The location was excellent, situated in a central area close to everything. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. We also appreciated the 24-hour reception and the presence of a night guard, which made us feel safe at all times. In addition, the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated given how hot it was outside. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay!

The room was quite clean overall, although the bathroom could have been maintained a bit better. We also noticed that housekeeping was only provided if the sign was placed outside the room, which is understandable. However, for guests staying several days, it would be a nice improvement if towels were replaced every few days even without requesting a full room cleaning.

Everything was very good and perfect. Accommodations and staff and facilities were top-notch.

There was suddenly no water supply while I was in the shower. Very disturbing and uncomfortable. The booking could have easily been a 10/10 if not for the water supply issue. Especially not good for business travelers.

The room was really clean, everything smells great, and the TV is working well. Hands down the best hotel in Naga City for its price. The internet is fast for the 4 of us. Towels and toiletries were generous. Lastly, the agent in the front desk was very polite to us as well.

The only con according to my other family members is that the air conditioning was abit lacklustre, though I never felt the heat and I think the air conditioning was decent enough for me.

From the moment we checked in to our check-out time, everything was seamless. The staff welcomed us with warm smiles and service-oriented vibes. Our room? Spacious, spotless, and dressed to impress. The toilet and bath were just as roomy. The interiors had that simple yet elegant, well-thought-out aesthetic. Bonus points for cable TV and Netflix. Breakfast deserves its own commendation.The beef tapa was gloriously savory, and the pancakes were good,too. What truly sealed the deal was their thoughtful gesture for my parents’ upcoming anniversary. I asked if they could help me prepare a simple surprise greeting. Not only did they say yes, they surprised us with a sweet greeting card that genuinely made my parents’ day. It was such a small touch, but it spoke volumes about their heart for service. All in all, an awesome stay. If you’re in Naga and wondering where to book, this is the best place to go to.

There was no elevator. My room was at the third floor. Would appreciate if there were more menu for breakfast.

It was clean, and the staff was pleasant. Breakfast was ok, needs fruit.

Window was placed in ac channel running up the building caged in, ac was noisy. Felt smaller than expected. Hot water was only warm.

Tadelloses Hotel, mit sauberen Zimmern. Soweit ich das beurteilen kann, war die Lage gut. Trycicles oder Grabautos sind ohne Probleme verfügbar. Wobei ein Grab minimal mehr als ein Trycicle für die selbe Strecke kostet.

Mein Zimmer hatte ein sehr kleines Fenster in einen Schacht. Das Frühstück könnte noch verbessert werden.

There’s no elevator so it would be hard for a person to reach the top floors. It’s kinda tiring to go up and down the stairs.

The location is central to almost all of the restaurants. There is a water dispenser on the floors if you wanted water. We didnt try the breakfast but when we were having coffee i overheard the other guests raving about their “tapa” ( marinated beef) with fried rice. We will try it next visit!

The stairs because I brought my parents with me but they described it in their website so you know what to expect. Their concierge brings your luggage so thats a plus.

Excellent quality especially considering it's price. Vis-a-vis of city hall, a great location.

The only window I could open was extremely small and did not face the outside but some in-between building space. Very hard to get fresh air in.

Var helt okej 2 stjärnigt hotell. Rummet var bra storlek. Igen hiss, men personalen var väldigt hjälpsam. Frukost var okej. Fanns antingen filippinsk frukost eller amerikansk som man bokade vad man ska ha dagen innan.

Var bra städat. Förutom glasväggen till duschen som gärna hade fått rengöras från kalk.

The room and bathroom was very clean, the bed and linens were comfortable, there was free coffee, water and toiletries in the room. The location is very convenient, near food establishments and shops. The staff were very nice, polite and helpful.

The hotel doesn’t have a lift (this is known from their booking page and information, so we expected it).

Noisy air conditioning

There was a set menu to choose from; it was ok. Location was fine.the staff was able to reserve a convenient parking space for our van when we had to leave to go somewhere.

No elevator! Thankfully, even if we’re seniors, we can still handle stairs. Need more space for personal toiletries in the bathroom

It was Christmas eve and we were still on the highway driving from Manila to Sorsogon. This place was a nice refuge during our long drive. Very good location.

Cleanliness, accessibility and value for money

I like the quiet and privacy of the hotel while enjoying its proximity to the center and nearby restaurants. We slept well since we are tired from the long drive. The staffs were so accomodating. I brought frozen lechon from our province and when i politely asked the staff if i can put it in their freezer overnight,they gladly obliged. Such warmth and hospitality! We will surely come back and recommend this hotel..
