Gorgeous hotel and really friendly staff

This hotel met our expectations. We attended an academic conference here for 2 days. The buffet restaurant is very nice with luxury decorations.

The neighborhood has nothing to tour around. The closest shopping center, which is a decent one, is about 15-20 minutes walking distance. The distance was fine, but the walking environment is not pleasant.

The breakfast was good, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel was clean and new; I also absolutely loved the stonework on the lobby walls—it caught my eye because I have an interest in stone. It was also nice that the lobby was spacious and airy. Aircondition was good in the room.

My room was on street side, yes, I certainly heard the traffic noise.

Great staff with great hotel surrounding kemayoran. Loved the food also there is indomie also. Its unique. I'd shout out to April who genuinely treat the guest warmly. Would be back in the future holiday

I recently stayed at Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran and had such a pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay very relaxing. The hotel facilities were also great, and the location is convenient for both business and leisure trips in Jakarta. What impressed me the most was the hospitality from the staff. Everyone was professional and attentive, but I would especially like to thank April for her exceptional service. She was very friendly, helpful, and always greeted guests with a genuine smile. Her kindness and positive attitude truly made my stay more enjoyable and memorable. It’s always nice to stay at a hotel where the staff genuinely care about guest comfort, and Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran definitely delivered that experience. I appreciate the effort from the whole team in making guests feel valued and welcomed. Overall, I had a really nice stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jakarta. Looking forward to coming back again in the future!

Location good for JIEXPO if we go for exhibition. But nothing can eat surround here.

1. The cleaning products were like super low key, with the most cheap formulation and make you skin dry, and it is without conditioner. 2. Refrigerator doesn’t work. 3. Apprentice in restaurant doesn’t know what is sunny up. ( she is frying the egg at that moment)

The bed, pillows, and room smell really musty.

The staff were not friendly during check in or throughout the stay. I stayed here at the beginning of April and the staff were so great. Must be new people or shift dependent.

Location is near highways, so better traffic flow and easy access to tollway to airport.

The lift card reader was not working so we had to take another lift to access the room, which were on the other side of a rather confusing corridor layout. I also requested for laundry bag, or any other bag for that matter, so I can put my dirty clothes in. The operator said they will check but never got back to me. If there is a policy against this, it’s understandable, but it’s just a small bag. Not even a plastic bag.

Convince for exhibition

I had to change my room twice until I got the correct room I booked. Bedroom is dirty, no tub. Restaurant inside hotel is horrible about good and service. Breakfast is so so, but not suitable for western customers since no cheese and no ham, eggs were cold as they precooked.

The hotel's location isn't very convenient. It's not accessible by public transportation. However, if you have a Grab or Gojek taxi app, this drawback is offset by the low cost of a taxi ride. The hotel itself has no flaws in any of the rating criteria. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. I was particularly impressed with the breakfast. An incredible selection of dishes to suit every taste. It was hard to choose just one. The price-quality ratio is simply perfect.
