整体环境和价位比较来说性价比还是很高的

Checkup was complicated, the staff wasn't clear on how to process our booking with hotels.com. The restaurant upstairs had very limited drink and food options. Breakfast was excellent though and the rooms were great.

因为工作也帮同事预订了这里，整体很满意，交通方便，闹中取静，周边餐饮很丰富。酒店干净服务好，早餐丰富，推荐！

因为项目原因，几次到成都都住希尔顿了，交通方便，位置熟悉，服务也好，下次还会继续选择这里

The room is a little worn out Lighting is not good in the room Air conditioning is poor and does not function at all

Very good service. Got an upgrade and used the business lounge for 3 hours. Absolutely worth it.

先ずエレベーターですが、台数が多い事や機能が良い事で待ち時間も平均短く、ストレスを感じることが無かったですね。プールを利用しましたが、更衣室も清潔感ありいいですね。プールの水も綺麗でした。朝食ビュッフェの料理の並びはアイテム数が多いのにコンパクトにまとめてあり、とても便利でしたね。結構満足でした。

서비스도 좋고 굉장히 편안했어요 조식도 정말 맛있었구요 다만 시내랑 먼게 단점이랄까...

正面入り口に屋根がついてないので、到着時雨だったため、濡れてしまいました。 浴室とトイレが別に分かれている点が満足でした。 ホテルのWIFIで、グーグルもヤフーもできました。 ヘアドライヤーが時々しか作動しないので、大変不便でした。 テレビは、ニュースが見たいのに、チャンネルが変えられない設定になっているのか、映画しか見れませんでした。 壁の塗装について、日本人ではありえない適当さが見えるのが残念でした。

早餐十分美味，頂層泳池景觀一流！執房姨姨十分友善！酒店附近多了很食肆，有糖水店，火鍋店，十分方便！有機會一定會再來！

너무 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 특히 조식이 아주 맛있네요

酒店的管理不错。周围生活配套少了些。

The location of the property is a bit far from the main areas -- that is the only issue. Otherwise, it is a wonderful property - nicely maintained with a helpful and friendly staff.

ホテルのすぐ隣に地下鉄の駅があり、市内にある観光スポットの西安城壁などへも4駅くらいですぐにアクセスできて便利だった。

Hotel correct pour Chengdu. J’irai même jusqu’a dire que c’est un bon choix. Mais les commentaires positifs s’arretent la. Personnel qui parle peu anglais, longueurs au check-in et check-out, hôtel vieillissant, nourriture de qualité moyenne...

地下鉄近く市街中心まで25分程度 価格は高い、コンビニはホテルの裏手に数件。

there was no hot water at the bathtub and no double bed when check in, the hotel gave me complimentary breakfast as compensation

We had an amazing stay at the Hilton. The staff blew us away with their professional attitudes and excellent customer service. I traveled with 2 kids and they walked away with huge smiles on their faces due to the hotel's complementary sleeping tents in the room as well as stuffed Panda gifts from the room service staff and the buffet staff! I have never felt like a VIP but after this stay I must say Lilly and her team went way out of their way to make us feel at home!!! THANK YOU for making our trip memorable!!!

晚上到酒店被升级到套房，真的很大，很舒适

員工態度一流，房間很清㓗，但真的很遠，到春熙路要坐十幾個站地鐵！酒店食品頗貴，但洒店旁邊有7-11，暫可解決飲食問題！

Staff are very pleasant. Room is clean and comfy and well equipped. I liked the most of the USB plugs all over the room which is a necessity of today's life. This is a perfect for business trip but may a bit far away from the old town.

THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE, I ESPECIALLY LOVED THE BATHROOM AND THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE WE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL FOR A COUPLE OF NIGHTS BECAUSE WE VISITED A PANDA CENTER CLOSE TO CHENGDU. WE CHECKED IN AT 1:00AM THEN THE NEXT DAY AFTER OUR VISIT TO THE PANDA CENTER, WE RETURNED TO THE HOTEL AND SLEPT UNTIL 3:00AM TO GET READY FOR OUR FLIGHT TO HONG KONG SO WE DIDNT HAVE TIME TO ENJOY THE HOTEL IT WAS A SURPRISE FOR US TO SEE AT THE RESTAURANT WHERE A EASTER BUFFET SERVICE WAS OFFERED THEY HAD A LOT OF PEOPLE EATING BUT SEVERAL TABLES WERE NEVER CLEANED UP, MOST HAD DIRTY DISHES AND NOBODY PICKED THEM UP. THE RESTAURANT WAS A MESS FULL OF PEOPLE, CHILDREN SCREAMING, RUNNING AROUND THE PLACE AND DIRTY TABLES.

住了七天，感覺早餐很好，菜色豐富，食材新鮮，早餐廚師大都是四川大媽，溝通有點卡卡的，與希爾頓的星級有點不搭。 客房服務非常好，因為我喝水量大，還特別為我加了幾瓶水，好溫馨。

My stay at Hilton Chengdu had been a great one. My preferred choice for business trip mainly due to its ideal location and accessibility.

Room was nicely laid out with comfortable bed. Exec lounge staff were excellent. Hotel close to subway line 1.

早餐比较简单，其他都很好，特别是洗浴产品

Beautiful modern hotel a short drive away from the downtown core. It's in an area that is rapidly developing and full of huge buildings but still has enough restaurants around to find a good hotpot meal. The food in the hotel is top notch as well. Great value for the money and close enough to the attractions in Chengdu.

空港からのアクセスホテルの質、特に朝食バイキングは質がたかったです。 またこの地域に訪れた際には泊まってみたいと思います。
