Green Haven Guest House

The welcome by Lucy and her prompt reply to my query about gluten free beforehand, slept well and was happy to be on the ground floor

Disappointed that the TV was black and white but that is a minor thing

Friendly welcome from the host, short walking distance to the centre of Stratford. Felt very relaxed

Nothing

Clean, comfortable and within easy reach of the centre. Breakfast very good.

En suite was a bit small but adequate.

We really enjoyed our stay. Spotlessly clean room and really tasty, beautifully presented breakfast.

The room was exceptionally clean, the breakfast was lovely.

The shower was extremely hot and couldn't be turned to cooler

Room is clean & comfortable. Always friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast. Good location.

Parking is sometimes tricky.

Lucy, the host, was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we required for a couple of days' stay. Free parking on the premises.Close to the town centre and waterways. 10 minutes walk.

There was a step up to access the bathroom, which could be tricky in the night if you need to use the toilet. Could get all of the channels on the TV due to connection. The breakfast was OK, but no beans or hash browns, and the toast was very thin slices.

Super śniadanie przygotowywane na zamówienie z karty. Możliwość dostosowania godziny śniadania. Bardzo miła obsługa.

Excellent location. Host was extremely friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely room on the ground floor which was very quiet. Good dining room with a good choice of breakfast served with a smile!

Nothing.

Ben situat. Habitació molt correcta. Esmorzar molt bo. Un B&B molt i molt recomanable. Ho tornaria.

Everything!!!!!! The room was lovely, airy and spacious, clean and well equipped. The breakfasts were amazing. The location was easily walkable to the centre of beautiful Stratford Upon Avon. We were so well treated. Cudos to the owners. Would stay there again if ever in the area. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

We liked everything.

The hospitality was great and the premises were very clean. The breakfast was very good and the location excellent.

We would like to have a fridge in our room to store some medication and not disturb the staff with this.

Posizione molto centrale, colazione molto buona, staff disponibile

Breakfast lovely, extra tea and toast, Lucy the host is lovley

Clean & Comfortable

Step up to Bathroom and small

The host was fabulous. Very welcoming and friendly. Our room on the ground floor was well equiped and had everything we needed. The room was spotless as was the shower area. At breakfast all tables had crisp white immaculate tablecloths. The breakfast wasn't stupidly excessive however there was plenty and something for everyone. The full English was excellent. Would be more than happy to stay whenever we visit Stratford. Great value for money.

One small comment was possibly a topper on the mattress. But thats being picky.

Wij vonden alles prima.

Near the town centre , spotlessly clean and a superb breakfast.

Nothing really.

Colazione perfetta.

Perfect location and host Lucy! One night only but we will definitely book again when we return to Stratford!

Chambre tres propre.

Super clean room. Free parking. Great location. Nice breakfast. Lucy was very friendly and organised lady. We felt like home.

Rien

Good breakfast and staff were flexible on timing to suit my needs

Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. Lovely big shower. The walk into the centre is short and easy. Parking outside. Hospitality was top notch and the breakfast was lovely

Nothing we didn’t like at all, cannot fault a single thing with our stay

It was lovely to have a fan in our room during the exceptional hot weather. There is parking on the premises and the host cleaned our rooms every day. It was an easy 10 min walk to Stratford Town Centre. Despite being on a busy road, our room was at the back so it was very quiet. The hosts were very accommodating, we recommend this place.

Can't fault this property.

Everything. Host was perfect also the location.

I have nothing to add.

Excellent ingredients well prepared and cooked

Nothing

Near to Stratford clean good friendly staff

We were in the ground floor room. A bit noisy but did not spoil over all great stay.

Prima ontbijt.

Kamer klein , maar goed genoeg

Great location. Very clean, quiet rooms. Staff were amazing

Really nice place, clean & tidy, very close to town centre

Very clean. Good location. Breakfast was very nice. The host was so welcoming.

Clean. Comfortable. Lovely hosts. Good breakfast.

It was clean, very comfortable and well located for both theatre and restaurants. Breakfast was good and plentiful. We were made to feel welcome but always could come and go as we pleased.

Not applicable.

Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Eigenes Bad mit Dusche. Sehr dicht am City Center - ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Parken vor dem Haus war kein Problem. Tankstelle direkt nebenan.

We had a lovely breakfast and it was a short walk to the centre of Stratford

I can't think of anything 😊

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, quiet, wonderful location, tasty breakfast. Thank you.

Breakfast very good and host most welcoming and hospitable.

Value for money it was very good Indeed

Great sleep, lovely breakfast with local ingredients, friendly hosts

The breakfast was just right not too complicated. The accommodation was clean and well kept. The host was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

I don't think anything needs changing

The host was lovely and the room felt secure and comfortable. Breakfast was very pleasant, and the host was very accommodating with allowing me to.take breakfast upstairs for my very tired child. Very handy parking out the front.

My only "complaint" was that there was no air-conditioning. There was a powerful fan provided, but it was noisy. To be fair though, it is the hottest May on record!

Friendly, clean, comfortable, great location, lovely breakfast. Would love to visit again.

Lugnt välstädat trevlig välkomnande hjälpsam värdinna god frukost.

Excellent clean comfortable room. Good location for train station, RSC, town and attractions. The full English breakfast was very good.

Everything was fine

The breakfast was excellent and the location was ideal in terms of access to the town and to the theatres.

I can think of nothing that needed improving.

Beautiful and clean property. Lovely owner who cooked us a delicious breakfast in the morning. Would stay again!!

Centro poco distante e raggiungibile a piedi. Pochi posti auto ma comunque molto comodi

Nulla

Lucy was there to greet us as soon as we arrived and showed us our room. The room with ensuite ticked all the boxes for us. There was tea/ coffee making facilities and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choices even for coeliacs like myself. Cannot reccom end more.

Nothing apart from not being able to stay longer.

Excellent service

Location, cleanliness, comfort and lovely proprietor.

Brilliant location with parking - a very easy stroll to town. Lovely and very helpful host. Very clean. Generous breakfast with cooked option, plus cereal, fruit and yogurt. I met return visitors at breakfast who said it's consistently a great place to stay.

My only "criticism" is that the bed was quite soft, but that's personal preference anyway.

Breakfast and it was very clean

Close to town. Bed very comfortable

Very small room in many ways. Breakfast ok but not brilliant

Staff were really friendly and accommodating, the location was great ten minute walk to the centre of Stratford, rooms were comfortable and clean

Nothing

Friendly owners, location, free parking at the spot, very clean, good breakfast.

Small cozy and clean, very nice and helpful lady

Breakfast was a bit small for the price

The most charming hostess provided a lovely welcome and she very much cares about her guests needs. Beautifully clean, bright and comfortable accommodation and a very short walk into town. Fabulous breakfast too! Will most certainly be booking again!

Friendly and professional hosts. Greta access to centre of town. Onsite parking. Very clean, neat and compact.

Friendly and helpful host, lovely clean room. Lovely breakfast. Easy to find, very quiet despite being on a main road, easy to get into the town centre.

Very creaky headboard, but I managed to move the bed away from it as it wasn't attached.

Good location for town/station. Very accommodating owner. Able to leave car in drive early and leave there after checkout. Very useful. Very good facilities. Lovely breakfast.

Clean, warm, great breakfast

Great location, breakfast was delicious, check in and hosts we're very accommodating, parking was a great bonus. Very clean and everything you need in the room, lovely guest house and makes it better by having only 1 set of stairs to climb. Lovely stay

Breakfast was lovely but could of done with a bit more of variety of fruit and yoghurt at breakfast or even pastries.

Town is in easy walking distance. Very clean and comfortable with a good breakfast and nice hosts x

Friendly staff, excellent location for the town

Bathroom area very narrow

A very enjoyable stay, the owner was very nice and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good and nicely cooked, nothing too much trouble, we will definitely stay again when we visit that area, an easy and flat walk into the town.

A very busy road, we had to be careful crossing it.

Attention to details. Even spare umbrellas in hallway to loan if it rained

The welcome, the breakfast and the room were all excellent.
