Aangename kamer, behulpzame schoonmakers die ons ten dienste stonden. Alles was schoon en georganiseerd en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het eten was uitgebreid en lekker en op verzoek werd ook een maaltijd naar wens voor je bereid!

Je kon echt lekker eten in het restaurant, het ontbijt vond ik zelf wat minder, omdat ik het Westerse ontbijt onvoldoende vond. Maar diner is super. Het hotel is centraal gelegen tussen het Monas en de oude VOC wijk. Bushalte is bijna voor het hotel.
Het Westerse ontbijt vond ik wat karig. Voor het hotel word er een metro aangelegd, daar heb je wel wat last van. Niet qua lawaai, maar eerder dat het daar druk wordt met het verkeer.

The staff were super nice, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They were especially very child-friendly, which made our family feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the stay. The pools were amazing — clean, spacious, and perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. My children absolutely loved spending time there! Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended for families!

The hotel is always clean, my room was great, clean, comfy, spacious, and great value for money. It’s not very noisy at night and the employees would help out in any way they can.

Breakfast was ok but the seating layout and the location are not ideal, very noisy with the crowd. Hotel offers smoking and non smoking rooms. Although I stayed at non smoking room, I could still faithfully smell the tobacco. Bed and room were ok, as similar to other Grand Mecure standards.

A special mention goes to Salman at the front desk, who was extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay. He provided excellent recommendations for local dining and attractions, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. I truly appreciated his professionalism and warm hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jakarta!
