Nice, clean, friendly staff.

Horrible breakfast. Food was cold. Horrible waffles, and not enough of a variety. The television never did work. Told the staff and they really didn't care.

The location on a hill overlooking the surrounding area was nice. It’s right next to an outlet mall and Cabelas plus many eateries so very convenient for shopping, dining. Access on off freeway was great. Area was busy but with friendly people. Room was still quiet. Plenty of parking. Excellent breakfast. Breakfast had many guests but plenty of seating and items were kept stocked. Room was good size and clean. Mattress was comfortable. The outdoor pool and hot tub was a nice bonus. Water temperature of pool was perfect and refreshing. Many hotels keep their water too cold. Hyatt seems to care if pool is okay. There was a very nice exercise area as well. Price was comparable to other hotels in this area. The Hyatt was a good choice.

Cannot connect external devices to the TV. TV wasn't working, front desk nor customer service were able to resolve the issue.

If you are looking for unhelpful and unhappy staff this is your hotel. One front desk lady with multi-colored hair spent more time knitting at her desk than she did attending to guests needs. A/C's in several rooms were not working and staff was unable to remedy without management help. Heat in the summer was 90+ degrees daily. Management is only on site a few hours a week, or at least the week and a half we were there. One of our four rooms was not turned over by housekeeping for over four days. That same room, one of our son's soccer cleats were stolen or thrown out by housekeeping. We ordered food delivery several nights and were scolded when trying to eat in an area that the staff didn't like. Our family stays at hotels probably 50+ nights per year and I've never written a review.

This hotel costs a bit more than the surrounding hotels, but it appears newer, so we thought it would be a better experience, which unfortunately was very much not the case. We were placed in a room close to the elevator, and for some reason, the elevator noises (probably cheap or non-existent insulation between walls, and the cheapest possible elevator - Thyssen) were VERY notable inside our room. This wasn't apparent when we were settling in, but became SUPER NOTABLE when we were sleeping. It woke my wife and I up over and over again all night long. I've stayed in rooms that were close to the elevator corridor before, and noted limited sounds of people coming and going, or the chimes of elevators at late hours - THIS WASN'T LIKE THAT AT ALL. This was the full motor sound, rumbling and bumping (this POS elevator feels like it's not aligned, not smooth, or struggles a bit) as it jerked and bumped along all night. Just when you thought nobody was going to use it anymore, and you could get some sleep, someone would go down to the lobby for a midnight snack. I bet we got maybe 20 minutes of continuous sleep all night. For most of the day, the elevators are running every 2-5 minutes, so I figured when everyone was in bed it would slow way down - NOT A CHANCE. The frequency of that damn elevator moving through our room all night simply moved to "as many minutes as it takes for you to almost fall asleep again" times per hour. The bathroom door didn't want to be left out of the experience as well, and happily BANGED (it was a glass sliding door) against its stopper every time someone opened or closed it (it slides closed automatically, so it's difficult to keep open). By the end of the stay, we were all considering peeing and pooping with the door open so the walls wouldn't shake when the damn door slammed. I'm not sure why we were put in that room - it was room 210 for any wary upcoming travelers - but we weren't the last ones to check in (checked in at 9pm), and the parking lot was only 1/2 to 3/4 full. I can't imagine they were full and didn't have any other rooms. All in all the continental breakfast was better than expected, so we zombied through that and hit the damn road.

The room wasn’t that dirty the, however the key problems were starting since day one I had to do there job of walking back and down the stairs and when I asked sid to help she was arguing with me about it I though o was the guest I know I wasn’t an employee and the customer is an always should be accommodated and or compensated the way they billed my account there are a couple holds on the credit card, when I spoke to the GM he was absolutely did not know how a hotel bill is processed anyways I just left obviously have my things that they didn’t want to give me back I told them. I would deposit the money they were not avail until about today ! I have stayed at many places and the level of accommodation were just not superior staying here as o had done previously. So no I would not recommend or maintain an account with the World of Hyatt or there companies. The driver needs a raise he consistency conducted himself with kindness and professionalism.

The room was perfect for us, clean and very comfortable.

What stood out most was the outstanding customer service and the overall quality of the property. Colton at the front desk provided a warm, friendly welcome and made check-in a great experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the beds were very comfortable, and I especially appreciated the hard flooring in the guest room instead of carpet. The mountain views are beautiful, and the location is excellent—right next to the Outlets at Traverse Mountain, with restaurants, a grocery store, and a pharmacy all within easy walking distance. The 3:00 p.m. check-in and 12:00 p.m. checkout were also a nice perk. The only small suggestion I’d make would be to offer complimentary bottled water each day, as many comparable hotels do. Overall, I had an excellent stay and would gladly stay here again.

The Hyatt never disappoints. Very clean. Fantastic breakfast. Great location for eating out & shopping. Safe neighborhood.

Constant stomping and jumping from the room above us. We call the front desk and complained multiple times and nothing was done to make it stop. This went on into the early morning hours. My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and was so disappointed. Since we couldn't get any sleep, we checked our hours before check out and found another hotel to stay at. When we complained about our night to the desk attendant while we were checking out... all we were told was "OH I am sorry to hear that". That was all that was said to us. We had high hopes for the Hyatt and we were severely let down. We had to pay for a room at a different hotel just to get a few hours sleep so we could drive home safely. So disappointed.

It was a nice experience, friendly staff, and next to all the places we wanted to visit. Confidently located to Thanksgiving point.

Hotel is very nice and clean. The staff were very professional and helpful. The breakfast was great and the shopping areas around us were perfect.

Large, clean room with extra space to spread out with suitcases. Comfortable beds too. The shower had good water pressure. Fairly quiet location. Could walk to outlet mall with shops and restaurants.

Great hotel, good location and friendly staff. Hotel was undergoing some renovation but there was no disruption to my stay. My colleagues and I were looked after for the whole week and have nothing but good things to say about this hotel and the staff.

Seemed like new even though I know it’s been there for a few years. Staff were all outstanding. Breakfast was much better than most hotels provide.

was a quick trip through Salt Lake City, it was a shot in the dark, it was $100 for a Hyatt! no brainer$$ It was clean, safe, Close NICE PLACE. it was 8:30 we couldn't eat or drink there, their restaurant wasn't open, so had to leave for dinner. nice little piece not far away,"bout time pub & grub!" law in that area is everyone is carded an someplace have NO KIDS goofy law. the kitchen crew hiccuped the next morning, but when we finally did get the food was delicious and hot. over all 5 ⭐ name, 5 ⭐ accommodations, 4 ⭐ restaurant, 3 ⭐ breakfast staff hiccup, and a 10 ⭐ value.

Hotel is clean and well kept with friendly staff. The room was big for four people with plenty of space. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will come back. We had a girls trip and enjoyed how close it was to shopping and restaurants.

Decent room for business travel. Lots of restaurants within walking options and shuttle takes you anywhere you want to go within 3 miles which I appreciated.

Breakfast was good and hotel is in great location.

The beds are super uncomfortable and squeak every time you make the slightest move.. The walls are so thin you can hear the people in the room next to you. The air conditioner in are room didn’t work and it kept getting hot at night.

I always have exceptional experience at Hyatt, this was no exception. I loved the lobby here, with plenty of lounge areas, fire pit area, a nice gym & a very clean hotel. Highly recommend

Check in was fine and the hotel has nice accommodations. Our experience was completely destroyed by construction. The hotel is very greedy and obviously has no regard for a guests experience. They are renovating the second floor and still had the nerve to sell nights to people in rooms directly under the construction on the first floor. At least block off a couple rooms in between as a buffer. Or inform us that construction will be taking place in the room directly above us and give us the opportunity to make that choice for ourselves. Or have the construction crew start at a more reasonable time on a Saturday morning. 7:45 AM Saturday morning through the duration of the day a construction crew relentlessly banged on the ceiling. There was a warning when we booked that there was some renovation taking place on property but I never imagined they would sell rooms directly in the construction zone. No consideration in any way shape or form. Extremely disappointed in our experience. Management did everything they could to make sure we never come back. As a warning to others they also allow copious amounts of smoking/vaping in the pool area. I would assume it’s not allowed but management didn’t care to stop numerous guests from subjecting children and non consenting adults to second hand smoke/vapor. Do better.

Everything about our stay was great. The staff was friendly and efficient at check in. The food in the restaurant was great and the rooms were clean and spacious. Everything functioned properly and the parking lots were well cared for during a snow storm.

We've come to this hotel for years now, it's our go-to hotel for this area every single time. I've always enjoyed the breakfast options, the pool and the hot tub make it very enjoyable. Rooms are always clean, location is very well placed with nearby restaurants and shopping center

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Room size was great. Walk in Shower for someone who is handicap. Breakfast was also great. Check in was flawless.

Accidentally left a few things in my room after we checked out and despite reporting it online that night and calling the hotel several times over a few days, I still have not received any updates or confirmation that my stuff was found. I don’t know how it can possibly take this long to find or even log items that were clearly left behind on accident in their system. Calling did not help at all, they basically said “we’ll get to it” and “it looks like they haven’t been reported yet”.

We travel across the Salt Lake Valley and stay multiple weekends a month for our kids sports. This is my first review but, I wanted to leave one because the staff at this Hyatt Place was above and beyond more kind and attentive than any other we have worked with. They really were so genuinely considerate and friendly. I was really impressed. The convenience of this hotel is notable too. We could walk to the outlets and to several restaurants. It is really, really easy to get to off of I-15. We will definitely stay at this Hyatt again. Thanks!

Staff is amazing, breakfast was very good. Maid service was excellent. One of the maintenance workers went out of his way to fix my granddaughters pool raft. I want to say his name is Ruben but I am not positive. I give our stay a 10 out of 10. We will be back next year for our school shopping trip. Thank you for making our trip perfect!!!

They rented out a room for a party that was very, very loud and inconsiderate to the people who actually are staying there

My husband and I eloped and had a mini staycation as our honeymoon. The room was affordable, comfortable, and within walking distance to a trendy bar/restaurant. The room had good amenities like Chromecast and a continental breakfast.

Great breakfast and location. Close to Cabela's and Nike.

Pool could've been a little warmer

We love a Hyatt. Clean, modern and usually well maintained. This one was excellent.

The breakfast was a little lackluster but not a dealbreaker.

Excellent stay at the Hyatt Place - Lehi. Convenient to family and other amenities of restaurants, shops, the outlets, etc. Very comfortable, good-sized rooms and beds; thorough, professional housekeeping service. Excellent, delicious breakfast -- tremendous variety, always well stocked, many healthy options. Front desk staff always greeted us on departure and return. Appreciated the pet-friendly option as we brought out standard poodle. Construction has the dedicated outdoor pet area out of service, but hopefully that will be re-built when the other work is completed. Great place to stay when in the Lehi/American Fork area of Utah.

It is a beautiful hotel and we have stayed here multiple times with no issues. This time was different as when we got to our room it was too warm and when trying to adjust the thermostat found out it was locked. I reported this to the front desk and after some undo stress it was corrected and the thermostat was unlocked.

Our stay was amazing. The staff was very friendly and attentive , the rooms were very cozy and clean and we even got a nice breakfast :-)

Housekeeping only every other day and did not even make up the bed properly or clean the bathroom properly on the day they cleaned. Replaced towels only and left the bed not made, just pulled the blankets over the top leaving a pillow in the middle of the bed under the blanket. Bathroom was obviously not cleaned. Very very poor housekeeping!!! Had to call and request housekeeping the second day. Very surprised that a Hyatt does not offer daily housekeeping and then it was done do poorly!

Good location just difficult to get to.

Not enough parking. I had to park out in the street then go back out in rain to move it closer when parking wasn’t as full. Wasn’t very clean. There were used contact lenses on the nightstand.

There are several hotels I could stay at (when I travel to Lehi for work) -- but I always choose this location. Top notch customer service, very clean and always consistent.

This hotel uses a lot of bleach to wash the bedding. The bleach was so strong it caused my skin to break out in a rash. Please stop using heavy chemicals including bleach to clean the linen. Use something more natural.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent.

We were passing through the area and like the convenient location of the Hyatt Place in Lehi. The hotel was in good condition and had everything I expect from a Hyatt Place Hotel.

The location was great for our purposes. The breakfast had lots of options which is important for me because of sensitivities. We took advantage of the hot tub on a cold night. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Easy on and off the freeway but far enough from the freeway not to hear traffic. Easy parking. Great breakfast. Within walking distance of Traverse Outlet mall.

Буквально все у ходовые средства были пусты,ни шампуня,ни геля для душа ,так же не было кондиционера в бутылках(440мл ) Правда не понимаю почему нельзя после каждого гостя просто проверять и наполнять эти бутыльки чтобы людям не пришлось снова оказаться в неудобной ситуации когда ты стоишь в душе мокрый и у тебя нету буквально ничего кроме куска туалетного мыло для рук…

Service and friendliness were tops.

The rooms are a little tired. Cracks in toilet. Carpets in halls a little worn. The design is great and seems new - but it is a little older looking on closer view.

The room was spacious and clean

1) I asked for a 1st floor room. I even called to confirm with a human that this was possible. Arrived to find the whole 1st floor under construction. Asked for a manager to contact me. Never happened. Was offered a small discount, but doesn’t compensate for the hassle. 2) The beds are horrific. Felt every spring. 3) Pillows hard as rocks. 4) No microwave.

They charged me 400 dollars when they were supposed to charge me 250. We got there at 3 am and the front desk said that he charged us a no show cancellation fee. Now the room was supposed to be 150 dollars and there was a 75 dollar pet fee and another 19 dollars for taxes and he said he charged us 250 dollars. I look at my bank account and it says 404 dollars which was what he said it was trying to charge me at first but he said he changed it. He apparently lied.

I loved the location of the hotel is right across the outlets and also the views of the mountains. The stuff was courteous and the hotel is quiet and clean.

Breakfast was really good. When we first checked in, the room we were assigned had a bad odor and the bathroom door didn’t close. We notified the front desk and they assigned us a new room immediately! No questions and problem was taken care of.

The breakfast was especially good and staff are very welcoming. This is a hotel I would return to.

Hotel was clean. A little on the louder side since it’s on a main road. Being a weekend cars were racing up and down the road. Only major complaint was that the pool that was stated as heated was ice cold. Hot tub was also cold.

It was a very nice hotel. Breakfast was yummy. I was impressed with the use of real plates/silverware/cups instead of disposable. The room was nice. The pool was nice but COLD for us. The hotel is right by the freeway though and is VERY loud. Cars were accelerating all night long right by the hotel.

Comfortable room and bed

The hotel was clean, the rooms were nice and big, the breakfast was well set up and hot, and lastly the customer service was friendly and super helpful. We especially appreciated the charger for our EV.
