Vertu Harmoni Jakarta

Hygiëne is echt goed.

Absolutely beautiful

Clean and modern, outside the International brands Excellent breakfast

The pool closing at 6pm, no way The pool should be heated

Camera accogliente e pulita, letto comodo e servizi funzionanti

Tutto perfetto

The view’s fantastic, the pool area was perfect and outdoor area to sit , the room was spacious fully equipped. Great location I did walk to monument it wasn’t that far to walk 15 minutes. You could not hear outside traffic

None thing

Vue magnifique, chambre très propre, personnel charmant

Breakfast could have been better

The stay was amazing. Everything was clean, hygienic and well-maintained, with a luxurious touch. The food, including breakfast and room service, was good and in line with the price. There was also a very friendly gentleman at check-in whose name I unfortunately did not get. He wore glasses and was extremely friendly and helpful. At check-out, I was assisted by Dan and Fadly, who were both very kind and helpful as well. The excellent service provided by these three gentlemen takes this hotel to an even higher level. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth repeating. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Everything . Having a little mall under the hotel was an added benefit. You could not fault any of the staff. The buffet breakfast was the best most comprehensive I have ever found and there attention to correct food handling procedures the best I have seen in Asia The decor of the restaurant was beautiful and our room was spacious with wonderful views of nightime Jakarta Will definitely recommend to others

Nada a apontar!

Uitgebreid ontbijt, supergoed bed, vriendelijk personeel

Moderno, cómodo, bien situado, detallistas, amables etc

Kind and friendly service

Out side noisy at night time

Easy booking and check-in procedure set the tone for a seamless stay from the very beginning. The process was intuitive and efficient, allowing for a stress-free arrival where I was able to transition quickly into my room without any unnecessary delays. The accommodations were well-maintained and offered a high level of comfort, aligning perfectly with what was promised during the reservation phase. Throughout my time there, the service remained consistent and professional, with staff members who were attentive yet unobtrusive.

Great price, relatively central location, spacious rooms. L5 lobby is spacious and welcoming. Breakfast has decent variety, Indonesian selections are tasty. Amenities are also quite nice for the price. Would definitely recommend for staying nearby Bundaran HI and South Jakarta!

Service-wise is polite, albeit a little slow in terms of trolley and delivering items to room. Currently building an MRT in front so quite a lot of construction and blockage.

Toller Empfang vom Personal! Sehr modern & sauber. Toller Pool & super reichhaltiges Frühstück. Waren leider nur eine Nacht !

Nichts

Nice clean property, staff very friendly and helpful. There is a good breakfast with lots of choices, plus a very nice swimming pool.

Road works outside made it a bit difficult to get in and out.

Staff was great, best massage I’ve ever had! Clean and modern rooms

The location is a bit noisy but I guess that’s valid for all places in Jakarta

Really nice staff who are willing to help . Big shout out to Dan at the front desk . Was super helpful and genuinely cared. Great breakfast buffet , rest of the menu was great. Good wifi , never had a problem. Nice comfortable beds with ice cool air con in the rooms. Awesome swimming pool . Mini mart , subway and various restaurants down stairs . Plus a pool room !

Nothing.

Very comfortable room, great views, clean, delicious selection of breakfast dishes. Wonderful swimming pool. Very nice helpful efficient staff. Special mention of Aurora who was very helpful

Very comfortable room, nice swimming pool, amazing staff, great service. Also, very good location: you can walk to Monas, and the old town or Grand Indonesia Mall are just 10 minutes of Grab motorbike away. And if you don't want to move at all, there is a little mall in the same building as the hotel with coffee shops, Subway sandwiches etc.

Swimming pool closes too early (6pm), I would really like to enjoy it at night too, at least until 9pm.

Very good restaurant and bistro. Excellent buffet breakfast. Good location. Small shopping mall at ground level very handy. Lovely pool and outdoor area. Super friendly and helpful staff; special shout out to Ching Ching and Aurore.

The carpet in room 1621 was dirty, with many stains, some quite big from coffee.
