиво , но стекло не тонированное и изза этого всегда эта красота закрыта шторами

Placering, roen, dejligt strandområde med gode parasoller og god morgenmad.

Kun at bruseren var i stykker på badeværelset. Vi boede i c5 som var lidt slidt i forhold til fx a og b hytterne men det var fint nok for os med den hytte vi havde i de 5 dage vi var der.
