Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Benissimo per una notte! Colazione molto varia e abbondante! Staff gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo provato il massaggio tipico di Java e le terapiste sono venute direttamente in camera.
Stanze per nulla insonorizzate. Ci è stata data una camera che era evidentemente comunicante, quindi consiglio di chiedere che non lo sia prima che vi venga assegnata.

We booked hotel till 30th of September but unfortuanelty we check out on 27th so should be booking.com must return the rest of the amount. and we believe it will help us to continue with Booking.com. we have noticed the update 48 hours before but booking.com can not accept. it is not good overall.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026The dinner food, nasi goreng rendang was fantastic. Meat was tender and juicy, the fried rice was very rich in flavour. Not too spicy so i really enjoyes it. Unfortunately from what i know it was a seasonal menu for that specific month. Might be the best nasi goreng rendang i ever had. Compliments to the chef.
The bathroom faucet sink feels a little clogged. Or it might be intended that way to prevent small items like rings from getting swallowed.

Frühstück schlechte Qualität im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Jakarta mit ähnlicher Preisstruktur. Zimmer müssen renoviert werden. Klimaanlage laut und arbeitet trotz dass die aus ist.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026The rooms are nice. Super affordable. The only downside is that due to it being next to expo, it's super crowded and extremely hard to find a seat for breakfast and the taste is very average. Staff doesn't speak much english so need to use a translator.
Over-crowdedness and waiting in long lines for something.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026I would to thank you Mr. Rizky FO (Front Office), he was a nice person and very helpful to accommodate my family during our stay 28-29 jun, he helped to find us the good and cleans room. The Accommodation in the prime location, 50 meters from Jakarta International expo kemayoran (backyard of the hotel), atmosphere for family and business purpose are welcome. (This is 2nd years i stay in Holidayinn express Kemayoran) The room very big, nice, and clean with good view of the venue (PRJ Season) even our room near a music stage but the noise level 1-10 is only 3 (very good noice cancelled) The amenities very good condition, the swimming pool very clean, with all facilities the price very affordable, i'm using my best Travel Partner JMT (Jalamundi Tour) also helpful person +6282122223504

枕のFirmをお願いしたらすぐに対応頂いたのですが、私にはまだ柔らかく、中が藁、またはもみ殻などの羽毛、スポンジでないのが選択にあるといいですね。朝食レストランで、テーブルにティシュー、コーヒーお願いしたのですが、忘れられた方がおられました。エレベーターに乗るときのボタン反応が悪い時がありました。

Restaurant staff behaviour and unhygienic food. A worm was found inside fried chicken. Parking charges even for guests’ visitors and pick/drop service, it looks like a beggar.

Reviewed Mar 26, 2026This was how a breakfast experience look like on a high occupancy on 23rd March 2026. This is an EXPO hotel.which means for high occupancy with exhibition time @ jakarta. The GM was seem not doing enough ensure: 1..replenishment of food, beverage and cutlery are sufficient at ALL TIME. 2. No helping staff except some sales girl came by at 9.30am. Is too late. 3. Pastry item were cool even they replenished. 4. No time for service to maintain a clear buffet counter. 5. Only one coffee machine for a high occupancy. Sales staff were also asked guest to Q for the coffee machine. 6. Some so called "management" staff walked pass also never seem to greet guests a good morning. So much for indonedia hospitality 7. Staff were answered that they have prepared extra table and chair, yet I still have to seat at lobby sofa for breakfast. No action could and been offered to create another new seating as demanded increased. 8. A lot of time, guest have to ask for plate, coffee cup and cutlery. Is a 🌟 🌟 🌟 IHG hotel with sub standard of service delivery. Shame on IHG due to its management style of handling busy period. I have complaint about the room assignment yet.
