No restaurant open as advertised and no customers, we were even told when we checked in that you would loose your money if you decided to leave!!

Swimming pool was private ... The design of the pool area created a very private area to swim. The staff were very nice and inviting.

There are areas that are showing age. The hotel restaurant service is great, but the selection is extremely limited if you desire any of the listed European meals (the menu is lengthy but availability is limited--most menu items were not available).

The only bonus for this hotel was it’s proximity to Yanhee Hospital

Extremely dated, the staff were rude. Our room had a large king size bed but only 2 pillows. We called the desk to ask for 2 more, after some back and forth on the phone they reluctantly gave us 1 additional pillow. The bed was rock hard and the couch had given up about 10 years ago. If you must have a shower, don’t look up!! You can scrap the scale away with your finger nails….

Very large rooms, almost too big, i assume this used to be a residence before

No room service even though they had room menus, called and asked for room service the lady hung up on me then another lady called back and said they didn't have room service. There were signs in the lift saying they did. As well as a menu in the room. Couch in the room was horrible to sit on. Room door was not auto close and swings right open. Nothing to do in the local area. Breakfast was lousy too

Not many restaurants around,close to 7-11,10mins walk to Sky train station, rooms in good size, beds are firm but they should change the aged curtains, shower room is quite slippy have to be careful, breakfast not many choices, overall feeling good .

Decent for what it was, staff were very friendly, but a bit far from everything

Beyond a joke, changed three rooms in three days, first day no hot water put in another block and plugs sockets damn right dangerous. Second day change me to another room smelt awful and no hot water, gave up changed to a final room then had enough, staff can’t speak English but could communicate via translator however no sign of managers

The hotel is conveniently located near Yanhee and MRT stations.Thank you to the housekeeping team for their friendliness.

I have a few suggestions: 1. The breakfast was good and delicious. However, if you offer à la carte breakfast, there should be more variety instead of just American breakfast and boiled rice. Adding options like fried flat noodles, congee, or other à la carte dishes would make it more interesting, as the same menu every day can get a bit boring. 2. During breakfast service, the staff should wait until customers have finished their meal before starting to clean. Cleaning too early can feel intrusive and uncomfortable for guests. 3. I understand this is not a 5-star hotel, so I did not expect exceptional service. However, the staff on duty ( front office ) should be more friendly when interacting with customers. If a request is against hotel policy, it is fine to politely refuse, but at least do so with a smile. 4.The air condition in living room of my room was hot.

Room service/kitchen was closed half the time. Difficult getting food whilst I was recovering from surgery.

Heavily overpriced hotel. We paid 1200 baht a night for this place. My friend paid over 4000 for a suite. By comparison a 4 star hotel in Thonglor is 4000 baht for a suite. A fair price for this hotel would be around 800 baht a night for regular room. Pillows very hard. Corridor lights were all off. Room smell was stale.

No water supply for a day. No hand and face towels. The staff didnt clean the room, only change the towels. No warm water. Hard bed and only 2 pillows provided. Compare to the quality, it was toooooo expensive.

Check in 等了30分鐘，最初還說我沒預定。房間整張電視台都鋪滿塵，dvd機只能播聲沒畫面的。加一張被要加300。21：00後接待室已經沒人，最大問題是洗澡，只有凍水或熱水，沒有暖水的！熱水是不能沖的。一家人去要有心理準備洗凍水！

The only walking distance Hotel to Yanhee Hospital , suites are clean lots of buses with Chinese tourists be careful, breakfast mainly Asian style , some eggs and ham in water with toast and coffee with tea being the only usual European breakfast components. Most Reception Staff only Speak Thai, with the exception to one that spoke quiet good English, TV has no English Channels Available, Hotel is Remote to Central Bangkok , close to 7 eleven , and Family Mart over the walking bridge ,and food market in the 7 Eleven car park has lots of Thai Street Food , roof top garden is out of service lol , meaning closed, good as a support location for anyone in Yanhee Hospital. but if you venture towards Bangkok for a different life , then expect a hard time getting back to the Hotel as no taxi drivers like to venture towards the hotel location, hopefully the Skytrain system is finished and running soon, which passes all down the Street , which would make a great difference in getting into Bangkok and back to the Hotel without a problem, other than that it served its purpose for our stay as support.

お部屋も広くて清潔。とても過ごしやすいホテルでした。しかし、チェックアウト時にルームサービスの料金をクレジットカードで支払いましたが、その時に白いメモ用紙を渡され、「ここに暗証番号を書いてくれ」みたいなことを言われ、一気に不信感でいっぱいになりました。女性の従業員の方でした。嫌だったので断り、指でボタンを押すジェスチャーをしたら、クレジットの端末を渡され、そこに入力して支払いの処理は済みました。が、その後に印刷されたサイン不要と記載のホテル用の控えに、サインを要求されました。この人大丈夫かな？と思いました。初めてする作業だったのでしょうか。お金のことなので不安しかなかったです。他のスタッフの方は皆さん問題なく感じました。

Hotelzimmer ist groß genug. Allerdings ist der Service und die Sauberkeit richtig schlecht. Vergilbte Handtücher, auf Reklamation wurde nicht reagiert. Das Frühstück kann man auch sein lassen. Vor dem Hotel gibt es genügend Möglichkeiten, um gutes Essen zu bekommen.

I like their breakfast buffet in the morning because they offer a variety of foods to eat. Sad to say, there are no face and hand towels that you can use in the bathroom. The bath towels are kinda worn. I'm not sure if they turn off the internet in the middle of the night since suddenly, there was no Wifi Connection.. The employees are courteous but doesn't speak much English. The housekeeper can be trusted when she cleans your room. It's location is near Food Mart, some street food carts and a restaurant that you can eat even late at night.

Lots of major work going on. Lovely staff. Rooms are basic. The pool needs a good clean, green algae not good. Good hotel for 1 or 2 night stay only.

２部屋で予約したのに、１部屋しか押さえられていなかった。が、バウチャーを見せて２部屋予約、支払済みであることを主張したら、アップグレードされた部屋を追加料金無しで提供してくれた。ただし、チェックイン時にデポジットを１０００バーツずつ請求され、控えを紛失したら返金してもらえなかった。部屋はとても広いが、設備はまあまあ。毎晩、バス数台分の海外からの観光客が押し寄せ、朝早く出発。どうやら朝食が２種類あり、早い時間に提供される団体客用の方を利用するとベーコン等の肉類が無い様子。ホテルのレストランと思われる場所で毎晩遅くまで演奏があり、うるさかった。
