Nie ma takiej rzeczy, to było wyjątkowe miejsce

La qualité, le confort, la décoration de la suite et de la totalité du riad. La gentillesse de tout le personnel, l’accueil et les informations données concernant les visites à faire mais aussi les renseignements sur la vie et la culture marocaine. On se sent vraiment accompagnés. La proximité de la Médina pour faire toutes les visites à pieds.

Das Riad ist einfach toll, super ruhig und sauber. Wir wurden vom Personal verwöhnt, auch das Frühstück war immer umfangreich und gut. Mit funktionierendem Pool wäre das der Hit!

Der einzige Wermutstropfen - der Pool war defekt, wurde jedoch während unseres Aufenthaltes bereits repariert.

Il riad all'interno é meraviglioso. Le camere grandi e accoglienti, tutte una diversa dall'altra. I terrazzi per prendere il sole molto belli. La colazione molto completa e abbondante. Un plauso particolare a Fatima, sempre molto attenta.

Peccato per la piscina, che era in ristrutturazione. Altrimenti sarebbe stato perfetto...

Un soggiorno meraviglioso anche grazie alla disponibilità e alla gentilezza di tutto il personale. Il RIAD è davvero bellissimo ma quello che maggiormente abbiamo apprezzato è stata la professionalità del personale. CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

La struttura è semplicemente magnifica, lo staff super gentile e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Sicuramente meriterebbe un soggiorno più lungo per potersi godere la struttura con calma e relax dal momento che è veramente bellissima

Il Riad è bellissimo e ci siamo trovate davvero benissimo. Tutti i servizi offerti sono stati perfetti e hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Una menzione speciale va allo staff, che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento: tutti gentilissimi, disponibili e sempre pronti ad aiutarci con il sorriso. È stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole e torneremo sicuramente!

Everything was beautiful. We had a wonderful time. The host and staff were always available to assist in anything we needed. The pool is big and my kids loved it.

Un véritable havre de paix à Marrakech ! J'ai passé un séjour exceptionnel au Riad Bellamane. Dès mon arrivée, je me suis sentie comme chez moi. Ce riad est un lieu chaleureux, paisible et authentique, où l'on oublie immédiatement l'agitation de la ville pour profiter d'un cadre reposant et raffiné. Une mention toute particulière à Hicham, Fatima Zahra, Mohamed et Khadija. Leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leurs attentions de chaque instant ont rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Ils sont véritablement aux petits soins et font tout pour que l'on se sente bien. Leur accueil est d'une rare qualité et l'on sent qu'ils mettent tout leur cœur dans leur travail. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le calme du riad, la beauté des lieux, le confort de la chambre et les délicieux petits-déjeuners. Tout est pensé pour le bien-être des clients. Merci à toute l'équipe pour cette magnifique expérience. Je repars avec de très beaux souvenirs et l'impression d'avoir trouvé une seconde maison à Marrakech. Je recommande le Riad Bellamane les yeux fermés et j'espère avoir le plaisir d'y revenir très bientôt.

It was an oasis of calm after the chaos of the city.

The chaos of the surrounding streets were hard to miss. It was quite a walk from everywhere but taxi or tuk tuk readily available but hang on !!!

Desde a recepção carinhosa até o Hammam, que indico muito, o café da manhã no pátio interno, o serviço de busca na chegada ao aeroporto até a porta do Riad, o jantar maravilhoso feito especialmente para nós, com ingredientes frescos comprados no dia, o oásis de tranquilidade do Riad no meio do caos da Medina. Tudo funciona com perfeição.

We loved the aesthetics and the interiors of the property. The staff was exceptional and so caring. The level of care and attention was visible from check in to breakfast to house cleaning. Everything was amazing.

We travelled as a group of females. The place was a little away from the main Medina tourist spots and needed a tuk tuk or taxi which costs 10 euros each way every time. But staff was helpful in arranging trusted taxi drivers and tuk tuk who made us all feel safe and cared for...

Le riad est magnifique et très calme, la piscine non chauffée et la terrasse donnent envie de s'y prélasser....le dépaysement est total ! Les chambres sont d'une belle surface, notre chambre "Anticaire" était dévorée avec beaucoup de goût....Le petit déjeuner était très complet et délicieux. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable vraiment un bel endroit pour y passer un bon séjour !

L'emplacement du riad est un peu éloigné des grands lieux touristiques mais du coup l'environnement est calme... Lors de notre séjour, l'accès au site, depuis la porte Bab Aylan, se faisait par la rue non pavée en travaux, c'était poussiéreux mais depuis le problème devrait être résolu !

Das Personal war unglaublich aufmerksam, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit und in allen Belangen unterstützend. Das Riad ist sehr ästhetisch und gelungen ausgestaltet. Besonders gefallen haben uns der Pool, die Dachterrasse und das Jakutzi im Wellnessbereich. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt.

The room was huge with lots of space. Very clean and comfortable beds. Shower was great with lots of hot water. Breakfast was quite abundant with very good coffee. We also did the hammam which was wonderful. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Although within the medina, it was a bit of a walk to the centre.

Das Riad ist wunderschön und das Personal sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Aufgrund der Lage hat man auch nachts immer wieder etwas lautere Motorräder gehört. Wenn man jedoch so ein zentrales Riad haben möchte ist das nicht zu verhindern.

Le wifi n’est pas tres bon.

Een prachtig Riad, met ontzettende lieve en gastvrije mensen die er werken. Behulpzaam bij dagtrips, het adviseren van goede restaurants, kortom ze maken dat je je helemaal thuis voelt. Niks was te gek, heerlijk ontbijt, ook het diner werd met liefde bereid, maar ook de lunch was mogelijk, zelfs als we wat laat waren met vragen. En altijd even vriendelijk! Ook hebben we genoten van de hammam behandeling, de massage, het heerlijke zwembad, en de rust in de binnentuin. Kamers iedere dag keurig schoon, echt een aanrader!

Mention spéciale pour le personnel particulièrement attentionné. Le cadre est magnifique et en retrait des artères principales bondées mais il reste très bien placé. Les prestations annexes sont incroyables (massages au SPA + guide vallée de l’Ourika)

C’est vraiment dommage que la suite antiquaire soit si bruyante, elle est au RDC et en accès direct sur le patio et il suffit de quelques touristes qui parlent fort pour que ce soit vite pénible….

Tout! L’accueil, le côté très paisible du Riad, les dîners délicieux et l’équipe adorable!

Everything was just perfect - the building was so authentic but also it had everything you would want as a visitor to Marrakech. The bedroom was fantastic and had its own private sunbathing area.

This riad is lovely, and has lots of comfortable areas to sit in, both inside and out. We enjoyed the breakfasts which were always freshly cooked and there was a degree of variety. The rooms are large with plenty of storage. The beds are very comfortable.

The location is not for the faint-hearted. You would really be advised to use the riad's transport instead of other, cheaper, options. We used a taxi organised via Booking.com but the driver simply dropped us in a square, told us not to speak to anyone and sent us off in the wrong direction. It was very confusing to then find the riad. Please note that you can not buy alcohol at the riad. You have to go to a Carrefour, a taxi-ride away.

Le personnel est très accueillant, les chambres sont superbement décorées, spacieuses et agréables. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux… nous reviendrons!

What a find! This is a little gem of a place - excellent, convenient, useful location, fabulous building full of character and charm, and the most amazing staff that I’ve encountered in years. There was nothing they wouldn’t do to make our holiday better - thank you Mohammed and Zizi. Highly highly recommend. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, and pool table but sadly the weather wasn’t conducive to enjoying the terrace. Next time!

Suite doesn’t mean one room……

It was In a nice quiet street. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was a beautiful pool outside our door but it was absolutely freezing cold. They could get solar panels to heat it. There was full sun everyday in February.

The staff are amazing. We loved them - so friendly, personable and helpful to all of our needs. They really truly took care of us. I lost my phone on a tour bus and one of the staff receptionists phoned the company for me and arranged to get my phone returned to me. We enjoyed the spa experiences and the hammam (word of warning, their spa therapists mostly only speak Arabic so very little French or English so communication took longer but we eventually got there!) I went with my friend and I had booked a room that was advertised as having a double and a single bed (The Design Suite). Unfortunately, my friend was mistaken for my partner, so the room's arrangement had only 1 bed. But, the staff adapted and gave us a spare room for the first night and then the single bed was set up in our room the next day so we got to have our own beds and avoid awkward bed-sharing! So I truly think the staff were wonderful in meeting our needs and making our stay as splendid as possible. You can request free Moroccan mint tea whenever you like and staff are always around. The room was spacious, balcony area was gorgeous.

The jacuzzi is only around 30-32 degrees which I think is too cold - I'm used to hot tubs being between 37-40 degrees. I wasn't able to be inside it for very long before I got too cold. The location is a little out of the Medina's main square - a 12 minute walk. It's also a 12 minute walk from the nearest ATM. The sinks in the Design Suite are 'Moroccan style' i.e. very high up taps that hover over the sink which is a small bowl, which is a little inconvenient to wash your face in.

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel, het heerlijke diner bij aankomst, prima ontbijt, grote kamer die in tweeën verdeeld kon worden zodat we beiden(mijn kleindochter en ik) een eigen kamer hadden. De locatie was makkelijk bereikbaar, 15 minuten lopen van het grote plein Jema el-Fna, in een rustige straat, het lekkere zwembad. Zou er zo weer naar toe gaan.

The doors for the rooms were very difficult to lock and the keys were so big they were kept in a communal area of the hotel that was accessible to everyone so it was a slight safety risk.

Great overall stay. Delicious breakfast, lovely and attentive staff. Room was outstanding and very comfortable. Air condition was very cold.

Wifi and internet is non existent in our room. We basically had to use LTE data from our phone to get connected as there was only 1 spot near the entrance where we can connect to wifi.

The riad was so peaceful and beautifully decorated, it felt like such a safe haven. Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful and we particularly enjoyed the hammam. I would definitely recommend and will hopefully be staying again!

J'ai eu le plaisir de passer quatre jours dans le Riad Bellamane, ce fut reposant et ressourçant. Le service et le personnel sont remarquables ! La piscine était fort agréable. L'endroit est situé un peu à l'extérieur du centre de la Médina, ce qui est idéal. Le Hamam et les massages sont de qualité. Conseils : Il faut absolument que vous diniez au Riad, le tajine était exceptionnel. Ce fut le meilleur diner du séjour, vraiment foncez ! Un jeune pâtissier est proche de l'hôtel avec son grand four ( à gauche quand vous sortez de la rue de l'hôtel, il faut marcher trois minutes il est à côté d'un vieux tisserand), n'hésitez pas à déguster ses gâteaux.

Le Riad n'y est pour rien mais l'établissement est assez loin d'une banque. Si vous voulez tirer de l'argent, le plus proche n'est pas forcément la place Jeema, n'hésitez pas à aller en face du commissariat du 3eme arrondissement à 10-15 minutes à pied. Vous trouverez une machine qui fonctionne même le dimanche.
