Ibis Jakarta Harmoni

maybe a little more to offer western guests at breakfast time. (we don't eat rice, fish, noodles etc for breakfast)

ok

Schoon, uiterst vriendelijke mensen, comfort

The breakfast & dinner bought on 1st day. Staff was kind in accommodating my Qs. Due to late arrival, because of flight cancellation, they helped with getting me checked-in before arrival.

1) Communication: On Booking wasn't responded to after 1st time—I had to search for their number to call them directly. No real-time updates, so I had to make the initiative. 2) Door handles need to be maintained, it felt flimsy. 3) Room & Hotel instructions weren't printed out or made known to me. 4) Curtains wouldn't open.

Personnels tres sympa, bon rapport qualité prix

Il manquait les draps pour un lit

This was my first time staying at Ibis because I couldn’t find any hotels available near my event location in Gajah Mada. In the end, I decided to try Ibis Harmoni, and it turned out to be a pleasant experience. The staff offered me a member rate, which was very helpful, and I was happy to get a fairly spacious room. The room was comfortable, clean, and suitable for my stay. Overall, I had a good experience and would consider staying here again in the future.

Hotel with a great location, money for value

The hotel is located not far from Chinatown, and there is a McDonald's 24-hour next to the hotel. Moreover the opposite the hotel, there is a shopping mall, Gaja Mada

The road in front of the hotel is now under construction for the MRT. It's quite hard if you are driving or have a guest come pick you up by car, but it's okay because you can still get GRAB.

Czysty i zadbany obiekt.

Excellent lady staff for day. For night the man wasnt upto the mark really. Excellent breakfast - best in all of Indonesia really. Me and my family really enjoyed the food and the beds. The coffee was also great. Masha ALLAH. There was no gym really.

Why no gym for such an expensive hotel?

All good, clean comfortable no issues

Only a small issue but the staff need to be trained to make coffee properly It was weak and tepid but that is not a real big issue.

The location was good, close to the Harmony bus station, and with a short walk you could reach several money exchange offices. Room cleanliness was average, and the staff behavior was good.

the bed sheets were stained and had holes.

Value for money, good breakfast, next door Mcdonalds and ATM

There is no handwash liquid given near the basin.

We had a great view from our room, the staff were good and the breakfast was good too but it just needs some variety.

Nothing

The property was unclean, the sheets smelt stale and unwashed, this odour took over the entire room. The room was damp with no opening windows. The bathroom was unclean and the towels had the same unclean smell. It was loud, we were woken at 5am to children screaming.

Simpatia e prestabilidade do staff

Lief en behulpzaam personeel.

Insecten in de slaap/badkamer

Nice location

Drinks very very expensive

Good sized room with fake wooden type floors. Front desk helpful and restaurant provides reasonable food. Communication in English varies. Taxis deal in cash no credit facilities.

Great place to stay. Clean, safe, convenient, reasonable rate and good staff

The only issue I had with the place was the quality of the Wi-Fi. It routinely did not work throughout the stay. The location is perfect if you’re trying to see around the city with a stop on the 1 bus line less than 7 minutes away and a train stop about a mile away.

Overall staying was good experience. However, the housekeeper sometimes a little bit too late to clean the room. I really like the spacious room, bigger working desk, even complimented with bolster which not every hotel has it. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. All the crew were very helpful with anything that I needed.

This hotel is good and affordable! Although the location is not actually in central Jakarta, it’s still very convenient for food amd shopping. Since there is a shopping center across the hotel and Mac Donald just beside the hotel.

Personal und lage war ok.

Zimmer leider hat schlechte Luft. Keine Möglichkeit Fenster öffnen frische Luft haben. Ganze Woche mit central Klima schlechte Luft leider
