We booked our recent stay through Booking.com. Before arriving, I noticed on the hotel’s official website that complimentary airport transfers were offered for stays of two nights or more, but it was not clearly stated that this was only available to guests who booked directly through the hotel. We communicated with the hotel via WhatsApp, and I expressed my disappointment about the misunderstanding. To our delight, the hotel was not only willing to honour the complimentary transfer, but Sinan, the Front Office Manager, also surprised us with a wonderful room upgrade. The upgrade was spectacular: a beautiful two-storey duplex with a large private patio and wonderful views. After returning from our hot air balloon flight, we were even able to catch the last remaining balloons descending over Cappadocia from our patio, making the experience even more memorable. With only 11 rooms, the hotel has an intimate and tranquil atmosphere, with impeccable service throughout. The restaurant team provided exceptional service each morning, making breakfast a highlight, along with the fresh fruit and vegetables grown in the hotel’s own garden. We also had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Özlem, who was extremely friendly and shared some great insights for future travels in Türkiye. One small detail that may not matter to everyone, but was a much-appreciated touch for us, was having an Apple TV made available in our room upon request. As Cappadocia was the final destination of a long trip, we appreciated being able to relax and easily watch shows in English. What began with a simple misunderstanding turned into a truly memorable stay. Thank you to Sinan, Özlem and the entire team. For anyone planning a visit to Cappadocia, we would happily recommend this little gem and hope your stay is every bit as special as ours was.
Espaçosa e Muito confortável
This is an exceptional luxury property away from chaos of Goreme but still quite close to all the main sites in Cappadocia including walking distance to Uçhisar Castle and offering stunning views over Cappadocia. Large & well appointed rooms with good views over the valley; amazing breakfast (bring your appetite) and very helpful and friendly staff who go to great lengths to make your stay very comfortable. Don’t think twice, book this property for your Cappadocia holiday.
Nothing at all.
Our stay at Ariana Sustainable Luxury Lodge in Uçhisar was truly spectacular from beginning to end. What made this place so special was not only how beautiful the hotel is, but the warmth and love of every single person there. They made us feel completely at home from the very first moment. From the manager, the front desk people, the cleaning staff, to every person at the restaurant, everyone treated us with such kindness, care, and genuine hospitality. You can truly feel the soul behind this place. The room was absolutely stunning: elegant, cozy, beautifully designed, and very spacious. Waking up there felt magical. The food was spectacular as well, every meal felt fresh, thoughtful, and delicious. The location is also one of the best in Cappadocia. Being in Uçhisar made the experience even more special: peaceful, elevated, breathtaking, and far from the crowds and chaos, while still close to everything beautiful in the region. Every detail exceeded our expectations, and they were incredibly accommodating with everything we needed during our stay. This is not just a hotel, it’s an experience that makes you feel cared for, peaceful, and deeply connected to Cappadocia. We will never forget this place and cannot wait to come back. 🤍
We really enjoyed our stay at Ariana Luxury Lodge. The hotel is in a very peaceful location in Uçhisar, with beautiful views and a quiet atmosphere, which was exactly what we were looking for in Cappadocia. Our room was spacious, comfortable and had a lot of character. It felt elegant without being too formal, and the whole property has a very nice balance between local style and comfort. The staff were always kind and helpful, and breakfast was a lovely moment of the day, especially with the view and the calm setting. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Ariana Luxury Lodge is a great choice if you want something more quiet, refined and authentic in Cappadocia.
Our stay at the Ariana Lodge was undeniably superb without any inconveniences whatsoever. The location is fantastic with spectacular views of uchisar and a breath taking outdoor atmosphere. The staff provided excellent service being both flexible and helpful assisting with planning events and activities through out our stay. The dining experience was also above the rest, as the staff was always ready to serve and the quality of food always left us looking for more. The rooms were all unique, clean, spacious and no noise could be heard from inside which added to our experience. Overall, we would highly recommend this Lodge to anyone in the area.
Ariana Sustainable Luxury Lodge is one of the best hotels I’ve visited in my lifetime , and I’ve visited multiple nice hotels, including my other favorite hotels, Park Hyatt Istanbul Macka Palas, Waldorf Astoria in Dubai Palm Jumeriah, and Armani Hotel of the Burj Khalifa in Dubai in that order . The hotel has a pretty terrace with nice flowers , trees , and furniture that offers stunning early sunrise views of the rock formations and hot air balloons. The view from the terrace itself makes the hotel a travel destination because that view is more breathtaking than golden/hour sunset views from Love Valley Cappadocia, Red Valley Cappadocia, Pasabag Valley, and Uchisar Castle. I stayed in the Ishtar room, and the terrace view from my hotel room is also very nice , though of course the view from the hotel terrace is nicer. The Plum restaurant also has decent views from its windows inside, though sitting outside of the Plum restaurant offer nicer views. The hotel staff are also exceptional- warm, friendly, caring, and thoughtful , providing world class customer service— I enjoyed interacting with every single one of them. The hotel staff I’ve appreciated working with including Deniz, Nazim, Sinal, Vokan, Aycan, as well as a few other staff members whose name I can’t remember. Special thanks to Deniz for helping me maximize my use of my Hilton Honors Quarterly Credit from American Express , for introducing me to the outstanding taxi driver Tuna Baskurt , and for helping me coordinate with Tuna for my excursions on my first day in Cappadocia. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant (Plum Restaurant) is also outstanding. In short, Ariana Sustainable Luxury Lodge is a world class hotel, one of my favorite hotels I’ve visited in my lifetime. If I were to get married in the future, I would want my wedding to be either at the Ritz Carlton in Half Moon Bay (I grew up in Northern California) (for its killer views of the ocean and proximity to my hometown) or Ariana Sustainable Luxury Lodge for its unparalleled views and world-class support staff.
Un Resort espectacular con excelente atención de cada persona del hotel
Wonderful experience, thank you 🙏
Dinner at Ariana Sustainable Luxury Lodge was delicious and thoughtfully composed. The chef’s selection featured light dishes with semi-international flair and clear local influence — ingredients were excellent quality throughout. Chef and our waiter Natim were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the view made the evening feel special. We also loved the elegant choice of china and glassware, and the local wine recommendation was a great match — truly one of our most enjoyable culinary experiences in Cappadocia.”
Beautiful hotel. We were given a free up grade to the Inara room with a lovely view…. Even of the hot air balloons. All staff were extremely helpful. The breakfasts were amazing. We had dinner one night and it was wonderful too. We did have a bit of an issue controlling the heat, but we were able to cool down the room by opening the windows. We enjoyed the hot tub one night and we appreciated the golf cart rides (buggy). Definitely recommend this hotel
Everything was perfect! This beautiful hotel exceeded all expectations. The room, bathroom, location are spectacular. Delicious a la carte breakfast. All the staff were extremely attentive and nice and made our stay a memorable one
Beautiful accommodation! The staff were all very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent and very comprehensive. Highly recommend for a special occasion
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ariana sustainable luxury lodge! They took such good care of us, like we were family, allowing both early check in and late check out based on our flight times. The restaurant made sure we ate very well, especially the chef Idris and waitress Zübeyde, catering to our preferences. The location is in Uchisar, just outside of Goreme, which is conveniently close to all the attractions.
We booked the room in May 2025 and stayed here in Feb 2026. It is the excellent wonderful part of the entire trip I sweared. The room, the food and the staff here are so amazing which are created for you. The view over the hotel is amazing, which can see the hot balloons if you are lucky.
Wonderfully located with great view from our room’SIDURI’, we had a perfect stay at this beautiful luxury hotel! The entire staff including all the daytime and nighttime receptions, to the restaurant manager /staff , the chef ( all the food we ordered was delicious) and also the room staff, each and everyone was very friendly, courteous and ready to help during our stay!! Excellent service and hospitality!!! Thank you!!
So this is how "the other half" lives! We've stayed in a very nice large hotels, including Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Waldorf Astoria and Conrad. We've also stayed in very nice boutique hotels, including well-appointed, family-run inns that were a delight. But this one-night stay was my personal all-time favorite. To be fair, it's in Cappadocia, one of the wonders of the world, and it sits on a site with a magnificent view from Rose Valley to snow-covered Erciyes Mountain. To be fair, we (my wife and I in one room and my Mother-in-Law in another) were the only guests in the hotel. To be fair, we were upgraded from the very nice rooms we reserved to even nicer ones (Hilton Honors loyalty has its rewards). Enough being fair! I think I know how royalty must be treated. Our room, Aruru, was wonderful, from the remote controlled gas fireplace in the sitting area to the spacious hamam in the bathroom to the ultra-comfortable bed, to the corner window view stretching from Avanos and Rose Valley to Erciyes Mountain. Immaculately clean and comfortable. We enjoyed dinner last night and breakfast this morning in their excellent Plum Restaurant. Again, we were the only guests, but the service was personalized and totally professional, and the food was perfect. My Turkish Mother-in-Law had Manta, my wife had Yayla soup and I had levrek (sea bass). All were very-well prepared and delicious. As an added treat, knowing that it was my wife's birthday, a beautiful and delicious cake was added after dinner. I'll try to add a picture. Breakfast this morning was their continental breakfast, and the food kept coming until we couldn't eat any more. Again, service was both personal and professional, and everything was fresh and delicious. From a glass of champagne on arrival to bottles of water for the road on departure, we were made to feel special and that we made a very good decision to come here. Do I have recommendations? I always have recommendations. We got a little confused finding thr hotel. I recommend one or two additional signs & arrows after the one sign on the "main" road. And we didn't find a sufficient light for the mirror in the bathroom to be able to be able to properly see ourselves. I won't name names, but the receptionist, both restaurant managers and this morning's chef felt like old friends by the time we left. A perfect blend of professionalism and personal touch.
Wonderful hotel, beautifully decorated. Spacious and charming room. Service earns a 10/10. Truly a hotel for discerning guests. Everyone goes out of their way to make your stay exceptional. We loved it. Excellent, delicious breakfast. When I return to Cappadocia, I will definitely stay there again. A highlight is the view from the hotel... marvelous.
Beautiful, luxurious unique hotel, great view, centrally located, kind and courteous staff, delicious breakfast. I highly recommend.
Beautiful Hotel, very caring staff, genuinely amazing location, and different unique suites. Book the Siduri suite and enjoy the balloons from your balcony.
The rooms were spacious and lovely occiticane toiletries. The breakfast personalised buffet spread was outstanding-our waiter was friendly and brought extra pastries for our family. The a la carte had a great choice. The hot tub was a hidden gem. The reception staff friendly. Tips: - 300 dhirams to Göreme - Seten restaurant great for views and traditional Turkish food - pigeon valley and white valley walkable - book balloon flights on 1st day and if cancellation allowed consider booking 2nd date if staying over a weekend. Our flights were cancelled on Thursday and Friday by Turquaz due to poor weather and they had no availability on Saturday. We paid the premium rate for Saturday last minute booking (worth every penny) with the hotel as didn’t want to gamble on flight safety and experience -ihlara valley stunning - cheap souvenirs compared to Istanbul and Antalya - steep hills and slippery slopes -Kelebek Hammam great
Hotel is very great. All the staff are very friendly. Location is good n I like the hotel and sure will recommend to our friend who will come Cappadocia for holiday.

Very spacious cave like room. Very modern amenities. Ask for room with window view of the valley. The Turkish breakfast was excellent. Very nice but small restaurant with good wine from Cappadocia.
Lovely staff, rooms and bathrooms need better lighting as well, vey small boutique hotel
The hotel is in a wonderful location, the hotel is marvelous and the staff are so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel!!
Very comfort stay in this little cozy lodge. The facilities and services live up to its name —luxury. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace where we can oversee cappadocia area and enjoy the drinks
Outstanding hotel with impeccable service. Front desk was extremely professional and very accommodating. The location is fantastic. Highly recommend Ariana.
Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in one of the cave suites. It was luxurious, spotless and well appointed. The hotel terrace and vineyard enjoyed spectacular views over the valley as well as Uchisar Castle. There was also an option to enjoy the Jacuzzi overlooking the views though we didn't try it. The breakfast was top quality with plenty of Turkish sides as well as fresh a-la-carte options. Whilst it was in a secluded and quiet part of northern Uchisar, the roads were quite steep upon accessing and and not well lit during the night. Special mention to the concierge Emirhan and Aycan, as well as restaurant manager Ismail who took great care of us during our stay.
Breathtaking views and impeccable service made our stay unforgettable. The room was wonderfully spacious, and waking up to the sight of balloons drifting into the morning sky was pure magic. Breakfast was freshly prepared with top-quality ingredients, a delightful start to the day. Among the options in this charming town, the value here truly stands out. A stay I’d wholeheartedly recommend.
Exceptional service from the main desk to the dining room. Breakfast is excellent with so many starters provided prior to ordering. The property is beautiful with a garden to pick and enjoy grapes. Great location to watch the hot air balloons in the morning.
This hotel has beautiful view of Cappadocia, and it was awesome to see air balloons at sunrise. We felt so private staying here. We stayed at Kamrusepa room and wished that the room has windows. Staffs at front desk and dining service were friendly. My partner had a stomach issue, and the hotel staff went to city center to get some stomach medicine. Ismail at dining restaurant provided extra care for my partner by providing chicken soup at dinner and to go eggs for breakfast. I had burrata and lamb chops for dinner. As diamond member, we had free breakfast with a lot of food. We will definitely come back here when we come to Cappadocia.
My stay at Hôtel Ariana was truly top notch. The service was excellent — both the night shift and the day shift were perfectly coordinated, making everything smooth and stress-free. The staff is outstanding: attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. This kind of hospitality is rare compared to other hotels in the area, and it really sets Hôtel Ariana apart. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-organized stay.
This was perhaps my top hotel experience of my life. It’s small, and they are committed to excellent customer service, which means they are friendly, personable and fast. Every time we called for something to be sent to our room, it arrived within 3 minutes. It’s built into the mountain, and the views are unforgettable. I woke up early to watch the balloons from the terrace each day, which was super special. The full Turkish breakfast was amazing, so order that with your reservation. Special shoutout to Arda, who troubleshot a room issue and resolved it to our utmost satisfaction. Also loved the hot tub experience, overlooking the sunset. Every room is different - we stayed in the Aruru room, which had the best of both worlds - part cave, but with tons of sun. A plus for me was that we could open the windows! Lastly. We had a super comfortable king -sized bed, and two a/c systems that kept our room at the exact right temperature. We hope to return!
We spent four days in Cappadocia. We hoped for a fine place which exudes quiet luxury and exclusivity, and couldn’t have asked for more from Ariana Sustainable Lodge. The hotel felt like an oasis. Waking up in the morning to be surrounded by hundreds of hot air balloons was truly magical and felt almost within finger tip reach. Offering best view in the land. In a land that appeared barren, the hotel garden offers a sanctuary to the mind, with its beautiful rose garden. The staff on site were extremely friendly and accommodated to all our requests. Breakfast in the morning was also a highlight. A place truly to be remembered - where magic and zen fuses inharmony.
My family and I had an amazing stay at the Ariana hotel!!! They were so gracious and helpful — truly the best hosts. I would stay at the hotel again in a heartbeat! The service was truly impeccable.
Toplocatie en zeer vriendelijk en professioneel personeel.

A luxury stay on a perfect location. The staff is very friendly and competent. A very nice interior and terrace, with an overwhelming view on the balloons.
What a special treat! We were not guests but family and made to feel special from the moment we arrived. Every aspect of our stay was a 5 star experience and special thanks to Emirhan for spoiling us so. You will be well served making your next stay in Cappadocia at Ariana Lodge. Amazing staff, incredible facilities and food and the best views in Cappadocia. Thank you guys and best wishes for the future.
If you are looking for a 7 star hotel experience, the Ariana Lodge is the only place you should consider residing when visiting Cappadocia! It began with our check in, where we were greeted by Arda, who was expecting us and gave us complimentary room upgrades! Our experience only got better from there- with personalized concierge service, scrumptious meals at The Plum Restaurant and of course the unforgettable views from their terrace. You can watch the hot air balloons at sunrise ( one even flew over us) , play with butterflies and sip on lemonade during the day, or enjoy coffee and desserts on the terrace at night! The staff’s warmth and care are really what make Ariana exceptional. My family of 4 was sad to leave and we considered our stay here the highlight of our trip to Turkey!
This is my first trip to Turkey and Cappadocia is my first stop. My family we choose Ariana Sustainable Luxury Lodge. We stayed here for 3 nights. Everything is beyond my expectations. We stayed in Aruru suites, the room is clean and tidy, modern decoration with some typical local designs. The room even includes a private Turkish bath! We love this and really enjoy! The hotel provides a fantastic breakfast, you must try the “ French toast” which is so good! The most important thing is that the reception staff is very kind and helpful, we asked for some restaurant recommendations and Mr. Emirhan and his colleague helped us a lot! I have to say, this is the best hotel in Cappadocia and we will surely come and visit again and stay Ariana again!
We had a fantastic stay at the Ariana Sustainable Luxury Lodge - it is a real oasis in what is a busy area. From when we arrived, the team made us feel really looked after and we were especially pleased to be upgraded to a room with a view of the valley and outdoor patio. The breakfast was delicious and the room was very well appointed.
Such a lovely experience from beginning to end. The staff went above and beyond and provided such personalized VIP experience, the kind you’re not going to find many places (especially not at such a reasonable price point). The fact that it’s a smaller property that has a dozen or so units certainly helps give it that exclusive feel. They seemed to have been trained to actually recognize and distinguish Hilton Diamond members even more so. And let’s be real… that is almost non-existent anywhere in the states, as that status means practically nothing these days. But lest I digress. Another topic, another day. The property is relatively new, and feels very fresh. We loved our cave suite that somehow perfectly blended luxury refinements and design with the natural elements. Bed was super comfy and in room amenities were great. Views from the suite and property terraces were just stunning. And access to all the main sites was a breeze. I would definitely come back here on our next visit and stay longer.
Gorgeous spot and beautiful views. Make sure you utilize the hot tub on the property. Service and breakfast was amazing. Greatl little small boutique hotel. They had great recommendations.
We had a massive room. Unfortunately it was a bit dark on days we were working remotely.
a friend of ours who had visited Cappadocia recommended Ariana, and we ended up staying there. I believe the name of our suite was Arora. The room featured a private Turkish hammam just for us, it was incredibly spacious, and the design was both elegant and refined. Breakfast was rich and my compliments to the chef, traditional turkish breakfast is really something else. I also want to extend my thanks to Ismail and Emre for their outstanding service. Ismail’s kindness and attentiveness, along with Emre’s knowledge and professional warmth, completely turned around a morning that had started off poorly for me. I’m sincerely grateful. The lovely ladies at the reception were incredibly genuine and attentive. You could feel that their goal wasn’t simply to work or earn money, but to ensure tourists had a memorable experience. They truly know how to make you feel special. A special thanks to Arda, who, despite our concerns not being directly related to the hotel or his job, went above and beyond to help us. It felt like everyone at the reception was there not to work, but to make you feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Although the dinner menu initially struck us as a bit pricey, it turned out to be well worth every cent, again, our gratitude to the chef. Overall, it was an extraordinary experience for us. The jacuzzis are set in the middle of a green garden with stunning views of the valley, you can truly relax. If you do visit, don’t miss it. I will return.
First of all, we paid €750 for 2 nights, Monday to Wednesday. Way overpriced. Museum hotel next door has a much better view, much nicer rooms and staff is much nicer and the price is the same. Huge red flag!! They charged €310 per person for a hot air balloon ride, which was €125 at the same balloon place (called Universal Balloon if you’re curious and they’re good to be fair). They said that’s the only available choice. Wonder how much they took in between. We confronted them and they said qualities vary significantly and needed to make sure the best, which was €125-150 for everyone else. So, where did €350-380 go?! The manager’s pockets? We also booked through Hilton Honors and are supposed to get an upgrade since I’m a gold member. Nope, we got the worst room (which we paid) even though there were at least 3 nicer rooms unoccupied and we literally only saw only more guest group when we stayed at breakfast for 2 hours from the start (we would have seen other guests). The sheets were not changed even though I asked them to change on the second night. I see the exact same stain for 2 nights in a row. The jacuzzi water was so dirty, full of bugs, floating on top. Very uncomfortable. The shower handle was broken. The door can’t be properly shut. Water splashed everywhere. Extremely hard to find. The pavements are not good to walk and people slip. Extremely steep slope you need to climb everywhere you go. The staff are not well trained and rude, know nothing. Asked how old the castle 5 mins walk from there and she said I don’t know. Another guy shut the door to my face.
A great quiet hotel with excellent service, thanks a lot to Ismail. A very tasty breakfast. At 5:00 a.m., a gorgeous view of the balloons. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. I liked that the reception is open 24 hours and is always available..
We found and booked Ariana through Hilton. The property overlooks and provides amazing views - Distant mountains, rock formations, fairy chimneys, and the morning balloon launches are perfectly in view. At sunset, Rose Valley comes alive with spectacular colors. The staff was very attentive and interested in our needs. We had the most contact with Elif, Aycan, Ismail, and Irem. They were very accommodating booking tours, providing local information, and dinner reservation. Their service was spectacular in the Plumb restaurant and at breakfast time. I highly recommend Ariana to anyone traveling the region.
It’s a small boutique hotel, with excellent service! The staff was super helpful!! Great views! The food at the Plum restaurant was amazing! They grow their own herbs and vegetables! The Pvt tour and transfers arranged by them were great Definitely recommend
Our recent stay at Ariana Sustainable Luxury Lodge was absolutely unforgettable. The hotel is located in one of the most scenic spots in Uçhisar, with panoramic views that look like a dream — especially during sunrise and sunset. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, blending luxury and local charm perfectly. We stayed as a family with our 6-year-old daughter, and the experience was just as magical for her as it was for us. The restaurant served some of the best meals we had during our time in Cappadocia. Each dish was both flavorful and beautifully presented. Breakfast on the terrace was a true highlight. What stood out most was the warm and professional service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable — always with a smile. Their hospitality made our stay feel personal and special. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and memorable place to stay in Cappadocia, look no further. We will definitely return and highly recommend Ariana Lodge to couples, families, and anyone seeking something truly special.
Every detail exceeded expectations! The staff’s ( Aycan Eroglu) warmth and flexibility shone when he adjusted our booking dates and surprised us with a free upgrade to a luxurious suite (with dreamy views!). He spoke English very fluently and giving suggestions on where is the best place to visit and good restaurants. From welcome champagne to nightly sweet treats, the surprises never stopped. Even our lost item was swiftly shipped back with zero stress—above-and-beyond care! Book here for a personalized, VIP experience—we’ll be back!
Fantastic Small Luxury Hotel, highly recommended. The personnel was very helpful every step of the way. The service at the restaurant was top notch. The locatiom of the hotel and the rooms are excellent. Will defnietly visit again when in capadocia
We had such a great time at Ariana Luxury Lodge. The location is amazing—right in the middle of Cappadocia with stunning views, especially in the morning when the hot air balloons are floating by. It’s quiet, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax. Our room was super comfortable and clean, with a mix of modern and traditional design. You could tell they put effort into making the space feel cozy and special. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or give suggestions for things to do nearby. Overall, it was a great mix of comfort, beautiful scenery, and warm service. Would definitely recommend it if you’re visiting Cappadocia and want somewhere peaceful but still close to everything.
We loved our stay - the resort is absolutely delight. Attention to details are impeccable- cleanliness was top notch!! Right from our check-in to local guidance, sun set with champagne and B’fast set-menu at “The Plum” is mind blowing - cheese spread and sunny side eggs with Turkish sausage are my favorite. Must stay in you’re in the area.
It’s a wonderful small hotel, very comfortable. Staff are very friendly and kind. The restaurant is so good, especially Ismaill who served us throughout our stay. Our favourite was the Gozleme at breakfast time! The room is very clean and warm, view is fantastic. Definitely recommend.
It had a modern and cozy feel. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was delicious and it was a great spread of turkish breakfast every morning. Our rooms were really nice and comfortable and the children had a spacious room as well. We were also away from the tourist hustle and bustle which was really nice.
Nothing much really
This hotel was perfection! The staff was beyond amazing. The most personalized and excellent service I have ever experienced. The Inara Suite was so lovely and the restaurant was fantastic! There really are not enough words to describe the magical experience we had there!
Ariana Sustainable Luxury Lodge I only have good things to say about this hotel: the comfort of the room, the view, the cleanliness… Everything was perfect! However, what I value the most is the unique experience I had thanks to the exceptional service from the staff. I would like to highlight Elif Dolunay, Guest Relations Supervisor, who, together with Aycan Eroglu, contacted me four days before my arrival to organize a special celebration. They offered me the best suite in the hotel! Elif coordinated everything with the team, going above and beyond my expectations. Simply outstanding! I arrived to find an amazingly decorated suite, a handwritten card from the Management, an excellent cake I had requested, seasonal fruits, the finest desserts, and wine. The terrace was perfect for enjoying the hot air balloon show. Additionally, they prepared a beautifully decorated table in the restaurant with the best view. I’ll never have enough words to thank them for this experience. Honestly, it was the best of my life! Thank You!
I’m so glad you liked it
The hotel is very nice, rooms very comfortable & the staff very accommodating, friendly & professional. Eli at reception made you feel welcome from the moment you stepped in the front door & things only got better from then on. I would highly recommend this lodge if you are looking for a great spot in Cappadocia.
We are two couples originally planning a trip to Cappadocia to experience the balloon ride and the surrounding areas .When we arrived we found a magical place covered in snow so no balloon ride. However we found the Ariana hotel delightful , giving us a lovely rest. We found all the staff friendly led by Eli who gave us great suggestions on what we could do in the snow. We certainly would recommend staying at the hotel, it’s well located and as they say, a home away from home
Lovely views from the dining area and balcony of our room. We were graciously upgraded on our arrival, much to our delight and enjoyment. Breakfast was fresh, and incredibly generous, with excellent service. Likewise, the restaurant for dinner was an excellent mix of local specialties and international fare to meet our needs. From start to finish, the service was classy, personalized, and refreshingly generous -- true to the Turkish spirit we have come to love.
Awesome location, very nicely appointed .
One of the best places to stay in Cappadocia. We’ve had an amazing three days here and of all of the places we’ve stayed, this was one of the hardest places to leave behind. We stayed in the Arinnitti suite which was stunning as a split suite with mezzanine and sweeping panoramic views over pigeon valley. The hotel itself is beautiful, tastefully decorated and has an amazing terrace where you can graze whilst admiring the ballon rides. There is a big focus on sustainability which was a deciding factor for us and they grow a lot of the fresh produce on site as well as make their own wines. The breakfast was an extravagant affair with lots of homemade and local bread, cheese, jams, honey, olives as well as a la carte options like peanut butter porridge (a game changer!) and eggs benedict. It’s a small hotel with a lovely dedicated team who made us feel very welcome. A big thank you for looking after us whether that was booking excursions, restaurant recommendations and just making sure we were always comfortable and having fun. A special thank you to Ismail for our breakfasts!
My family and I had a wonderful and memorable experience in Cappadocia and a big part of it is because of our stay in Ariana Luxury Lodge! The place is amazing - high-end furnishings and interiors, great architecture, best location and views! The service is impeccable - highly-experienced and trained crew, top-notch attention to detail and proactiveness! I highly recommend this hotel! Best value for money!
This is a very special boutique hotel designed in every aspect to exceed the expectations of the most discerning guests. The suite bathrooms alone are palatial and stunningly presented… the service aims to complement the high-level amenity and design aesthetic…. Particularly from the GM Berke and Selim, and very much appreciated.
Great hospitality and stunning views
My husband and I chose this property for our honeymoon and we have absolutely no regrets. The staff was extremely courteous and went above and beyond our expectations, ensuring we made the most out of our time in Cappadocia. 100/10 highly recommend!
Nothing! Everything was fantastic!
The hotel was really Nice. Selin checked us perfectly. Definetely come back
The property is located high on a cliff with a beautiful view of the Cappadocia region. The hotel is amazing, the room was excellent, clean, cozy, quiet and comfortable. The hotel decoration is high quality. Staff of the hotel is friendly and helpful, they try to do everything to make your stay smooth. The only downside is the restaurant. We haven’t tried the whole menu, but what we tried was ok only. I’m not saying that is bad, but it could be better specially when you take in consideration the prices, it’s overpriced. In the town you will eat better and cheap. However, the staff in the restaurant is very friendly, specially the gentleman working as a waiter at the night shift. It was my wife birthday and they prepared a beautiful and tasty cake for her which was super nice from the restaurant/hotel. I would definitely go back to this hotel if I travel back to Cappadocia.
Perfectly located. Our room was upgraded to the Beltis Suite. It had an amazing view. We could see the take off and landing of the hot air balloons. Wonderful sight. The staff were very receptive and friendly. The receptionist Selin and the other lady present when we checked in (I do not remember her name) were amazing. Our room was beautiful. We had dinner at The Plum Restaurant. Restaurant staff was amazing. It was a birthday trip and they surprised us with a beautiful cake.
The food was good but could be better
Room was incredibly spacious, clean, sheets and pillow top notch. The upgrade to the suite with wonderful balloon views from the terrace was very much appreciated. The breakfast was excellent with several options and mezze offerings. The best part of it was by far the service. The front office staff (Selin, Belur, Kemal and Merve) and Ismail in the restaurant were all incredibly helpful and attentive.
Nothing, it was an excellent stay all around
This is absolutely the best place to stay in Cappadocia! A small boutique hotel with an amazing location, great views, and tastefully decorated suites, which create a cozy atmosphere that lets you relax and savor every moment. The rooms are equipped with everything one could wish for and more. As we all know, however, a place is nothing without the people in it, and Ariana’s personnel made our stay all the more enjoyable. My family and I would especially like to thank the lovely ladies Elif, Selim and Merve, who never failed to greet us with a smile and provide useful advice and information. We would also like to express our admiration to the house manager Bekir bey for his professionalism, commitment and precious advice. Our experience at Ariana wouldn’t have been the same without the lovely restaurant and its skillful manager Ferhat bey- our favorite mixologist, who was attentive, professional and prepared the best and most unique cocktails. Çok teşekkür ederiz! İyi şanslar!

Wonderful breakfast and Location
Room, staff, food, view everything was soo amazing
I’ve stayed at different hotels in Cappadocia but this was the best stay for me. I had a unique experience in Ariana. The hotel has a great location, you have the chance to wake up with the epic view of the hot air balloons. The hotel is modernly designed, however, you can feel the soul of this historical region. Each room has a unique desing and all very comfortable. I strongly recommend to try the hotel’s Plum Restaurant which has very delicious food and nice atmosphere. The staff is very kind and helpful. Special thanks to Nedim for making my stay memorable.
GREAT SERVICE, VERY FRIENDLY STAFF, GREAT FOOD OPTIONS. LOVE THE MODERN YET UNIQUE STYLE.
