It’s a very comfy well situated hotel, well run, but the staff are what makes this hotel stand out. So warm and welcoming and caring. As a single female, I’ve stayed twice, and just about to book another return stay.

Make sure you get a room above the 5th floor all rooms below have strong humidity and damaged to the walls I had to be moved three times Hotel is excellent but they need to address this problem

10 days. All great. Lots water pressure and hot water. Easy distance to subways Will use again

Walk 10 min to Suttisan MRT with a market along the way. Affordable for single traveller, big room, clean and tidy. Will return.

Near to Suttisan metro station. Friendly staff. Accommodation OK. No breakfast possibilities nearby, unless Thai.

The room was comfortable and clean. Good shower, kettle and small fridge. The location was quiet and very easy for Sutthisan MRT.

The place is clean and comfortable, i use before another hotel just on the side of this but lately has become the worst hotel in Bangkok, so i give this a try and from now on i would use this, if you have to stay just one night in Bangkok, this is a perfect Hotel.

The room had ants all over. When I asked to unlock the safe in the room, they never came to unlock it. The staff was friendly but the room condition makes the hotel less attractive to come back for another stay.

飯店離MRT蘇堤山3 號出口很近，走路約5-7分鐘可以到達，飯店也有高爾夫車來回接送到7-11和MRT兩個地點，房間空間很大，一樓有自助式洗衣機(洗衣精需自備)，還有小陽臺可曬衣服，房內有壁式吹風機，冰箱有附玻璃裝礦泉水，也有熱水壺可煮水泡茶或泡咖啡，無:牙刷,牙膏,毛巾，有:沐浴精,洗髮精,浴巾，床偏軟，獨立冷氣可調溫度，這一帶算安靜，捷運站附近有菜市場，晚上也有許多小攤販，不怕餓著，入住時:要1000元押金!!! 退房時會還，這樣的價格~CP值算很高!!!

I have stayed at this hotel twice. This time I stayed there 15 days. Overall was good, staffs were nice. room was clean, easy to take MRT. It was convenience during my medical treatment.

A very good value, located to a very hand traditional market and most convenient subway station. Our Thai daughter-in-law selected the place for very good reason.

not very convenient as the many cab driver don’t know where the place locate although gps is on , waste time and effort when u are ald tired .. but anyway hotel do provide tuk tuk services sending guest to mrt station just have to wait for queue.. btw , there’s no hotel slipper / toothbrush provide from hotel .

The staff are very friendly and helpful (of course you'd have to be nice too). My room was basic but clean and very decent. Walls are super thin - I could hear my neighbour's playing music on his/her mobile phone. Walkable distance to Sutthisan station. Price is right. And they are responsive too. Many thanks to them.

I booked for 8 nights stay but they still charged me extra for early check in. A bit disappointed on that. Other than that, i am satisfied with my stay there.

淋浴時會積水要等一段時間，積水會突然被抽掉，浴室房間都很大，沒有吹風機，入主時，有看到飯店人員進房會拖鞋，服務態度很好。離捷運很近 ，建議往三號出口出來先左轉，巷子內就是可以等嘟嘟車，這邊也比較直達飯店不然會繞大圈的外圍～～三號出口左轉的下一個block,有比較熱鬧的市場～～嘟嘟車停靠站已經是外側，我們是出來為了攔計程車才發現市場，好可惜～～可請櫃檯叫計程車，比較便宜比較不會被喊價....

バスルームの天井には 大きなシミ。バスタブはあるが 床が柔らかくてへこみ壊れそう。使う気になれない。価格は安いが わかっていたら選ばないでしょう。予約サイトに掲載されている写真とはイメージが異なりました。部屋は広めですが外出先から戻りたくなる気持ちにはならなかったです。周辺は市民の生活が垣間見れて楽しかったです。

Mattress is too soft which is not good for human's health. Bed podium is too long in length which you will be hit at the corner.

I stay in this hotel many times and usually a few days.this price is resonabke and is clean.People are friendly.

corridor and door is not sound proof , if u re light sleeper , might be affected by others closing or slamming of the door as the door do not have a soft catch for closing

The hotel condition was OK for the price paid. However service from the staff were poor. They could only give one key card for some reason. Refused to issue an additional second one. Then refused to give me a receipt for the hotel stay. Saying in a bad attitude that if I wanted one, I had to wait for more than 10 minutes. Also did not get a receipt for the late-checkout fee of 200 baht. Assuming the staff would want to pocket the cash. Very poor attitude and will never return again.

It was considered clean with relatively good services. Only problem was the location of the hotel itself. Even local taxi drivers dont really know about this hotel.

If you're on a budget, this is the hotel to go to. Look no further. It has buggy service that sends you to the nearby BTS station. It has cheap and delicious food you can order for room service (only pay extra 10 baht for service charge). The hotel room may not have everything you WANT but it definitely have what you NEED. The hotel is really amazing and guest friendly. As a visitor as long as you abide by hotel rules and respect the staff you will be received warmly by them. Only setback for me was probably when i had to wait for about 30 mins to check in due to some server error. BUT it is understandable. They are a small hotel offering cheap accomodation therefore one can only expect what they paid their money's worth. Other than that, the staff are really friendly and its definitely a hotel i will return to if i were to re-visit Bangkok again.

駅からも近くコンビニや食事じする場所もありロケーションはよいのですが…今回ホテルで滞在中タオルは無くバスタオルのみで掃除を頼みましたがバスタオルの交換がなく同じバスタオルのままで残念でした。

テイッシュとボディソープはないですが、清潔だし、wifiもしっかり飛んでるし満足できました。 店員さんの対応もとても丁寧です。お勧めします。

いつもはお隣のSPBに宿泊していましたが、今回はこちらの方が安かったので、数年ぶりに利用しました。 以前利用した際、部屋が薄汚かった印象がありましたが、リノベーションされた様で壁などは以前よりまともになっていました。ソファーなどの家具は以前のままです。 隣のSPBに比べるとスタッフの感じも良く、またジムの器具も多いので今後はこちらを定宿にしようかと思います。

실내슬리퍼 좀 배치해주시면 감솨!!! 호텔내 엘리베이터 탑승시 보안카드로 출입이 가능하여 나름대로 보안을 유지할 수 있을것 같아 좋습니다 다만 조식시간이 07시30분부터라 아침에 일찍 움직이는 분들을 위해 조금 앞당겼으면 합니다 06시30분부터면 좋을 것 같네요. 끝

Bra hotell, väldigt rent förutom en giganstisk dammråtta som satt fast i sängramen. Vi hade ingen varmvatten så det blev kalla duschar. Hotellet ligger bra till, gångavstånd till massa mathak och massage, lite långt ifrån ”centrum”. Det enda negativa var att alla taxichaufförer snurrade runt och runt för att det inte kunde hitta hotellet

このホテルには２回目（前回はスーペリア、今回はスタンダード）です。皆様のコメントに「虫の発生」「カビくさい」とか記載されていますが、特にそのようなことはありませんでした。宿泊価格を考慮すれば個人的には大満足で、スティサン付近に宿泊する時の「定宿」にするつもりです。３泊しましたが「日本人」とは会いませんでした。日本の放送（NHKワールド含む）はTVで見えませんでした。１階に洗濯機（１回４０バーツ）があります。洗剤を用意していけばそこで洗濯し、バルコニーで服を干せます。１階にスポーツジム（２４時間オープン）があります。駅までは徒歩５分程度で近いですが、夜はかなり暗いですので、女性の一人歩きはお勧めしません。駅に向かう時、「送迎カート」が待機してればそれに乗りました。セーフティボックスも有り、カードをかざさないとエレバーターホールに入れませんので、セキュリティーはしっかりしていると思います。「歯ブラシ」「フェイスタオル」は有りませんので、それに不満がある方は、別のホテルにした方が良いと思います。

The staff are very rude and would rudely reject my request of extra pillows and changing of room as I have requested much earlier during booking. Disappointed with their service attitude.

The Diamond Ratchada hotel is a nice eventhough basic hotel. It is clean and well kept. The location is a little bit remote, but when going out you can use the hotel's tuk-tuk to get near the underground station. I recommend taking a taxi or tuk-tuk when returning to the hotel in the evening (don't forget to keep the hotel's business card in the pocket). The price is very affordable.

Keep it up.. happy staying, and you have happy staff serving.. Will come next trip when here for meeting.

Had a hard time asking for extra pillow. I need to beg for it. When checked in, there is no hangers and the safe was locked. Had to request again for them to get these items in place. The room has some 'chemical' smell. Not sure if they sprayed insecticides. The walk to the hotel through the alley can be quite scary at night. At 9pm, the rubber truck will be there to clear the rubbish and you have to endure the smell. I hope the staff can improve their service.

It was a business trip so I reallly just needed a bed near my customers office and the hotel was right by there. However trying to get to other parts of Bangkok were hard with the traffic.

Everything essential is there, only thing is there isnt a choice to get a smoking room or non smoking room, all rooms are non smoking, so if ure a smoker u have to go to the ground floor to smoke. other than that i dun get why the deposit had increase as paying 1k baht as deposit for 2 nights stay here is a bit stupid

Upon check in,the staffs attitude are not good after I told them I booked my room via this website. They keep saying this or that and will be fine 2000 baht,with an unwelcome tone. It make me feel uncomfortable during the stay. But the çheck out staff is very polite and friendly .

The room is very clean and tidy and walking distance to the nearest BTS. Daily make-up service and even help to arrange my stuff in a neat order.

Can't smoke in room and air con spoil and change to no bathtub room .Hotel going to place pratunum city area far and hotel sutter service only till 12am so walk back far and dark place no light and quiet. Sutter service come fetch back hotel wait long so we keep need walk back hotel after shopping tired . Then last day check out getting back deposit 200B the receptionist guy ask staff to check room that we smk and stole thing make us feel bad ..or they are checking we left anything we dunno. Cos before staying here we stay a night at pratunum due to something last minute booking is a 5stars hotel that can't smoke too if not fine 3000B but they did not check room . Well hope next time if book again the service will be better and think how people feel and know they are smoker please try give a smoking room it is troublesome for smoker that cannot smoke in room have to walk up and down when they want smoke and can't relax after whole day of shopping and tired and walking back hotel and after meals can't smoking. Room book have bathtub mean have can't if thing spoil then change us to no bathtub room and smaller room should change as same yes is cheap booking but hotel must have service standard if not people will recommend the hotel? This place can stay only if you want sleep, going catuchak market only and willing to walk far back to hotel cos hotel sutter service wait long. City area very far. Cos hotel sutter service end 12am can't go night market late if not walk back.

The price of hotel is reasonable given the location and facilities. We stayed in a family suit room for five nights.However, we have an unpleasant experience the last night there. Our two daughters, aged 7 and 9, suffered food poisoning and threw out massively in the room. When we asked for room service to change bed sheet and clean the room, there was no mention that we would be charged for the service. The next morning at about 4am before we left the hotel for airport, only we were told that the service charge for the room service was 400 Bath (about US$12). We are not sure if it's the industry practice to charge a fee for room service under such circumstance? Nevertheless, industry practice or not, we really feel the hotel is rubbing salt into our wound (imagine you child is sick and requires help).

Close to the MRT station and they also included a free shuttle there. If you want a place with WI-FI don't stay here, the wifi is super SLOW and you have to reconnect every single time. I was also charged 200 baht when I checked out because one of the towels had a little foundation makeup on, which I felt that can be easily removed if you wash it. It was cheaper to buy them a new towel then paying 200 baht, if I ever go back to Bangkok I will most definitely not stay here, too far from the tourist areas.

it was good ,near MRT Sutthisan

Good stay overall. Directions in Thia to the hotel from the airport would of helped as the taxi driver couldn't read English. The hotel is off of the main streets and isn't well known. The staff were welcoming and cheerful but English only spoken by a few of the staff. Wi-Fi was good in the lobby but in the rooms it was slow and patchy and at times was non existant.

Quite accessible, within walking distance to the train station. condition and amenities for the hotel rooms is relatively impeccable for the price paid. will definitely consider staying here again if I'm going for a short trip.

You get what you pay for. Nothing great. Not horrible but nothing to get excited about.

Good location to station, market with food stalls. Apartment was clean, tidy and staff helpful. Nothing to complain about.

Great stay as usual. Been here many times already. Place have been renovated and looks much nicer at the reception desk area. Friendly staff and nice clean beds. Towels now smell nice which is good. Only issue is the bath tub which as usual looks a little rusty?? Other than this i would give this place a thumbs up for if you dont mind the occasional walk through the streets to the outside main road.

Particularly touched by the free golf car service which provides us a ride from and to the MRT station though it is actually just a 10-min walk.

It was an amazing hotel with comfortable furnished with nice staff and good service. But the location is far from the main road so when we catch the motorbike to get there they denied to drive us because they dont know that hotel instead of we've given them the address. You should use mrt to Bang sue and stop at Sutthisan Station then call for the receiption to get the shuttle golf car pick you up to the hotel. They also have a gym, too! The staff was nice bc they always smile to customers and help us to call a taxi at 4AM for head to airport. Love this place!

The hotel was fine, a little bit off of the main road, but they have a golf cart service to the subway. The problem I had was that they advertise lugguage storage, which was my reason for choosing them. When I asked they said no, then they said 100 baht per day which is ridiculous. I ended up having to bring my suitcase to a storage facility, thus ending any convenience that I had hoped for.

The location of the Service apartment is very near in food stalls and mrt station. They also provide 24 hrs complimentary transportation (golf cart) to and from the MRT station.

The room is clean and the rate is OK. The staff was friendly but not much helpful, as any request has to be made between 9:00 - 6:00 when the boss is there. We couldn't use the room safe because the master key is only available between 9-6, but we couldn't be there during that time. The location is a bit away from the business centre so it takes a while to travel there.

Bath was a bit dirty but all in all was a decent hotel to stay in

The good: Room was rather spacious and bed was comfortable. There was a sofa that we could sit on Free shuttle service to the train station But some things that didn't impress us: 1. There were answers roaming around the room 2. Bath tub was dirty 3. Floods the bathroom when showering due to bad bathroom design. 4. Rusty towel hanger

this hotel far from evrey thing,you have to walk 10 min to maim street,ROSTERS singing for you 24 houers,to mouch noise, but it was a clean hotel

Our stay at Diamond Residence was good for the money. The room (one Queen bed) had a kettle and refrigerator, as well as chilled water and complementary coffee. The room itself was nice enough, and a good value for the money. We did see a lot of ants in the room but they didn't bother us as long as there were absolutely no food crumbs. The bathroom was pretty clean, but we felt the need for shower shoes in the bathtub. The toiletries are watered-down shampoo and antibacterial soap (labeled "body wash"). The shuttle to the station was super convenient, as the hotel is about a 10 minute walk from food and the subway. The housekeeping staff were so sweet and accommodating. The front desk worker was not very friendly or helpful, but overall, we had a positive experience.

Rooms aresafe sic but clean. Nice modern look. Wifi is good. Bathroom is very basic but sufficient. Close walk to metro and free golf cart ride to and from nearby locations is a nice help. The hotel can be hard to find behind the neighborhood but it's safe. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I chose to stay a few more days because it the value was better than all the other areas I considered switching to after I got my bearings in Bangkok.
