Kaldığım oda çok temizdi ve odada kalınan döngü içinde temizliği kusursuz,mükemmel şekilde sağlanıyordu. Çalışanlar bütünüyle güvenilir,saygılı ve merhametliydiler. Kahvaltı farklı kültürlerden çok kapsayıcı yeme ve içme gıdaları ile donatılmıştı. Gayet merkezi bir konumda bulunan bu otelden ihtiyacınız dahilindeki her hizmete ulaşabilirsiniz. Ek olarak fotoğraflarda görebileceğiniz PAPYON adlı sistemle karekod teknolojisini sağlıklı şekilde kullanarak odanıza ulaştırılabilecek hizmetlerden de faydalanabilirsiniz.

Zimmer zwar klein, aber gut ausgestattet und insgesamt sauber, wenn auch nicht immer gründlich gereinigt. Die Lage ist hervorragend – Restaurants, Supermärkte und eine Tramhaltestelle liegen direkt vor der Tür. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich, allerdings stark orientalisch geprägt, wer kontinentales Frühstück bevorzugt, findet weniger Auswahl. Von außen wirkt das Hotel sehr edel, im Detail aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt ein gutes Stadthotel mit fairer Preis-Leistung für Gäste, die vor allem zentral übernachten möchten.

The Staff are so great, friendly people and helpful. They’re always happy to help me out with anything that I need or ask for. They’re really a support people. I feel like I was at some of my family members place. They helped with my daughter Sally. Care about her well being. My next trip I am going to stay there. I want to appreciate every single staff member for all support, kindness and help. Keep up your great service.

Very Good

Nice basic hotel very close to many restaurants and shops as well as a tram line stop. Breakfast is Turkish style and not bad, maybe lacking a few items for typical Western or international taste. Beds are comfy, rooms seem clean. Bathroom is a little small but sufficient. Staff is very friendly. My main issue was the occasional smoke smell (but a certain base level seemed to linger), coming either from other rooms/balkonies/the street in front of the building or the rooms themselves. Istanbul has a lot of smokers (many of whom don't seem to care if rooms are marked as non-smoking), also when compared to other locations in Turkiye that I've visited. A lesser inconvenience was the noise from the street, windows weren't sound proof and in the 2nd room the balcony door didn't close well. This was usually not a show stopper though, and there was no noise from other rooms or hallway in 6 nights, which was a positive.

Ich habe eine zentrale Unterkuft gesucht, die in der Nähe von der Staßenbahn ist. Mit der Staßenbahn, die einige Schritte vom Hotel entfernt ist, kommt man fast zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten In Istanbul. Der Aufenthalt im Golden Ak Marmara Hotel war sehr ideal. Unser Zimmer war klein aber ausreichend für zwei Personen. Das große Bett war sehr gut, man konnte sich gut darin ausruhen und schlafen. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag geputzt. Man bekommt auch jeden Tag Wasser, eine kleine Auswahl an Beuteltees. Ein Wasserkocher incl. Gläser ist auch vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichlich und "landestypisch" mit Oliven, Tomaten, Schafskäse usw. Wir ware 7 Nächte dort sind morgens raus und abends zum Schlafen im Hotel gewesen. Mehr brauchte es nicht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Buffet colazione scarsissimo e soprattutto tutto freddo. Macchina del caffè fuori uso per 3 giorni e nessun servizio bar. Camere piccolissime e struttura molto datata in termini di arredamento.

Schrecklich. In der Gegend fühlt man sich ziemlich unsicher. Die Dame am Eingang war sehr, sehr unfreundlich und hat kaum einen begrüßt und war ziemlich unsympathisch. Der Herr in der Nacht, war im Gegensatz zu ihr viel freundlicher. Die Zimmer sind SEHR klein. Wir haben ein Deluxe gebucht und ein sehr kleines Zimmer bekommen. Unterm Bett sah es schrecklich aus. Das Zimmer wurde anscheinend täglich „geputzt“ aber es wurden nur neue Handtücher aufgefüllt und sonst nichts. Kein Staub wischen, kein Boden wischen und keine Bettwäsche gewechselt!! Es wurde nie gründlich geputzt! Die letzten 3 Tage stank unser Zimmer extrem nach Zigaretten und es wurde nichts dagegen gemacht! Putzfrauen sind eine Katastrophe in dem Hotel. Toilettenpapier wurde ebenfalls nicht aufgefüllt. Das Zimmer war extrem staubig. Ich würde nicht nochmal hingehen. Gibt ein paar Euros mehr aus und bucht euch was anständiges. Odalar pis ve rezil!

L hotel est tres bien situe,à 50m de la station tramway,le personnest tres gentil,bon petit dejeuner,c est un hotelsue je frequente depuis des années et que je ne changerai jamais, familiale,serieux et conviviale.

The rooms are really small, the location isn't that great and the pirce is a bit high for such rooms, service & location. The rooms are really clean thoguh.

In general its good hotel the staff is good they answer you what you want but the problem of ac i hope they fix it cuz in winter they open heater for all even the wether is hot they open heater and some rooms dont have window so you feel you live in oven i upgrade my room and take 1 with window to solve this problem also the breakfast cold and finish fast but in general good hotel i will stay again

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, da man in 2min bei der Tram ist. Das Frühstück ist auch gut! Unser 2 Bett-Zimmer war sehr klein, man konnte sich kaum darin bewegen. Das Bad ist ausreichend. Was mir absolut nicht gefallen hat, war die Lautstärke der Belüftungsanlagen im 5. Stock und wir mussten nach 2 Tagen unser Zimmer wechseln, weil die Klimaanlage alle 5 min von selbst angegangen ist. Diese konnte man nicht beheben, man hat uns nicht mal geglaubt. Aber das Personal war stets freundlich!

The decoration of this hotel is so beautiful, especially the lobby and the room. And it is located at Fatih where you could avoid the traffic jam, compared with the hotel in blue mosque area. It is an advantage if You need to catch flight. More importantly, the service here is perfect, the staffs are well-trained and helpful. They helped to call taxi for us and when we lost the wallet, the staff, Hazel, whatsapp me about the incident immediately which lesson our worries a lot! She gave it back to us when we are back to Istanbul. So, highly recommend this hotel!!

Все испортило постоянный запаха сигарет и очень шумная улица. 1. Из вентиляции в ванной непрерывно тянуло сигаретным дымом, периодически запах был хуже чем в курилке. Когда я сообщил об этом на ресепшен, они сказали, что в принципе в их номерах запрещено курить и они поищут того, кто это делал. Не знаю, сделали ли они что-то по факту, но запах не пропал. Такое ощущение было, что кто-то курит прямо в нашем туалете. Это очень странно и мне непонятно. Я впервые с таким сталкиваюсь. Такое ощущение, что там это норма. 2. Очень шумная улица. Номер выходил окнами на нее и там непрерывно сигналили машины, трамваи и кричали люди. Практически вполтную есть вещатель муедзина, который регулярно в 6 утра будит, даже с закрытыми окнами. 3. Очень тесные номера. На всех фото номера несколько более крупные, чем достались нам. 4. Очень стабильный и быстрый вайфай, тут это плюс.

The service was excellent and the staff was amazing and very friendly especially the lady called “ um Ahmad “. Even the location is excellent close to everything . And BTW this is my 4th time stay at this hotel I would highly recommended this hotel to anyone going to Istanbul

ÖNEMLİ: Otele çantamı emanet bıraktım, istediğim halde bir fiş verilmedi, sorun olmaz dendi. Fakat çantamı almaya gittiğimde resepsiyonda, kel, orta yaşlı kendini bilmez bir serseri tarafından resmen hırsız muamelesi gördüm. Kendisini uyarmama rağmen terbiyesizlikte sınır tanımadı ve devam etti ki artık oradaki kapalı bayan personel bile utandı. Hiç bu kadar pişkin ve terbiyesiz bir resepsiyon görevlisi görmemiştim. Yakın çevrede çok daha düzgün insanların çalıştığı ALTERNATİF OTELLERİ TERCİH edebilirsiniz.

Das einzig ärgerliche war dass ich nicht auf den Spa bereich aufmerksam gemacht wurde, dies ist mir erst beim Checkout aufgefallen. Dazu ist mit 24 Stunden Zimmerservice nur Tee und Kaffee gemeint und keine Spreisen. Ansonnsten sehr gut! Sehr nettes personal! Sehr Sauber! Wenn ich das nächste mal wieder nach Istanbul komme dann ins Golden Taha.

من أفضل الفنادق التي سكنت فيها في اسطنبول ، الغرف مطابقة للصور و الوصف . طاقم الفندق قمة في الرقي و التعاون و الترحيب وخاصة : رامي ، على ، شاهين ، إدوارد و الجميع. التكييف ممناز جدا ، قريب جدا من الترام ، الفطور ممتاز . سكنت فيه مرتين و بالتأكيد سأزور هذا الفندق مجددا في المرات القادمة .
