Personeel is super aardig.

Er liep een kleine kakkerlak op de kamer. Ook was het beddengoed niet schoon en hebben wij moeten bellen om deze te laten vervangen. Het hotel is niet schoon. Wij verbleven hier 2 nachten.

Staff, location, value, breakfast

Breakfast is excellent. A wide variety of dishes, and they are quite tasty too.

The Wi-Fi speed is quite slow.

La camera ampia e pulitissima, letti comodi, personale accogliente. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante, il cibo era buono. Abbiamo anche usato la palestra. Non molto grande ma perfettamente funzionale. Colazione varia e abbondante per gusti sia orientali che occidentali

The staff were very kind. Brilliant breakfast.

Location in the "heart" of the industrial district. Powerpoint in the wall making a scary noise as if cables were not properly fitted (sparkles). Door of bathroom refused to close. Corridor under construction full of cement and dust. The room itself was not efficiently cleaned. Bathroom somewhat run down.

Rien à dire, séjour exceptionnel dans tous les critères : personnel formidable, on s’est sentis comme des rois. Dès que nous avions besoin de quelque chose par exemple fer à repasser, bouteille d’eau, linge sale, ils venaient aussi tôt à notre chambre pour nous apporter leur aide. Petit déjeuner très copieux et varié ! Chambre très confortable surtout pour les prix, tous les équipements y compris des pantoufles alors que c’est pas dans tous les hôtels que nous avons eu ça même en payant plus cher

Des toutes petites fourmis dans un petit coin de la pièce mais rien de méchant !

Ein Abendessen konnte nicht mehr storniert werden und einmal waren kleine Tierchen vor dem Zimmer. Zufall oder Regelmäßig kann ich nicht sagen. Sonst machte das Hotel einen saubereren Eindruck. Daher nur 7,0 sonst 8,0

Room quite big, near to the JIEXPO

It's very easy to hear all the sound outside the room, not good sleeping during nights, room near to the street, you can always hear the sound on the street.

The room is clean and cosy after renovation. Staffs are friendly and helpful

Excellent customer service from the staff. Location was very convenient for the festival we were in Jakarta to attend. Great variety and quality for breakfast!

The aircon in our room played up sometimes.

Although the location was far from everywhere else in Jakarta but my main purpose for this trip was to be close to Jakarta International Expo, which was only a 5 minutes drive away. Also the 24/7 indomart right across the stress was really convenient. Staff were really helpful and proactive, requested for room service at late evenings and whenever I come back, it was always restored and cleaned. I also lost a really valuable and important item on my way to the lobby and the staff kept it for me.

The internet service is so bad and one lift is always occupied which makes it very slow, as there are only 2 lifts available.

The room was spacious and well air conditioned. The staff was very friendly. The shower was hot and drained well along with good water pressure. Lots of natural light and great blackout curtains as well. With a good cleaning and some minor fixes, it could be a 9.

The room wasn't cleaned well. There was a bit of ketchup on the floor, and a lot of hair throughout the room. It could use a good sweeping and mopping. Also, the shower head was loose and the sink only had hot water.

Close to the exhibition center. Easy transport. Not expensive.

1. Close to the street + Single-glazed window + Poor sound insulation building. Every night, even after 00:00 and 01:00, motors thundered past. You just can't take a good rest. 2. Once again, poor sound insulation building. Almost every morning, you will be woken up by the tallking and laughing neighbours. 3. AC out of order. Can't change the temperature of cooling & fan model. Too cold at night.

My unexpected discovery in Jakarta. A hotel managed by managers with a vision and able to create a very good product on every level (very friendly and helpful staff, very clean and nice smell and good food). Good job Tony and the rest of the managers :) Definitely the highest rating and recommendation.

It was very spacious, clean and comfortable.

Air conditioner was rather noisy. Didn't get a "landmark view".

the view outside of 9 floor is awesome, especially for the sunrise moments look out from the window, the receptionist is professional and with well spoken English, the cleaning service is good, the scent of shower gel is calm and special. the location is pretty close to Kota Tua. only thing sad for me is i forgot to book the breakfast with my reservation order. t^t
