Its close to the venue we went to

I was told we will get a pwd room for my mom, but it was not. No handles on the shower room which make it difficult for her to shower. Aircon was busted too. They tried to fixed it but was busted again early morning. They were informed, but no resolution was made.

Nice room, adequate but not luxurious.

Can hear noisy guests outside, the water seems to be slippery and might indicate moss in your water storage tank.

Breakfast was generous. The location is perfect, very near the City Hall.

The water was oily and it was very difficult taking a shower as the oil is not easily removed.

Stayed here couple of times, its good and especially the beautiful front desk staff.

Friendly, attentive staff, who were able to answer my queries and call me a tricycle quickly. The double room was lovely, and with free toileteries, room service (the food was good!), a TV, and good working shower, this hotel was amazing for the low price I paid. It was the comfort I needed in Naga City.

Location was a bit of a walk from the bus depot area and there wasn't much in the area to see. But Naga is great and full of sights otherwise.

I parked my BMW bike in the motorcycle parking slot but certain employees would move my motorcycle without permission in order to park theirs on the same spot where my bike was. I don't understand the mindset of these employees that their own comfort is far more important than the customer.

No parking reservation; when you go out, you're lonher assured of the parking lot. There is enough at the sister hotel parking, though.

It is accessible to everything. The rooms are always clean and staff are polite and helpful.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Robertson Hotel, even if it was only for one night. The overall experience was excellent—comfortable rooms, attentive service, and a very relaxing atmosphere.

While the location is a bit hidden, somewhat far from the city center, and with no nearby establishments within walking distance, everything else about the stay was exceptional and well worth it.

The reception and security guard are courteous.

In the shower area, the water does not drain completely. It piles up in one section because the contractor did not build it where in the floor would gradually slope towards the drain.

The location was hard to find for it like oks so insignificant from the outside. Great inside although a little bit upgrading is necessary. The rooms without window felt tight and congested. The staff were very helpful in reassigning me to a room with windows. All staff were kind, helpful and courteous in attending to our needs. They responded to our request quickly. Assisted us well in parking. The shows on TV were good enough. Towels and beddings were good. The aircon unit was quiet and made us feel comfy all throughout our stay.

I itially book a room for myself and my wife for the first night and just myself the second night. I extended my solo stay for an additional night and my wife rejoined me for a fourth night. Obviously we were very pleased with all aspects of the hotel and will continue to stay there in the future.

We really enjoyed everything because the staffs were prompt and very accommodating. It was like a home away from home. They also were able to provide everything we need.
