Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Čisté ubytování, super lokalita, příjemný personál. Líbilo se mi, že zde byla možnost úklidu pokojů.
Toaleta čas od času měla problém se splachováním a zasekávala se. Rád bych také upozornil, že hotel má cedulku pro úklid vstupte a nechoďte. Nepověsíte-li cedulku vůbec, tak úklid i tak přijde. Nevím, zdali je to standardní, ale mně osobně to bylo nepříjemné.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026No need to buy water as they refill you with 2 bottles a day. Nice sized fridge in the room. Very spacious and they kept it clean with daily service. Right around the corner form the start of walking beach. Use GRAB app to have a scooter pick you up if you don't feel like walking to the BAHT BUS. Plenty of local food spots and street vendors in a 1 block radius. Can also rent a scooter from places within 2 blocks. Great spot.
I had ants in my bathroom, but these kinds of things don't bother me and I'm sure they would have addressed it if I mentioned it to them, which I didn't. The bed was two queens or twins pushed together, pretty standard in these areas and also don't bother me. moderate comfort, but very clean.

A bit overpriced from my experience with Thai hotels, but that might be reflective of the area. The door to the balcony didn't close so while trying to fall asleep the noise of the door opening and closing (because of the AC being on) was annoying. The 2 twin beds were pushed together but nothing was put over the seam so that was annoying. Minor .. but annoying. So the room did the job but nothing exceptional.

Personal: Undfreundlicher Empfang, kein Lächeln, keine Erklärungen. Am ersten Tag wurde ich gleich in der Früh von der russischen Dame für etwas beschuldigt obwohl sie gar nicht wusste wer ich bin. Keine Entschuldigung danach. Zimmer: Modrig, laut, Schimmel im Bad und Fenstern, wahnsinnig durchgelegene Matratze. Sauberkeit: Mangelhaft, Flecken am Bett, Handtuch, Boden. Staub und Krümel in und unter dem Bett. Teilweise sehr laute, russische, Zimmernachbarn. Keine Empfehlung.

Всегда чисто. Не понимаю, почему ставят плохую оценку за интернет. Никогда не было проблем. Отдельно и бесплатно - пляжные циновки и полотенца.
Даже не знаю, что написать.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026Es war eine Katastrophe , alles dreckig alt stinking verbraucht ohne Erneuerung voll mit Fliegen einfach dreckig. Sowas zu anbieten ist eine Schande , dafür noch so viel Geld zu zahlen!? Ich möchte unbedingt eine Entschädigung erhalten , bald einfach zu schämen so eine Unterkunft zu vermieten .ich habe eine Husten bekommen z.Zt beim ärztlichen Behandlung. von der nicht gepflegte Klimaanlage, Pfujj!Im Schrank wegen der moderigen Geruch meine Kleider konnte nicht hinein hängen alles wie in Flohmarkt für 30€/ Tag lag auf dem Tisch . Ich habe Bilder alles dokumentiert. Mein moderige Zimmer lag am 3.Stock , nach mein Knieoperation 36 Treppen tgl war nicht so lustig. Nach ca 1 Wo „betteln““ ich habe ein Parterre ein Raum bekommen wie in der Garage, die Tür war sehr labil konnte jemand hinein kommen , ich habe mit einem Stuhl gesichert - Glück gehabt! Der Klimaanlage ist auch lebensgefährlich dreckig- anscheinend in Pattaya ist normal . Ich bin zum bessere Verhältnisse gewöhnt . In paar Hauser Weiter sauberegepflegtes Hotel für 700THB/ Tag.bei Gelegenheit die Adresse ist in meinem Geldbörse. Wegen der neue elektronische Visaangelegenheiten konnte diese Dreckbude leider nicht verlassen . Meine Beschwerde kann ich alles mit Photos beweisen. Meine 4 Woche Urlaub hat ein Vermögen gekostet, wenn ich an diese Zeit denke bekomme Brechdurchfall !!!Weinkrämpfe! Sowas, ? Für booking.com ist keine gute Reklame!!!

Спасибо большое за комфортный отдых! Местоположение отличное, в тихом месте, но и пляж рядом, внизу кафе с вкусной русской едой по левую руку, по правую руку тайская неприметное кафе, очень вкусно, порции большие и всего 50 бат! Спасибо!

Reviewed Aug 13, 2025I had a great stay at the Jardin Guest House. Great location close to everything - shops, 7-11s, restaurants, massage and a nice beach as well. Very comfortable extra large bed. Good sized room. Very clean and quiet. Helpful friendly staff. Good value for the money. No problem recommending it to others.
If I had to pick something, I would say the "decor" inside the room feels a bit dated but nothing major. It certainly didn't interfere with my stay.

They are always late for checking in.. it says that it's at 2 pm ,but even then sometimes they ask you to wait a bit.. But at 12 sharp they are knocking at your door asking to check out.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2025Excellent location, large room with all necessary facilities as for a budget accomodation, 10 minutes walk to the beach and even less to bars shops and restaurants, cleaning every day with 2 bottles of water, quet place, friendly and nice host and personnel, great value for the money payed - highly recommended for a long term holiday or a digital nomad.

The bathroom had a leaking faucet. I had to use a bucket under it to deton the dripping noise.
