Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lehi - Thanksgiving Point by IHG

Perfekt

As expected.

Todo

Que no me cambiaron las sabanas en 5 dias que estuve ahi

Staff went out of their way to help with printing, lost credit card, and forgotten pillow. Breakfast was good. Pool was clean and enjoyable.

Bed was a little too soft for me. But good.

Location was perfect for us based on where we flew in and had to be in the morning.

Worst pillows ever.

It was centrally located

Nothing. It was great.

Loved this hotel! Everyone was so nice and friendly . Room was perfect size for our family of 5.

Absolutely loved it

Location, and clean

Nothing I didn’t like

Everything

Nothing

Comfortable bed, very clean room. Great views of the mountains. Awesome stay.

That this was a hotel that didn't smell like marijuana (skunk) smell. All of the hotels I've stayed in this last couple of years have smelled throughout the hotel.

Nothing

Paguei por um quarto de duas camas e fiquei em quarto com uma cama.

We didn't ck the times breakfast was being served and went down at 940 and it was closed. We were disappointed.

My husband has not received the 5000 fee that was supposed to be credited to hos card. We were also disappointed that the desk clerk would not give him his military discount because I booked it on line to be paid at the property. Clerk told him I should have added his military discount on line when I booked it. I didnt see anywhere to do that..

Clean lots of options nearby

The cost for the stay

Very clean and comfortable! Very accommodating staff. Great beds. Good coffee!

I could hear the hum of the freeway from our room, but it didn’t keep me awake. It was a constant low roll.

The hotel was 30 minutes from SLC airport. The hotel looked new and was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Plenty of restaurants, shopping nearby.

It was a bit pricey.

Easy check-in & check-out experience, clean and comfortable room.

close to freeway

nothing

It was very clean. We had a king room, it was very large.

The TV was a little small for the size of the room. The blow dryer was hardly working but they got a new one quickly.

The area is ideal for shopping, eating and sightseeing. The property is clean and the staff is friendly.

I Welcoming, clean, great staff. We loved our room (standard two queen). Bed was comfortable with med firm. Space was good. Traveled with adult daughter but while in Lehi visited with family including my two young niece and nephew, who came back for a “picnic” and some card games. The room was very comfortable for that. Not sure it matters that we are IHG Elite members. This was a very well run IHG. When I checked out the staff offered with extra help (had dirty window in car and they offered to help with cleaning for safer drive)

It was a very pleasant stay.

We chose this location because of its proximity to Thanksgiving Point. It was perfect.

Nothing bad to say about it, really.

Run of the mill hotel right off the interstate.

The friendliness

There was no hot water for the shower the plug to the tub was broke and the breakfast was not good this time

The pillow. To flat

Nice staff

The room was facing a door with access to the parking lot and sound insulation was not good so I could hear people slamming the door outside all night long

Wonderful location. Just a short walk to Disneyland. The rooms are newly renovated and the staff was very gracious helping with all our needs.

The beds were firm.

Good breakfast not the same thing served both days

Was too close to the elevator. Noisy

This is my favorite hotel. I always stay at Holiday Express, no matter the location.

Extra $50 charge with no previous notice that I seen when booking on line

It was great right off the freeway and restaurant within walking distance..

Wish the housekeepers spoke English 😪 hard to talk to them 😕

Year round indoor pool, free breakfast, great location near lots of good options, free parking

Comfortable beds, rooms for the whole family to be together

Hot tub was broken

breakfast was good

everything was great

The room was clean and comfortable. We came to town to go to Thanksgiving Point, and the hotel was very close to that destination. The cost of our stay was a plus also.

The breakfast was disappointing. The breakfast room was not clean

The room had safety issues and the blackout shades were falling apart. The General Manager doesn't give a crap about the clients when confronted about the issues with his property.

The pool was nice and warm. The breakfast was so yummy! lots of variety. Staff was wonderful and kind. Rooms were clean and close together as requested. We will stay here again!

Comfortable beds, clean room and good breakfast.

Second time staying here. Always clean and nice place to stay. Breakfast was good. Staff was very polite and attentive. Great location.

It was very close to our friend’s home so easy to access. The room was a perfect temperature for sleeping (67) and was nicely outfitted. I needed help printing some forms as the printer was being difficult & Wendy (?) helped me out! Multiple breakfast options made it difficult to choose. I’m not complaining!

Nothing

We always love when we stay here. Great location. Clean with amazing staff!!

Pool was good and clean food was good

Bed was terrible and could’ve been cleaner. It was really loud (other guests) but we were right by the elevator.

Staff

Everything was perfect! The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful

well-managed facility with incredibly clean rooms

no complaints

Clean big room, good breakfast

Breakfast was delicious and people are so nice and friendly. Great place to stay!! See you guys next year. Thank you so much!!

Everything was wonderful!

It is close to family in Eagle Mountain

It's still quite far away from family in Eagle Mountain

The bed was surprisingly comfortable!!!

Love the front end desk lady, very friendly

wifi connection was slow and non-stable, not great for work assuming this is a business hotel

Super clean, nice breakfast options. We stay here for visits to Primary children’s Lehi campus and Thanksgiving point. Our favorite in the area! Manager came out to greet us at breakfast to ensure everything was good. It was a nice touch.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff.

Perfect, thank you!

The breakfasts food was the best part. Many good choices and always stacked.

Wonderful comfortable room! Would stay there again!

My flight was cancelled for bad weather. I was able to get a refund for other hotels I was staying for my trip but not this hotel. You would think they would understand my situation but they didn’t offer anything. Wouldn’t recommend

Love everything about this place!

Very very nice 👌 nice receptionist

Hotel Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and nice. The breakfast was really good and staff was friendly.

I 80 traffic was loud in my room but not much can be done with that.
