Отличное расположение относительно метро. Прям у входа в подземку. Вежливый персонал, наличие бассейна, большой телевизор в номере.

В шаговой доступности не нашлось кафе/ресторана с пивом или вином. Как будто не принято тут это. Но это больше вопрос не к отелю, хотя вдруг кому-то будет полезно.

Large Swimming pool, Spa, Fitness, one bedroom flats, location clote to underground.

Food on half board not nice, lukewarm, not enough. In the pool inside we had to buy expensive hats and wear them, Hotel and restaurants are full of recently operated people, covered with bandages, swollen, urine bags.... Not nice at all. There was a fight between men, occupied two tables in the swimming pool bar. It was scary. Housekeeping in the room just not existent. We had to go several times during the day to reception to request different items-dry towels, toilet paper, someone to clear the rubbish bins.... Even after that not always the problem was solved.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and the overall atmosphere was excellent. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Yusuf was really helpful and made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. Yusuf went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you, Yusuf, for making our stay even more enjoyable!

Η πρόσβαση στο metro, καθαριότητα, πισίνα, διαμέρισμα, δωρεάν στάθμευση σε ασφαλή χώρο, προσωπικό, ο YUSEF στη reception αλλά και όλοι οι αλλοι.

Το δωρεάν wifi ήταν αρκετά αδύναμο. Η απόσταση από το κέντρο (αυτό το ήξερα όμως), οι τιμές στην πισίνα, μερικές φορές η αναμονή του ασανσέρ.

Piscina ,zona era foarte animată , priveliștea din camera .

Deși am rezervat o suită , eram 2 adulți și un copil 13 ani , nu ne au amenajat un pat pentru fetița ,nu a avut așternuturi pe canapea (canapea care nu era prea confortabilă și nici extensibila ) deși sunt pet friendly au niște taxe mari pentru animăluțe (28 de euro de cățeluș pe noapte ) și îți oprește și 100 de euro depozit pe durata sejurului …

Wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with excellent service and very friendly staff. Everything was perfect, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Personeel bij het binnenzwembad was afschuwelijk arrogant. Kwam regelmatig met nieuwe regels zoals het ze zelf goed uit kwam daarnaast staat bij de informatie die je krijgt dat het binnenzwembad open is tot 23:00u maar 22:30u sturen ze je al weg, omdat ze zelf ruim op tijd naar huis willen. Als je ze daarop aanspreekt worden ze daar niet koud of warm van en geven aan de informatie die je bij inchecken krijgt van de receptie dat ze bij de receptie daar niks over te zeggen hebben. Die heren hebben mijn zoontje zijn vakantie goed verpest met hun intimiderend gedrag. Sterker nog treiter gedrag! Twee keer bij receptie geweest om het een en ander aan te geven heb verder geen terugkoppeling gehad ook heel jammer! Daarnaast sport mijn kind in NL en ik heb deze hotel geboekt zodat hij verder kan met sporten tijdens zijn verblijf na 3 dagen kwamen ze melden dat hij niet mag sporten en dat het alleen mag onder begeleiding tussen 14 en 16 jaar 🤷🏻‍♀️ Daarnaast waren enkele dingen rondom het zwembad slecht bijv. glazen op de grond daarnaast kan je er buiten liggen zonnen maar je kan niet terug naar binnen moet dan weer helemaal terug omlopen. Ik heb deze hotel voornamelijk geboekt om zijn faciliteiten maar laat nou net zo zijn dat we daar geen gebruik van hebben kunnen maken.

Actually I like everything about this hotel. It exceeded my expectations. Good location, just a few steps from the metro station. Very clean, sauna, gym, outdoor and indoor pools so I was happy to stay there and will definitely be back again. Staff is very polite and kind, there were trying to help immediately with any questions.

I didnt have anything what I didnt like in the hotel.

Die Lage.

Eine Küche ohne Austattung (Teller,Besteck, Topf) ist nicht funktionsfähig. Das Hotel verfügt leider über keinen Balkon und heizt sich durch das Glas an allen Seiten im Sommer super auf. Also Klimaanlage muss immer eingeschaltet sein. Im innen Schwimmbad ist leider eine Bademütze vorgeschrieben, was ich nicht sehr familienfreundliche empfinde. Für Kinder nicht wirklich geeignet.

Если брать полупансион, невозможно выбрать вечером ужин, только один вариант. Должно быть хотя бы 2 варианта, например для тех кто ест мясо и для тех кто не ест

Staffs were attentive and service minded except for some staff members at the restaurant.

Ventilation filters were not cleaned properly. We came across so many guests who seemed to have gone through cosmetic surgery.

Room was excellent. super clean and well behaved staff.

Older style rooms, hallway was smelly. Not being able to change the air conditioner from warm to cool. Had to change rooms that had windows to open.

La struttura è moderna e funzionale. Una struttura elegante con camere pulite e dotate di cucina e lavatrice ottimo per soggiorni sia brevi che lunghi. Ottima vista dalla camera e ingresso metropolitana a 2 minuti a piedi. Ottimo per raggiungere sia l’aeroporto secondario Sabina, che il centro della città. Ottima struttura ci tornerei subito. In particolare grazie allo staff che mi ha accolto dato tutte le info e accompagnato in camera. Grazie davvero per questa accoglienza.

Gli ascensori sono due e a volte ci si mette tempo per arrivare in camera ma nel complesso va bene.

New building with very nice gym, pools, sitting area and computers in the main entrance. Very friendly staff and very safe with security staff at the entrance and metal detector machine. The room was spacious and felt just like home. Cleaner came everyday and really nice. The bed was really comfortable and the bedding was so soft and amazing. The room was very spacious and there was a nice dressing table. Room and bathroom very clean and looks newly built. I really enjoyed my stay there and will definetely go back for my next trip. Maltepe station was few metres away wich was a bonus. Lots of places to eat around and lots of coffe shops, supermarket etc.

I like everything except that I wanted to use the pool but they won't allow unless you wear a bonet which is not my thing really. Except from that it was perfect.

Very nice interior, compact comfortable apartment with facilities for your own coking. Super comfortable bed,amazing views through the window.We had little issue with loud conditioning system in our room for the first night, but in the morning reception instantly changed room with no problem.Generally all staff very nice and friendly.Definitely will go back next time.

Maybe could do more with dishes for your own cooking like bowls, utensils,cuting knife.I had to buy my own little knife🙂

Every thing was to far form the property not a good choice . I got the sweet and half of the annuities are not working horror in Turkish language which you cannot operate.

В целом мне понравилось отель тихий, комфортный и безопасный — здесь приятно находиться, чувствуешь спокойствие и уют. Я бы рекомендовал этот отель тем, кто ценит тишину и комфорт.

Однако, если вы планируете активно путешествовать по городу и посещать достопримечательности, стоит учитывать, что отель находится довольно далеко от центра, и дорога может занимать время. Из минусов — на сайте указано, что в номере есть все кухонные принадлежности, но на деле не было даже ложек и необходимых предметов для приготовления еды. Было бы хорошо, если бы отель предоставлял кухонные набо ры, как указано в описании.

Nothing at all.

First of all: it's absolutely not a 5-stars hotel as stated. It's not clean. we woke up to a very big insect which was falling down to our bed from the ceiling. When we complained and wanted to leave the hotel after being there for two days out of 6 days journey they didn't apologise and they won't even return our money for the unspent days of our holiday. Despite booking called them and friendly asked them to pay back the rest amount of the money they declined. This is absolutely not an act by the a "5-stars hotel". It's in addition not suitable for tourists as well as families or pairs. Since all guests are visiting this hotel due to different kinds of surgeries it feels like you are staying in a hospital. And it was very uncomfortable. In addition The location is very badly placed. And too far away from the main destinations. Please keep away from this terrible hotel. We decided to leave this terrible hotel and they didn't care about their guests being unsatisfied but in the contrary they never paid back the money for the days we didn't spend in hotel. Please stay away from this hotel to have a nice trip in a fantastic city.

Персонал очень приветливый и готовый помочь во всём, единственное не сдержали своё обещание сделать цену за 1 экстра ночь ниже Интернета а наоборот взяли на 20% дороже по неопределённым причинам. Всё масштабно, свежо и чисто но максимум 4+*, завтрак однообразный и по всей видимости никогда не меняется, ассортимент скорее-всего более вегетарианский, мясного практически ничего нет (3-4 сорта варёной колбасы) рыба также отсутствует, цена за такой завтрак должна быть как-минимум в 2 раза меньше но никак не 18 евро. В описании заявлено что обед и ужин в ресторане стОят 20/24 евро но по факту эта опция отсутствует и вы можете довольствоваться исключительно А-ля карт по цене превышающюю цены в самых туристических местах как-минимум на 20%. в 50ти метрах от гостиницы находится шикарный гриль Hacibasar с отличным и вкусным ассортиментом, ценой и сервисом, рекомендую! Кровать супер-удобная, паркинг бесплатный, вид из окна с верхнего этажа просто шик... Хотелось бы ещё вернуться, но за такую цену слишком много достойных конкурентов, сожалею. Спасибо!
