I absolutely loved Ten Moons Hotel. The property is made up of charming stepped wooden bungalows — the rooms were clean, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. There's no pool, but honestly, it doesn't need one — the beach here is stunning. You can snorkel right off the shore or paddleboard across to the nearby island. The communal area faces the sea, and it's the perfect spot to just relax on the sofas and do nothing at all. Highly recommended.

I had the most amazing getaway at Ten Moons Lipe Resort! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The reception staff Ms Ya welcomed us with such warm smiles and genuine friendliness that we immediately felt at home. Their hospitality made a wonderful first impression. When I stepped into our room, I instantly fell in love. It was exactly what I had requested! The beach garden view was absolutely breathtaking, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax. The room was cozy, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. Everything in the room smelled so fresh and pleasant, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean as well. Unfortunately, three nights passed far too quickly because we enjoyed every single moment of our stay. The resort also made my friend's birthday extra special by surprising her with a beautiful birthday cake in the morning. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched my heart. A very special thank you to the outstanding staff, especially Ms. Ya, Ms. Tar Tar, and Ms. Lele. Your kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality went above and beyond. I highly recommend Ten Moons Lipe Resort to anyone visiting Koh Lipe. Everything was simply perfect, and I honestly have nothing to complain about—not even a single thing. I had the great pleasure of discovering the wonderful 10 Moons Resort at Sunrise Beach during my 5-week trip through Thailand. Even though I didn’t stay there, I ended up dining at their restaurant almost every single day – with the most breathtaking view directly over the sea. That alone makes this place truly special. From the very first moment, I was welcomed with a warmth that deeply touched me. It didn’t feel like just a visit – it felt like coming home. The entire team is like one big family, and this feeling is something they genuinely share with every guest. Their kindness, sincerity, and those beautiful, genuine smiles are simply priceless. I was cared for with so much love and attention that I felt truly welcome and special. It was this quiet, heartfelt attentiveness that made this place unforgettable for me. The food was outstanding every single time – which is exactly why I kept coming back again and again (and eventually almost every day). I also took the time to explore the entire property: the bungalows are beautiful and of a very high standard. The beach itself is absolutely stunning – to me, it felt like a fairytale. Crystal-clear water, soft sand, and a peaceful atmosphere that’s hard to describe. When it was time to leave, I actually had tears in my eyes. I’m deeply grateful for this experience and for all the wonderful people I met there. I already miss you – and I will definitely come back. Amazing location with beautiful beaches, clear waters, remote and private. The rooms are a bit primitive, but that just adds to the atmosphere. The island is small, so we just walked to the places we needed to go. Service was just perfect. Nice people, very good food, and rooms were cleaned to perfection. The only noise came from the waves hitting the beach.

Stayed at a Beach Bungalow (#2), literally absolute beachfront & absolutely fabulous. Room is solid, comfortable, lovely big bed. Very beachy feel. Bathroom a little rustic but all that you need! The outside beach shower was also appreciated. Attention to detail by all staff is simply exceptional. Food on site amazing. Had traditional Thai meals, & an even a pizza. Wow best pizza I’ve had in years! Watermelon Margaritas delicious. So peaceful, relaxing with beautiful views, & has private beach! Loved this place.

Located on the BEST beach in Koh Lipe !! Beautiful bungalows, clean, comfy and had everything you need Snorkelling off the beach is stunning… saw heaps of Clown fish Big menu and everything we ordered was delicious, including their cocktail menu Staff organised a fantastic snorkeling tour for us, including some beers and water in an esky. Almost want to keep it as we will be going back Staff are fantastic !!!!

We loved our stay at 10 Moons Sunrise Villas. The villas were spacious and clean with a big balcony with a sea view. The staff were so nice and helpful and the food was exceptional. The resort is tucked into a quiet corner of the island and right on the beach. It’s easy to hire a kayak and paddle to the islands for great snorkeling. I’d highly recommend 10 Moons Sunrise Villas.

The best place we stayed on our whole trip! The location is beautiful, the snorkelling off the beach is magical, and we loved Koh Lipe, but the amazing staff and all the little touches really made it extra special (snorkles and life jackets free to borrow!). We've been recommending it to everyone we know!

Absolutely loved every minute of our stay at Ten Moons Resort! This is not a luxury resort but the villas are clean and comfy and the location is hard to beat. We opted for a beachfront villa which was perfect for us with the beautiful beach right at your doorstep. If privacy is an issue for you, a hillside villa might be better as the beach can get a bit busy during the day but once everyone leaves it’s like paradise! The restaurant is amazing! The staff are outstanding! Snorkeling straight off the beach was very good with a great variety of fish. We went diving a few times and can recommend Castaway Divers just a 5 min walk along the beach. Koh Lipe has a great vibe and we can’t wait to return and will definitely stay at Ten Moons again.

We had the chance to stay at Ten Moons Lipe Resort for 9 days, and completely fell in love with the vibe of this place. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The beach had plenty of natural shade, which made it perfect for spending the whole day relaxing outside. The white sandy beach was absolutely beautiful, and one of the best parts was being able to snorkel right in front of the resort without being disturbed by boats. We truly loved the atmosphere and everything about this place. Definitely coming back again for sure.

After looking around the Island, I would say this is for sure the best place to stay on Koh Lipe for a family. It has a fantastic beach with enough shady spots. In addition, it's not too crowded, it has hardly any long tail boats, and the restaurant is quite good, with closeby alternatives. Also the reef is not bad for snorkeling. The bangalows are also suberb.

Great little beach! The location is perfectly situated away from the motorbike chaos in town/on "walking" street. It's about as quiet as a spot as you can get and still be near everything. The staff are excellent and make the process of getting in/out (via speedboat) VERY easy. Great food in the restaurant!

Most of what I didn't like was the result of Koh Lipe and not 10 moons hotel. If you're going to Koh Lipe, this is the hotel you'd want to stay.

Le personnel est exceptionnel et très attentionné, c'est LE point fort du Ten Moons. Tout se fait de manière simple. Le petit déjeuner à table est très bien et à volonté. Le cadre du restaurant est parfait. En bonus, le restaurant en lui-même est bon pour le déjeuner et le dîner. Nous avons voyagé avec notre enfant et il y a énormément d'attention porté aux familles, avec bon nombre de jeux de plages disponibles. Les chambres sont confortables et correctement équipées, avec une climatisation qui fonctionne bien. Enfin, la situation sur l'île est judicieuse : à la pointe, vous aurez une sensation d'isolement alors que tous les hôtels s'enchainent à 200m de là sur la plage. Enfin, nous tenions particulièrement à les remercier pour leur flexibilité, au regard de la situation actuelle et du changement d'itinéraire de vol long-courrier qui nous a été imposé. Nous y reviendrons !

Das Resort liegt vermutlich an einem der schönsten Strandabschnitte von Koh Lipe. Die Aussicht aus den Bungalows ist toll. Das Personal sehr nett und freundlich.

Trotz der tollen Lage ist der Preis hier für ein 3-Sterne-Resort im Bereich mancher 5-Sterne-Hotels. Aber auf Lipe ist das Preisniveau generell höher als auf anderen Inseln. Das Frühstück könnte für den Preis abwechslungsreicher sein.

Ten Moons Resort in Koh Lipe was honestly one of those rare places that just gets everything right. The location is, in my opinion, the best on the island — tucked away on a more secluded beach with crystal clear water and a coral reef right in front of you. The snorkeling is incredible, you don’t even need to leave the resort to experience it. The restaurant is also great, with something for everyone, whether you want something light or a proper meal after a long day in the sun. But what truly made this stay extra special was the team. The level of care, attention, and genuine kindness is something you don’t come across often. They made us feel less like guests and more like we were visiting close friends — always checking in, always making sure everything was just right, and going above and beyond in the most natural, effortless way. It’s that feeling that will bring me back.

The location, the beach, the layout, the staff, the beach, it really exceeded all my expectations. We didn't expect for example to be picked up by a longtail at the arrival beach and transferred to the hotel!

This is such a super hotel in a such a fantastic location on the best part of the beach! The rooms/bungalows are all wooden and give the perfect island vibe. The staff is fantastic, a special nod to the restaurant staff, especially during the breakfast service! The fact that we were picked up by a longtail boat on Pattaya beach to be transferred to Sunrise beach made it even more spectacular. It really is a gem of a hotel and staff.

The shower was lacking a little power

Das Hotel ist in diesem Preissegment absolut die beste Wahl auf Ko Lipe. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier und würden gerne immer wieder kommen. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, und dieser Strand wird sogar in allen Reiseführern über Ko Lipe extra erwähnt. Das Personal ist mega nett (was in Thailand eigentlich normal ist, weil die Leute dort generell sehr freundlich sind). Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Zwar erfolgt die Auswahl über eine Karte, aber es gibt trotzdem eine wirklich gute Auswahl und alles schmeckt hervorragend. Ich hoffe, eines Tages das Resort ein drittes Mal zu besuchen.

Es gibt leider nicht so viele Liegen zur Auswahl. Das Hotel hat sich jedoch bewusst dafür entschieden, lieber mehr freien Platz am Strand zu lassen, anstatt alles mit Liegen zuzustellen – was ich auch gut verstehen kann. Allerdings verhalten sich manche Gäste nicht korrekt und lassen ihre Sachen den ganzen Tag liegen, obwohl sie gar nicht da sind. Dafür kann das Hotelpersonal leider nichts. Die Gäste sollten hier mehr Rücksicht aufeinander nehmen und fair miteinander umgehen.

We loved our stay at Ten Moons Lipe. The setting in a tropical garden is gorgeous and the private beach is lovely and feels secluded. It's located only a ten minute stroll away from Walking Street with ample of food options. The bungalow we stayed at was as a bit on the smaller side for a family of four and it lacked packing space, but so did all the others we stayed at in Lipe. I guess that's the price you pay for staying in a protected national park where demand is high and supply is limited. Big shout out to the staff who were absolutely amazing and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. The property is on a steep hill. We were in the second row of bungalows, so if you have mobility issues or just don't fancy a fair bit of climbing up the stairs in the heat ask to stay close to the beach.

Personalen var fullkomligt magisk! Omhändertagande, lägger märke till vad din familj gillar och vanligtvis beställer. Otrolig service. Mysigt boende med fantastisk strand, jättegod mat, omgivning och utsikter från vissa av rummen mer än andra. De högre upp känns som att du bor i en trädkoja. Stranden känns trygg för familj och sanden mjuk som mjöl. Stranden är inhägnad som skydd från båtarna och bra för det kan vara ganska stark ström. Fin snorkling inom inhägnaden.

Den klassiska hårda thaisängen är mitt enda lilla minus.

Kleines persönliches Boutiquehotel in den Hang gebaut an einem wunderschönen Strand (kleine Bucht). Wasser war prima zum schnorcheln. Sehr gutes Restaurant mit servierten Frühstück. Man konnte alles, was man zum schnorcheln brauchte, kostenlos ausleihen ebenso Kajaks. Die Zimmer in Holzbauweise sind außerordentlich großzügig und geschmackvoll. Die Betten waren wunderbar bequem. Es gab einen Kühlschrank und kostenloses Trinkwasser. Das Personal war außerordentlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Hier wirkte nichts aufgesetzt. Herzlichen Dank noch mal für die wunderbaren Tage.

Es gibt nur wenige liegen am Strand ansonsten wäre der Charakter der hübschen Bucht auch zerstört. Idealerweise belegt man um 8:00 Uhr seine liege. Es gibt vom Resort aber auch bequeme Bastmatten für den Strand und Hängematten. Aufgrund der außerordentlich vielen Treppen ist das Hotel definitiv nicht für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung geeignet.

Leider werden die paar Liegen am Strand direkt morgens reserviert und dann teilweise stundenlang nicht genutzt. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts sondern daran sind die Gäste schuld!

I m often visiting Ten Moons with my son when I am here on Koh Lipe .I love to come here for a great meal and a dip in the ocean.They got Western and European food in their menu.All is delicious! The resort itself is stunning.It got it's own little private two beaches.The rooms are comfortable, spacious and beautiful,so are the views on a little island in the sea. The staff are so warm, friendly and accommodating!I just love this place!

This resort is at the end of sunrise beach with wonderful coral reef just beyond the pretty, sandy beach. Our bungalow was literally next to the beach, comfortable with everything we needed. Staff and service were exceptional, they were friendly and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Watching the sunrise was something we won't forget. We would love to return. Thank you!

My wife and I stayed in Cabin #1 right on the water for 7 nights. We were traveling for our honeymoon and our stay at Ten Moons was terrific! The staff were so pleasant and accommodating and inviting. Everyone was so helpful and always eager to engage us in conversation. We talked about life on the island and how fortunate we were to be guests on their tiny island oasis. The room was very cozy and cleaned daily. The only suggestion we would have is to improve on the comfort of the bed as it was a bit hard for our liking. That being said, we had no problems in getting a good night of sleep with the waves rolling in and out. The noise level was typically good with the exception of it being Chinese New Year. We had some noisy neighbors that sort of comes with the territory at that time of the year. Nothing Ten Moons could have done to help with that timing. Just a reminder to those booking travel in the future. The breakfasts and dinners were amazing. Food quality was excellent! Happy hours were filled with lots of choices too! We also were provided a free snorkeling trip just for my wife and I as we stayed for a week. The coral, the water, the tropical fish…. All were wonderful! We also were provided with a restaurant credit to use as part of our week long stay. It was great to have the option to eat at Ten Moon’s our head to the walking street which also had delicious options. One other thing to point out is that the resort is at the end of the beach, so there isn’t a constant flow of beach walkers going past. Even though it was high season when we were there, it wasn’t so busy that you couldn’t find a spot to relax. Often times, we parked ourselves on the deck of our little hut as there was ample room to lounge with views of both beach areas at 10 Moons. We highly recommend booking with Ten Moons and if you’re looking for a romantic getaway, try to reserve Cabin #1.

Localização imbatível, na beira da Sunrise Beach, na parte onde não tem longatails ancorados. Os funcionários todos muito prestativos, fazem a diferença.

A cabana tinha um bom tamanho, mas o ar condicionado não funcionou bem, parecia fraco. Também havia um sofá na beira da cama que ocupava muito espaço, dificultando a locomoção.

We did a snorkel tour and took snorkeling equipment from the property and it leaked so badly that I couldn’t snorkel. Wish the coral in front of the hotel was better protected.
