La posizione ha i suoi pro e contro. Girare con le valige nel centro per raggiungere le camere non è semplice. Scale, pavimento irregolare e soprattutto la distanza dai parcheggi fuori a la ZTL Veramente impegnativo perché molto in salita poi con le Valige la situazione si complica. Dall altro girare Matera a piedi direttamente dalla tua camera è tanta roba!!! Molto bella l Indipendenza che ti lascia la Struttura hai piena libertà di entrare e uscire quando vuoi. Idem puoi lasciare i bagagli al check out quanto tempo vuoi in modo autonomo in una stanza con annesso bagnetto che non è scontato. Le dipendenti sono davvero squisite gentili e sempre pronte ad aiutarti. Colazione molto Buona

Faccio solo un appunto per la Struttura a mio avviso da migliorare. Il Nostro bagno aveva la Vasca con una porta pieghevole di plastica che serviva a ben poco perché ogni doccia usciva parecchia acqua. Diciamo che pensando a una persona abbastanza alta e con spalle larghe sarebbe entrato a malapena in doccia. Stessa cosa per il lavandino piccolo.

Un po' lontano dal parcheggio 300 MT a piedi comprese scale,bisogna organizzarsi con uno zaino o valigia facilmente trasportabile.

Very good position from which you can admire the breathtaking Matera, from the terraces on the first floor. Unique accommodation in a cave, but with all the modern facilities. Our room on the ground floor had no windows, natural lighting is only through the door. Also, a dehumidifier is permanently working in these rooms. But it was our choice to try this type of accommodation. We enjoyed the small terrace in front of the room. The room where breakfast is served is part of the cave where the wine cellar operated.

The view and the position of the place are unbeatable! But also the care for the host, I feel we’ve been looked after, from the beginning to the end We’ve received information about how to reach the location, where to park, where to eat and so on.. and even a special breakfast since I request something vegan (which I could have found it anyways) The breakfast was amazing!

Minimum details: there’s a light smell of humidity in the room, just if someone is very sensitive about And having a shelf near the sink to place personal products would be perfect

Logement qui n'est pas au goût du jour, ambiance chalet au ski. Aucune luminosité. Petit déjeuner médiocre, il n'y avait pas beaucoup de nourriture, elles calculaient une part par personne (une part de focaccia, une part de mini croissant) ce n'était pas à volonté. Au vu des magnifiques autres logements du séjour dans les pouilles, celui ci faisait colonie de vacances.

L’accueil nous a semblé assez peu chaleureux, contrairement à celui de tous les autres hôtes rencontrés au cours de notre séjour. Ce manque de chaleur s’est également ressenti le matin (dimanche) notamment lors du petit déjeuner.

Je to na dobrom mieste, dobré boli aj raňajky.

Wunderschönes uraltes Haus am Rande der Sassi. Es hat Charme und die Ausstattung bis auf das Bett ist gut. Alles ist gepflegt und das Personal unkompliziert und freundlich. Perfekt ist die Lage und das Haus ist ein tolles Erlebnis!

Das Bett ist ehrlich gesagt keine Zumutung. Man spürt jede Feder, ich konnte kaum schlafen. Außerdem ist durch Bauart und Klima eine hohe Feuchtigkeit vorhanden, der man mit einer Art Trocknungsgeräten entgegenwirkt. Das funktioniert auch sehr gut, allerdings sind die Geräte neben dem Kopfenden des Bettes ziemlich laut.

La décoration de la chambre. On pensait être dans un logement troglodyte mais on n'a pas du tout l'impression d'y être. La décoration est très basique et avec beaucoup de bois. On avait demandé un lit double on a eu deux lits simples collés. La luminosité importante de la chambre au petit matin par la seule ouverture qui donne directement sur les lits

The location is amazing and the view from my room was so beautiful. The people working there were truly amazing and made me feel super welcome. They were really able to create the cozy atmosphere I was looking for. They also cared for my needs. What I can say just wonderful people to be welcome from.

Personally for my room what I didn’t like was that the air conditioning was just above the bed. I could see the dust and the idea of having it over my face while asleep was hard for ME (maybe other people are not bothered). In the toilet I would have appreciated a little shelf to put products, a glass for the toothbrush and more hooks for towels.

Colazione ottima con scelta dolce e salata e servita in una sala veramente particolare. Il posto è veramente comodo per visitare Matera ed essere vicino a tutti i punti importanti della città. La persona che ha curato la nostra accoglienza è stata molto gentile e pronta a risolvere ogni nostra necessità. Prezzo assolutamente corretto e onesto.

In the room that is the lowest, strongly in the cave, feel terrible humid and cold from it. The dehumidifier works all day, but there is no effect. Due to the humidity, it is not possible to rest at night. It was not possible to leave baggage before check in hours.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στην αρχή του Sassi. Το δωμάτιο μας “fiasco” είχε ένα μικρό μπαλκόνι με τέλεια θέα προς το Sassi. Πολύ εξυπηρετικό το προσωπικό. Το πρωινό απλό αλλά ικανοποιητικό. Πολύ καθαρό το δωμάτιο.

Cave hotel in the Sassi of Matera, very cool experience. The room was clean and provided AC which was needed for the humidity. Simple Italian breakfast is also provided the next morning.

Diese Unterkunft war perfekt, aussergewöhnlicje Lage direkt in der Altstatt. Dieses Matera hat uns begeistert. Eine unglaubliche Stadt. Das Felsenzimmer war gemütlich.. nicht alkzugross mit einer faszinierenden Terasse. Män hätte noch länger in dieser schönen Stadt bleiben können. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Viel Süsses. Kein Fleisch, aber wir akzeptieren die itslienische Gewohnheit. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. empfehlenswert.

Bellissima ubicazione nel mezzo dei Sassi nuovi e vecchi, facile e vicino da raggiungere dal parcheggio con le valige... Ottima colazione all'interno di una abitazione caratteristica o su terrazza panoramica sui sassi. Gestori gentili ed accoglienti.

Il bagno è l'unico punto debole date le dimensioni esigue soprattutto della doccia! L'umidità (caratteristica di queste abitazioni) eccessiva che nonostante la presenza del deumidificatore rende tutto umido (lenzuola, asciugamani, ecc.). Non lascierei anche se è un'ottima cortesia bustine di te' e zucchero a disposizione perché l'umidità lì rovina!

Stanza "Fiasco" in posizione ottima nel Sasso Barisano e con vista spettacolare sul centro di Matera. Dimensioni della stanza contenute ma era funzionale e pulita. Molto contenti della colazione e del servizio deposito bagagli per il giorno del checkout. Utilissimi i consigli fornitici da Irene riguardo parcheggi e osterie.

Posizione invidiabile, nonostante abbia cecato di sentirmi con Irene che mi aveva confermato la prenotazione non ho mai avuto la possibilità di sentirla nonostante le numerose chiamate.

Non mi è piaciuta l'accoglienza, ho chiesto un parcheggio vicino mi è stato risposto su booking che già avevo ricevuto le istruzioni, camera spoglia, bagno senza neanche un sapone, umidità pazzesca, divano letto corto...

The breakfast is not many choice

Ottima posizione nei sassi, tranquilla e facilmente raggiungibile. Colazione molto buona e varia. Peccato la luce la mattina all'alba.

Consiglio alla struttura di mettere una tenda scura all'unica finestra della camera, che purtroppo punta direttamente sul letto, questo vuol dire che appena sorge il sole hai la luce che ti sveglia.

La posizione e la camera in tema con le strutture dei Sassi

Il fatto che inizialmente ci avessero assegnato una camera che niente aveva a che vedere con quelle proposte nel sito anzi anonima e pure bruttina che però poi ci hanno prontamente cambiato su richiesta.

We got the Fiasco room, the view was incredible. The room was provided with kettle, teas and mini fridge. The breakfast was very complete

The bed was a bit worn out, and the space seemed bigger in the pictures. It still was big enough for two people

Acordar la hora para check in fue muy dificil, ya que no hay atencion continua en el alojamiento. Estando viajando es dificil precisar cuando vas a poder llegar ya que estás visitando sitios lejanos y el trafico es imprevisible. La habitacion tiene un mobiliario que no es bonito.

Καταρχάς βρώμικος χώρος και άσχημη μυρωδιά.Το προσωπικο όταν επικοινωνησαμε στα μηνύματα αγενέστατο, παρόλο που έκανα προσπάθεια να συνεννοηθούμε ευγενικά. είχαν μούχλα και υγρασία και τα δυο δωμάτια. Το τετράκλινο δεν είχε παράθυρο, λόγω σπηλιάς. Τα έπιπλα του παλιά και ταλαιπωρημένα. Ο καναπές βαφτίστηκε κρεββάτι μονό. Θα μπορουσαν απλα να δηλωσουν οτι ειχαν εναν καναπε και οχι οτι ηταν κρεββατι. Ουτε καν ανοιγε. Τα στρώματα βούλιαξαν από την πολλή χρήση. Δεν το συνιστώ, υπήρχαν άκρως καλύτερα καταλύματα στην περιοχή με τα ίδια ή και λιγότερα χρήματα. Άσχημη εμπειρία, δυστυχώς.

Fabulous location with a little patio right in front of our room, great for some quiet morning and late night hours just to take in the gorgeous view of Bari. Easy to find with great communication with manager Cinzia via WhatsApp. Cozy space with cave/dome room with user friendly considerations e.g. hanger, water provided. AC worked very well. Breakfast was classic Italian.

Hôtel très difficile a trouver dans la vieille ville, pas d'accès en voiture ce que nous savions déjà, et pas de renseignements en amont sur le transfert de nos valises entre le parking extérieur et l'hôtel, pas d'accueil a la réception, simplement des sms reçus ou pas. La propriétaire nous a donné un numéro de tel pour appeler un transporteur pour les bagages sans connaitre l'endroit ou il allait nous les laisser et ni le tarif et .....débrouillez vous ! Nous étions 5 couples avec un RDV a 15h, la personne qui devait nous accueillir n'est jamais venu. Bref, endroit a éviter !

La pochissima distanza dal centro pur essendo già parte del quartiere dei sassi. le persone che ci lavorano sono state gentilissime e subito pronte a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze.

Purtroppo la stanza era al piano terra ed è risultata un po' più umida di quanto ci aspettavamo.

Stanza con troppa umidità e il lucernario sopra la porta d ingresso che ti obbliga ad un risveglio un po' troppo mattutino.

Lastig te vinden, zou simpel opgelost kunnen worden denken wij. En heel jammer dat wij nauwelijks geslapen hebben omdat er een beest boven ons hoofd zeer actief was.

Habitación limpia, amplia y cómoda. Buen desayuno. Cuesta un poco localizarlo porque está en pleno centro histórico, pero muy bonito.

La posizione, gli esterni, la sala colazione. La struttura è collocata nei Sassi ma in una posizione facilmente raggiungibile e molto vicina al centro città. Dal ballatoio della stanza si gode una splendida vista sui Sassi. Di particolare suggestione la sala della colazione ricavata in una vera e propria "cripta". La ragazza dello staff gentilissima e disponibile. Da segnalare anche la presenza di parcheggi gratuiti a poca distanza.

L'arredamento della nostra camera non era all'altezza della struttura. Non avevamo un piano di appoggio per i bagagli se non per terra. Il bagno purtroppo soffre di problemi di umidità che capisco essere di non facile gestione. Con appena qualche accortezza in più si potrebbe migliorare molto il comfort

The location is absolutely great, right at the top of the historic centre, leaving you to easily decide where to tackle. It was fairly clean, and highly appreciate the change of towels every day. Very nice breakfast that's already included. The terrace for all hotel residents with the view was fab.

Because of the host pressuring for arrival time we were very put off, it made us lose 2h of time and fuel just to get in time for check in between the offered hours (even though there was already a lock box next to the room), everything that was said could have been a message, same with documents and paying tax. Cockroaches, they seemed to be generally in town but quite discouraging when you see them crawling on the walls and ceiling at breakfast or a massive print of a dead one in the room. On the photo of the room there was access to upstairs, but just photos. The host sends tips of "free parking", all are quite far and not free. Apparently €48 for 2 days is "free", when mentioned got told to look for white lines, they're not possible to find in the area. Be prepared to walk a bit with luggage and pay for parking despite "tips"

Comme le lieu est atypique,la chambre était légèrement humide, mais avec un peu de chauffage cela allait très bien!
