Dar Pamella

I had booked and paid a 4-day stay at Dar Pamella. I was delayed in the airport and tried contacting the hotel several times. I got through once but they disconnected quickly. When I arrived my room was let to someone else. The hotel refused to refund anything. Never book this place, they will cheat you.

It was a good experience, good service and very nice people that showed us the room. I would definitely book this hotel the next time we are here, since you can even tan yourself on the highest floor. Amazing hotel overall🙏

Lovely clean authentic Riad in a good location in the Medina. Clarify payment for room before departure as I was asked to pay cash the night before departure as told they can’t do card and then after getting out money was told no it had gone through my card so communication with staff n an administration chap that pops in with a laptop wasn’t good. Everything in Morocco is cash just about always a negotiation so be prepared. Taxi transfer was good from Riad.

Fue todo perfecto, tengo que decir que la ubicación es un poco liosa, si nunca has estado por la zona, pero creo que es algo normalizado en la zona. El chico que lo lleva es super agradable y simpatico, nos trato super bien y la verdad es que es muy respetuoso con todo. Volveríamos a ir sin duda.

Riad molto bello e pulito in posizione centrale, terrazza bellissima dove viene servita la colazione, personale molto gentile - ringraziamo Abdo e le ragazze, siamo stati davvero molto bene!

Le riad est super bien situé accès direct au milieu des souks et malgré tout aucun bruit à l'intérieur du riad. L'accueil a été super et le personnel d'une grande générosité. Abdou en particulier a toujours été là pour nous conseiller en autre pour trouver le bon endroit pour acheter nos épices et des +++ pour son thé si doux et délicieux. Si je dois retourner à Marrakech à coup sûr je reviendrai dans ce riad

Par contre il faudrait prendre soin des fleurs et arbres un peu d'eau aiderait à leur donner meilleure mine et rendra le rooftop encore plus agréable

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la dame «  de la cuisine » puis par Hafid ( le patron) qui a pris le temps de d échanger avec nous ( ma fille et moi). Accueil avec du thé et des gâteaux, le temps que l on remplisse les docs de séjour. Nous avions dans la matinée demandé si l on pouvait laisser nos bagages car ce n était pas encore l heure. Pas de problème, et même mieux notre chambre etait déjà prête. Chambre très agréable et confortable Salle d eau avec wc spacieuse . Le tout décoré avec goût. Tres bien entretenu. La personne qui nous ouvrait la nuit et qui nous servile petit déjeuner était également très à l écoute. Riad qui se trouve à proximité du zouk. Rien à dire, bon qualité prix.Terrasse superbe Je conseille fortement.

Great location but hard to find and good morrocan breakfast. Rooftop was disappointing since you can’t see anything from it with high walls in all sides. Front door required guests to use doorbell for entry which was inconvenient.

Központi helyen van a szállás, közel mindenhez, mégis egy eldugott utcácskában található, így nem hallatszódik be a városi zaj, ami hatalmas plusz pont. A szállásadó és az ott dolgozók nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek. Csak ajánlani tudom!

A reggeli lehetett volna kicsit változatosabb, de ezen kívül minden tökéletes volt.

Aufpassen vor Betrug!!! Wir sind Opfer von einem Betrug in diesem Hotel geworden. Wir haben unsere Unterkunft mit Masterard garantiert, uns wurde jedoch ohne Autorisierung 220€ mehr abgebucht, als über booking.com vereinbart war. Der Hotelmanager tat als würde er uns nicht verstehen und als sei nichts extra abgebucht worden. Er war absolut nicht hilfsbereit und hat unsere Beschwerde diesbezüglich gekonnt ignoriert. Wir haben in Deutschland eine Strafanzeige gestellt. Wir standen mit booking.com im Kontakt und konnten eine Gutschrift für einen Teil des Geldes erhalten, den Rest haben wir an diese Betrüger verloren. Leider war hier booking.com machtlos. Dies hat unseren Aufenthalt in Marakesch wirklich getrübt. Demnach absolut nicht empfehlenswert!!!

Le déj sur la terrasse est sympa

CAFARDS. Salle de bain avec cafards, et pas qu'un peu. Chambre pas particulièrement propre. Pour le prix très déçu. Je vous déconseille cette hôtel, il y en a des bien mieux et bien moins cher. (Sindi Sud par exemple.) Ps: un cafard est sorti de ma sacoche, deux jours après mon retour, au boulot. Pas la meilleure expérience.

Esta muy cerca de jemaa el fna El chico que estaba siempre era muy majo y nos proporcionó todas las facilidades que estuvieron su mano.

Nada, es todo increíble.

Temizlik, konfor, harika konum, güleryüzlü çalışanlar. Nabil ve Uthman çok canayakındılar. Nabil bizi karşılayıp önce naneli çay ikram etti, bu da bütün yorgunluğumuzu aldı. Harika bir jestti. Oda gayet şıktı, teras çok hoş dizayn edilmişti. Otelin konumu harikaydı. İşlek bir çarşı sokağına hemen ulaşıyorsunuz, Fena Meydanı ise birkaç dakika uzakta. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Gece gelenler için otelin tam konumunu bulmak biraz zor olabilir, çünkü dar ve karanlık bir sokakta bulunuyor. Bence yön tabelalarıyla daha iyi bir yönlendirme olabilir. Kahvaltı zenginleştirilmeli. Yatağımızın vidaları sanırım yerinden çıkmıştı. Sessiz ve konforlu bir uyku için yatakların bakımı yapılmalı.

Was very central!! Very comfortable bed and the host was extremely warm and welcoming to us! We only stayed one night but allowed us to leave our bags safely with them when we explored

Because it’s so central you have to walk some of the way in. It’s also a very busy area with foot traffic but we didn’t mind this as it’s SO quite you don’t hear anything when you are in the accommodation

Amazing property, very close to the square only a couple minutes walk and we went through their transfers and it was super easy and our driver was waiting for us at the airport and as we left, the staff were 11/10!! Would recommend to everyone

Tout était super merci encore. L’accueil était super chaleureux, la chambres très sympas et propre, et surtout très bien placé à deux pas de la place principale. De plus la navette de transfert nous a été proposée pour notre retour, ce qui a éviter de se soucier de ça. Le personnel était vraiment aux petits soin, merci à Fatima et Abdou spécialement pour leur gentillesse. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Wifi de mauvaise qualité, ne fonctionne pas sur la terrasse, l'arrivée par le souk, le manque d'indication pour trouver le riad la première fois.

Es war wirklich eine super Unterkunft. Preis-Leistung perfekt, die Besitzer und vorallem Abdo war super nett und gastfreundlich. Das Frühstück war traditionell marokkanisch. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt in der Medina. Es war einfach TOP!!

Está muy bien ubicado, además fueron muy hospitalarios con nosotros. El ultimo día nos teniamos que ir a las 7 de la mañana y aunque la hora del desayuno era mas tarde, el chico se levantó para prepararnoslo.

Por las fotos me esperaba otra habitación, aún asi la que nos dieron estaba bastante bien.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce riad idéalement situé en plein centre-ville, à deux pas du marché. L’emplacement est parfait pour découvrir la médina à pied. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. Le service était impeccable et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement pour un séjour authentique et chaleureux à Marrakech !

Buen lugar un poco escondido

La ubicación, que se encuentra en pleno zoco (algo difícil de encontrar si no tienes google maps porque esta en una callejuela). Desayuno el típico que ofrecen: creps, bizcocho y café con zumo, nada de fruta. Ninguna opción para los celíacos (traeros vuestro pan y fruta). No te ofrecen té de bienvenida. Hay riads más bonitos pero supongo que no tan centricos.

No funcionaba el secador de pelo y no nos dieron solución. Además, te ofrecen hammam de su otro riad (riad fabiola) por 40 euros por persona. Te prometen 45 minutos de hammam y 45 minutos de masaje pero eso es entre los dos. Además, no nos explicaron donde era el otro riad y estuvimos siguiendo a una empleada que no hablaba español, ni francés ni inglés durante 15 minutos... Luego al llegar al riad, te hacen desvestirte rápido y te meten en el hammam sin explicaciones, todo algo brusco. Empezamos a las 18h30 y a las 19h30 ya había acabado... y tuve que esperar 30 minutos a que saliera mi pareja porque iban de uno en uno... Muy insatisfecha. Recomiendo que busquéis otro hammam.

Logement très bien placé au centre du souk, idéal pour se promener à pied et visiter Marrakech. Très bon accueil ! Chambre confortable et petit déjeuner très bon et copieux.

Veldig imøtekommende og hyggelige ansatte. Koselig Riad. Veldig sentralt i gamlebyen. Lurt å bestille henting på flyplassen. Kan være vanskelig å finne frem. Vi er fornøyd med oppholdet våres:)

It was very quite during the day but at night a lot of discussions, talking,... in the building

Staff was nice and friendly. We didn't found the hotel. There wasn't streetnames. We had to ask so many people before we found it.

We had a great stay here. The location is a 20 second walk down an alley from a busy soukh. The downside is that that means it’s quite a walk to where taxi’s can get. The dar itself is nice, everything was good, and the staff is helpful.

Absolutely brilliant place to stay. Great location and the staff organised outings for me and my brother. Clean through out and location was central for all the places to visit. If you want a traditional place to stay this has to be it. Loved it.

Inizio col dire che il posto è un incanto, è proprio una chicca nascosta nel cuore di Marrakech. La posizione è perfetta perchè centralissima, letteralmente a due passi dalla Medina, ma allo stesso tempo la sua ubicazione in un vicolo interno permette di distaccarsi dal caos e godere della tranquillità più assoluta. Il Riad è curato in ogni minimo dettaglio, dalla camera spaziosa e con un bagno molto grande, alla terrazza baciata dal sole dove si può fare colazione o godersi il sole nelle belle giornate: i lettini sono molto comodi e in dotazione ci sono anche dei teli e dei cappelli in paglia in cui è ricamato il nome del Riad, tanti piccoli dettagli che ho adorato!! Infine, non sicuramente per importanza, a rendere ancora più unico questo soggiorno è stata la cordialità e la gentilezza dello staff. Purtroppo durante la permanenza il mio ragazzo ha avuto la febbre alta e Abdul e la cuoca si sono presi cura di lui (e anche di me indirettamente nonostante non stessi male!) come fossero una famiglia : dalla colazione in camera, alle spremute di arancia e tante altre cure per cercare di farlo stare meglio, chiedendomi informazioni più volte riguardo il suo stato. Non posso che ringraziarvi, il posto è davvero incantevole ma voi avete reso tutto ancora più speciale! Per me è stata una scoperta trovarlo, ma voi che leggete, se andate a Marrakech, alloggiate in questo Riad e non ve ne pentirete, anzi, andrà oltre le vostre aspettative!

Ondanks dat je op één steenworp afstand zit van de medina, is het er erg rustig. Vriendelijk personeel al is het maken van afspraken lastig. Ze zijn hier niet altijd van de tijd. Dit verschilt wel sterk per personeelslid. Ontbijt is goed, maar staat in de ochtend niet standaard klaar. Wordt per kamer klaargemaakt. Hierdoor kan je soms wel een uur moeten wachten. Omgeving is geweldig, ook buiten Marrakech

Tout est magnifique et parfait. Nous avons tout apprécié et nous le recommandons vivement. Aucune fausse note. Première fois au Maroc et Marrakech et Belle découverte merci à vous.

The rooms are clean, comfortable spacious , ensuite shower and toilet clean and spacious. Decor is simple Moroccan. Staff were attentive, Abdul is very helpful and Mouna cooks delicious meals which are tasty and good prices. This road is within the old Medina so you have an authentic experience , well worth a stay.

Midden in het bruisende Marrakech maar toch rustig. En Abdo en Mona maken het je zo ontzettend naar je zin!

Marrakech is an interesting place and if you’re looking for cleanliness and quiet don’t go. Dar Pamella was a nice oasis and clean and quiet. It is in the heart of the Medina so easy to walk around. We were pleased with the service, property and staff.

We had an excellent stay at Dar Pamella. The Raid is an Oasis of calm inside the Medina. Almost everywhere is walkable from the accommodation with the main square just a short stroll away. Breakfast was served every morning upstairs on the terrace which was very welcomed. The staff were so helpful and kind. On the last day I wasn't feeling well and they looked after me and brought me soup, moroccan tea and let me have a later check out. I would certainly stay here again, Dar Pamella is exceptional value.

Onze kamer was op de benedenverdieping en zeer gehorig. Vriendelijk personeel, maar lastige communicatie omdat ze alleen frans sprak.

Emplacement parfait, chambre confortable, personnel très attentionné. Mouna rendra votre séjour parfait, très dévouée et très gentille. Merci également à Abdou pour sa gentillesse et son sourire. Petit dej très copieux.super point de départ pour profiter de la médina et faire tout à pied.

We arrived in the hotels taxi to be met with a really friendly lady who carried our bags to the accommodation which was about a 5min walk. To find the accommodation, I recommend using the hotel taxi. Once in the accommodation we were offered tea and cake. We had a fantastic meal in the hotel that evening cooked by Muna ( who also met us at the taxi) . Breakfast was excellent each morning made by a fantastic helpful and pleasant man. This place was right in the middle of Marrakech only 4 mins walk from the square - it was a real gem. The highlight of our stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of the two people mentioned earlier. In my 35 years of travelling , I have never experienced such friendliness by 2 people during our stay and their helpfulness was amazing. They worked so hard during our visit . I would recommend this small tranquil accommodation in the hustle bustle ( and it really is hustle bustle) of Marrakech. It was such good value for our 3 night stay. Make sure you take cash ( euros) to pay for anything in the hotel but that really wasn’t an issue. What a fantastic service we got during our stay and would definitely go back.

They are so friendly. Trying to speak spanish, English is good. Clean, easy to arrive. It is really central, at the beginning we were afraid because in the day it is dark the path, but we can arrive late safe because the Medina is open til late, and light on. Good breakfast as well. ** we didn't know about to pay taxes in cash , so, add this amount for every riad**

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo: posizione eccellente, vicino alla piazza Jemaa el Fna, anche se difficilissimo da trovare (ci sono venuti incontro dall'hotel per recuperarci e indicarci la strada) e inquietante il vicolo stretto, buio, passante sotto un sottopassaggio, senza nessuna indicazione del Dar Pamella. Colazione servita in gradevole terrazza, abbondante, variegata e di buona qualità; camere sufficientemente spaziose, pulite e arredate in stile locale, con cambio biancheria ogni 2 giorni (peccato l'assenza di un frigorifero in camera, che, soprattutto nei mesi caldi, diventa indispensabile!). Bagno in camera pulito e funzionale con doccia semichiusa in nicchia, mentre il bagno comune al piano terra lasciava a desiderare (pavimento bagnato... assenza di salviette monouso per asciugarsi...). Personale gentile e disponibile. Possibilità di servizio transfer a pagamento per aeroporto o altre mete. Per la comodità logistica e per il rapporto qualità-prezzo, lo consiglierei

LE RIAD A VOULU JETER UNE JEUNE FEMME DEHORS EN PLEINE NUIT CAR SELON EUX BOOKING NE LEUR AVAIT PAS FAIT LE VIREMENT ! ——————————————————————————— J’ai payé pour 3 nuits ! Au lieu de gérer ça avec booking directement et d’être professionnel ça n’a absolument pas été le cas et j’en ai fait les frais jusqu’au bout. Je rappelle que je suis une jeune femme qui voyageait seule et que les rues de la médina peuvent être dangereuses, encore plus pour une touristE seulE ! Étant musulmane on m’a fait la faveur de dormir la 1ere nuit (alors que j’ai payé pour 🫣). Mes pleurs ont contribué à cette “faveur” de leur part. Surtout que j’ai failli me faire agresser par des bandits juste demain le Riad et que le personnel avait vu cet incident. Et le lendemain, au petit déjeuner, on m’a informé que je devais payer mon séjour à la réception (plus de 160€) car ils n’avaient pas reçu le virement et on me souhaite un bon appétit. Chose que j’ai refusé. je suis sortie faire le shopping et à mon retour on m’a escorté au niveau du gérant qui m’a dit de faire mes bagages et de quitter le lendemain matin. J’ai répondu “ok” car j’estime qu’on avait atteint le summum de l’irrespect … Et il m’a répondu que j’étais gentille car il s’attendait à ce que je fasse un scandale. On m’a également dit de mettre un avis au service client de booking en disant que je n’avais pas séjourné la-bas, ce qui est absolument faux. Le service ne vaut pas le coût. 0 Rapport qualité/ prix. La femme de ménage et le réceptionniste sont très gentils (ce ne sont que les bons points de ce Riad). 0 professionnalisme, excès de zèle, mise en danger d’autrui, aucune éthique dans les affaires. On paye la proximité au marché mais il se trouve que le Riad ce trouve dans un coin du marché où il n’y a pas de lumière et qu’il y a énormément de banditisme. Expérience traumatisante. Ps: le gérant a dit qu’il me rembourserai le séjour. C’est le moins que l’on puisse faire je pense.

L'accueil que nous a réservé l'ensemble des membres du personnel, Mouna, Ayoub ainsi que le gardien de nuit dont j'ai oublié le prénom. Leur disponibilité et gentillesse, leurs attentions. La propreté des lieux. La lessive de notre linge prise en charge.

Nous avons dû déménager de chambre dès notre arrivée à cause des odeurs d'égouts pour nous retrouver dans une autre plus petite. La décoration sommaire, comparée à certains lieux d'hébergement identiques et comparables.

Our stay at this riad in Marrakech was simply unforgettable. From the beautiful Moroccan decor to the peaceful rooftop terrace with views over the Medina, everything was perfect. Abde and Mouna provided exceptional service—always friendly, attentive, and eager to help with anything we needed, from local tips to organizing excursions. The riad felt like a serene oasis amid the city’s lively atmosphere, and the breakfasts on the terrace were a real treat. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakech!

It’s very hard to find the hotel, they should lead you to find a place.
