Le cadre est charmant, authentique, le rapport qualité prix est bon, l'emplacement est bon également, à deux pas du centre de radium. Je suis resté 3 jours et cela correspondait exactement à mon besoin. Un gros plus pour la gentillesse du jeune homme qui m'a accueilli ainsi que le propriétaire avec qui j'ai passé un bon moment à échanger près du feu, votre parcours est un modèle d'inspiration pour moi. Very comfortable. Rooms and everything very clean. Good beds, nice coffee and even cream in the fridge. The owner/manager is very helpful and attentive, and he take care of the hotel with passion. Nice touches of exterior plants and flowers. Nice desk to stay and relax outside.

We waren iets eerder voor de incheck en Willem, de Nederlands sprekende eigenaar, was zo vriendelijk ons alvast handdoeken te geven voor een bezoek aan Radium Hot Springs, iets verderop aan de doorgaande weg. Hij gaf ons ook wat extra tips om tegen de avond nog wildlife, waaronder beren, te kunnen spotten. Helaas hebben we ze (toen) niet meer gezien... De hotelbedden zijn prima en de regendouche is heel fijn. Willem is erg gastvrij en staat open voor een gezellig praatje. Bij vertrek kregen we nog een heerlijke fles zelfgemaakte wijn van hem cadeau! Veel plezier in de nabije toekomst, Willem!

A real treasure, friendly, welcoming check-in, room pleasant, airy and clean with excellent facilities and comfortable bed. Local knowledge shared with us improved the next stage of our journey.

Superb stay at Crescent Moon. Exceptionally clean room. Organic, pressed bed sheets (yes, really!). Fluffy towels. Stunning landscaping and views. The attention to little details everywhere went above and beyond. Comfort and quality evident. Wim is a phenomenal host. We are planning to return after Labour Day 2026. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The motel is near everything: 5 min drive from the Hot Spring pool, 2 min from the town centre, where you can fuel your car or buy grocery. The room is well equipped and comfortable. Parking spot is big and right in front of the room's door. The kitchen has enough utensils to make a simple meal for my family. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely stay here next time.

I stayed in a room with a kitchen, and there was no dishwasher. The plates were clean, but I had to wash them before I used them because I didn't think they were sanitized enough by hand washing.

Very easy to find, park and check in. Very clean and well maintained. Owner was exceptionally kind and helpful. He suggested a local restaurant, gave a discount as a guest of the hotel and the food was fantastic (The Goat- get the burger and killer margaritas). Bed was extremely comfortable. Looking forward to another stay soon.

This was the best hotel during our 9 day visit to Canada/Montana. There were 4 of us. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. It was perfect. Even the sofa bed was comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean. Even though we had to climb some stairs, the location was perfect. The owner is the best. He is so nice and accommodating. Loaned us towels for the hot springs. Very nice kitchenette. Table with chairs was great - we brought back pizza for dinner.

My husband and I stayed here for one night on our way to Jasper, AB. We were assigned room #9. We had a king bed with kitchenette and couch. Reasonable rates Clean, quiet and comfortable. Each unit has an assigned parking area. Close to restaurants, gas, etc. Owner/manager was friendly with quick check in. If you have mobility issues, I would mention that when booking as some units are up numerous steps. The hot springs are on the same road.

Excellent place to stay for one night or an extended stay! Cabins, kitchenettes, single rooms here. Very clean, reasonably priced. Wiim is a friendly, helpful owner who has a lot of pride in his motel. I highly recommend the Crescent Motel in Radium, BC.

The hospitality was expectional! We were able to check in late and the host let us know of some local spots that did not disappoint! Also the whole place was clean and had lovely flowers throughout. Would 100% stay here again!

Lovely small motel. Extraordinarily good value. Young chap who checked us in (sorry I forgot his name) was super friendly and very helpful. For example, he asked if we were planning to visit the hot springs; upon determining that we were, he sorted us out a couple of pool towels to take with us, so we didn’t have to hire them at the spa. Little considerations like that are much appreciated. Motel was traditional in style, but very well maintained, and with carefully tended gardens. Rooms were thoughtfully equipped and well laid out. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. No idea how they keep the price so low. Conveniently located a few minutes from the Radium Hot Springs in one direction and the centre of town in the other. Various nice restaurants locally - from which I would recommend the Old Salzburg Restaurant and Screamers Ice Cream Cafe.

Willem, the host, was delightful and so helpful. We arrived super early but this was not at all a problem. Before we even checked in he very kindly offered us some towels so that we could go and enjoy the hot springs park, which is about 1 mile up the road and a beautiful drive to there too. Our room was on the upper level, so a steep flight of stairs to take. Ask for a lower level room if you have mobility issues. But we had afternoon sun and it was more peaceful at the level as we had no one else staying in rooms near us. A real kettle as well as coffee machine, plus actual wine glasses and China mugs, rather than plastic or paper. Very much appreciated.

Comfy beds, cute kitchenette with all you need, large showering space, stable Wi-Fi, and much more. The area was fantastic—quiet and soothing.

Nothing was bad. Only thing I will change next time is booking directly with motel as booking sites charge extra money for booking and you end up paying more than actual motel.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at period. Both in terms of amenities and value. Fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, great shower, clean… you name it. It’s even got a nice view out the window. The night before we stayed in Banff, payed 3 times the amount of money and got nothing for it in comparison.

A quaint little place in a great location. The owner,Len, was very informative..as good as, or better, than the local visitor center. He took the time to give us all the good tips down to where to shop, dine and hike. There were outdoor areas to hang out and he was just so welcoming and friendly.

William, the owner of the motel, is an outstanding gentleman. He was extremely friendly and helpful when I asked for assistance. He even provided a wealth of information and thoughtfully prepared a booklet with menus from nearby restaurants, making it easy to decide where to eat. I will definitely return next time. Highly recommended to everyone considering a stay at Brook.

Had to wait ages as receptionist had gone somewhere and left the property

The owner went above and beyond to make sure our room was ready when we got stuck in traffic and didn’t arrive till 1 in the morning. He also told us not to worry about check out time and sleep as long as we want. He would have canceled our reservation too if we would have booked with his website instead of the bookings website (which would have charged us if we would have cancelled so short noticed). The cabin was very spacious and clean

We stayed for three days. Host was exceedingly friendly and helpful and takes great pride in his hotel. Room was quiet and clean. We'd definitely stay there again.

I would give this motel a six if I could. We booked a one night stay because there is a level 2 EV charger available with its own dedicated parking space. We were in room 8 which is right by the charger, not that it matters much as it is a small property. The room was well appointed and spotlessly clean. There was a kitchenette with a small dining table so we could cook our dinner and relax. You know when a place is well cared for when all the cupboard doors fit perfectly and none are out of alignment. The bathroom was small but functional and spotless. At first glance the shower stall appears small but it is a walk-in shower and quite roomy. Each room has a small deck with chairs and it was pleasant to sit outside and watch birds. The host is very friendly and chatty and said there are three types of hummingbirds who visit the many flower boxes he has planted around the property.

The one room we stayed in, I believe, their smallest room was a little cramped but cozy.

This hotel is very convenient and clean. The owner walked us to our room and made sure that we liked it. Because it is not a chain, it has charm. They also do not allow smoking: something we appreciate. It was a pleasant stay. The motel is also in walking distance of the Old Salzburg Restaurant, where we went for supper.
