Fast check in process. At first I was a bit skeptical about checking in, but as far as I read the comments about this place. I felt right staying here. The room was very clean! And budget friendly, I wish all motels are like this. The moment I stepped in, it felt like everything was throughly clean, and the bathroom looks very neat & clean too. Thank you for your service in keeping things neat & making this a safe place. The parking lot is spacious, have bright lights & cameras ✅ not many motels have that. No loud people, no smokers, or anything that would disrupt my sleep. lol. I slept peacefully & safe. Safe enough to park my Tesla. Thinking someone might break in or scratch my car. But no. I think this neighborhood is a safe spot for travelers. I will bookmark this place, for the next time I visit here. Thank you thank you! 10000000/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If it gets too busy, parking might be a problem. But I was able to find parking spot by coming back to my room before sunset. 🌅 otherwise, no complaints at all 😇

First off the rooms had a strong smell of covered cigarette smoke. There were soiled furniture and unclean bedding. The property manager was also very rude throughout the process of concealing and hung up on me when I didn’t get any refund

The hotel was clean. The interior was pleasant, and the bed was comfortable. However, the nearby highway was somewhat noisy. Overall, I would recommend this hotel!

The rooms were extremely dirty. There is a very serious cleanliness issue here. In my opinion, this place should be closed. The rooms were absolutely filthy and disgusting. We only stayed because we had no other choice, but the beds were dirty, stained, and had hair and other things left on them. The bathroom was also very dirty and looked like it had not been properly cleaned for a long time. Overall, everything was extremely unclean. When we asked for towels, we were told that there were no clean towels available. I honestly do not understand how this place is being operated. This hotel needs serious attention and should be closed until these issues are fixed.

Nothing, really, except we got a parking spot right outside our door.

The property didn't respond to 2 email requests for a lower level room, although we did get one. Upon checkin, the staff member was not very welcoming or friendly. There was urine on the sidewalk area. The room had not been swept or cleaned for probably days. It looked lke the trash had been emptied and toilet paper changed, toilet semi-cleaned. We went out to dinner and returned late, no one was at the lobby window. When we pulled back the bed covers to go to bed, we found that the sheets were filthy with sex fluid. We were in our night clothes so didn't want to try to walk to the front desk and the room had no phone. We stripped the bed, which was soiled completely through to the mattress pad and also on the underside of the top quilt. We stripped the bed and slept on our coats - and of course weren't able to get much sleep. We mostly stayed up and watched our phones. We intended to complain when we checked out but no one was at the front desk window. Just dropped the key in the drop box. Strange that no one would think to be available at checkout time. Perhaps not wanting to hear the complaints. this property had an 8 star rating when we booked it online - how could that be possible. Although it looks like someone had done a mediocre job in renovating the room - drapes and bedding appeared less than a year old and paint had been applied over everything, the front planter boxes were bare with soil, stones and small trash. Why does Booking even deal with this property? We didn't bother to contact the property again as it seems they don't respond to calls or emails. Horrible property.
