Excellent service from the bell staff.

The room was below average. It felt dark and uninviting because there were no windows and no carpet. The food was not impressive, with many dishes being overly salty.

I have the balcony view from my room to the pool so was really nice.

Well it was a few little ants on the bathroom and I told them about it and didn't have an Iron so I can press my clothes so I have to paid for them to do it.

The best hotel in Naga

Its outdated. Particularly the free room provided for the bride. We came to visit her room and it had filthy carpeted floor. Our rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, shower / toilet bit small.

It’s accessible

The hallway didn’t have carpet, so you could hear every footstep at all hours. The hotel hosts guests for weddings, and you can only imagine how loud it is around 4:00 a.m. when families are prepping—loud voices, heels clicking, and constant noise. There’s also this constant sound of tables and chairs being moved from upstairs. I reckon it’s an events hall being set up, which only adds to the disturbance. Suffice it to say, I did not sleep off my jetlag. I called reception to report the issue, but nothing was addressed. The door also had significant gaps; a cockroach was able to get through and make it all the way to the bathroom. Reception did apologize, but I expected them to move me to a different room—ideally far from where the wedding guests (bride, groom, and their group) were staying. Unfortunately, that never happened.

the beds were large (even the twin ones) and super comfortable. Also, the free wifi while in the hotel was very useful. We appreciated very much that we could have small meetings within the hotel instead of us having to go out and hold the meetings all over the city.

Pest control -- especially in the bathrooms. Can be much improved.

Staff was excellent, especially the front personnel who were very helpful and pleasant on the job.

Breakfast was not as good as our previous stay 2 years ago. Selection was limited and when we came down a little late, we noticed that some dishes were quickly gone and not replenished. But it was understandable - it may be due to the higher cost of groceries this time. Regarding our room, we had to transfer to another room due to inoperable outlets and the staff that came to fix the problem could not make them work. Outlets are important to us, especially when traveling on business.

great location, about 20 minutes from Naga Airport the hotel offers an convenient shuttle service the hotel has a spa, pool and several restaurants pricing is reasonable

Super loud, my entire room was vibrating from the bass. People running around pushing the doorbell in the middle of the night. Booked a week, but left after two nights. No apologies or anything.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The furniture is rather rustic, but it fits well with the overall style of the hotel and gives it a nice charm. The bathroom is quite old, but it was clean considering its age. The room itself was also tidy and well maintained. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly inside the room, but unfortunately there was no signal available on the balcony. There was only one table on the balcony and no additional furniture, so I had to carry a heavy chair outside from the room, which was a bit inconvenient. I would especially like to highlight the service: the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Their English was very good, which made communication easy and pleasant. All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay and would recommend this hotel.

Always a pleasure staying at Villa Caceres in Naga Cam Sur. The staff are so attentive and polite. You are made to feel valued as a guest. Stayed her with family for the 4th time now over the years and have never been disappointed. Fantastic bedrooms with a swimming pool and an evening night club with live band. Even got the opportunity to sing on stage with the band. An unbelievably good weekend was had by myself and my 9 guests. Forgot to mention the breakfast which was as good as the 5 star hotels in Manila. Thanks for another wonderful stay. Steve, Joy and family.

Have stayed here a few times. The staff are always polite and attentive. The Breakfast is unbeatable and the Evening meal choices in the restaurant catered for all tastes. It is conveniently located to Naga Centro will all the shopping you could wish for. The Bistro Roberto which offers night time entertainment by way of bands and dancing was attached to the hotel but also accessible to non residents with its own entrance for a great night out with family and friends. I visited this time for Christmas and New Years and the hotels festive decorations were lovely.

l’hôtel est bien, la piscine et le firmes sont super. Le personnel sympa. Le restaurant est bien, la nourriture est bonne.

La fenêtre de la chambre ne donnait pas sur l’extérieur et il y avait une mauvaise odeur. Le petit déjeuner est un peux trop Philippins à mon goût, par exemple pas de jus de fruit frais. Nous avons voulus prolonger notre séjour, et malheureusement le prix demandé avait fortement augmenter.

We had a really pleasant stay at Villa Caceres. The staff were respectful and very accommodating to our requests, which made a big difference. The buffet had good options and the massage service was great, although the therapist did arrive a bit late. They were kind enough to extend our checkout, which we really appreciated. The shower had strong water pressure, always a plus. The only downside is that the décor feels a bit dated and could use some updating. Overall though, it was a comfortable stay and we enjoyed it.

its far from the downtown, few choices of food. breakfast buffet was almost empty and its only 8AM. Everything has a note that says the food is reserved for lunch and dinner but why it is being displayed in breakfast buffet anyway?

Everyone was accomodating, friendly, helpful and engaged in their role as Team in Villa Caceres.

There was no screened Door or Window to be left opened when one does not like Air Conditioner.

The food. RJs buffet, breakfast and dinner expensive. Lack of choice and eveything is cold. They know their food is not good as they put a warning in the room. If bring in food from outside you will be charged 30% cost of that food as corkage.
