Where do I start. This hotel was superior! It surpassed any other hotel in Tuscany! The owner was so friendly and helpful. The owner and his wife went out of their way to make sure breakfast was exceptional and made custom eggs for breakfast. The bed was really comfortable! The view was incredible and in the morning you sit on the terrace with an incredible view. They made us feel at home and made sure everything was great. 10 plus rating. Also, eat across the street for pizza. A wonderful place for supper. In all it was the best on our whole 17 day trip to Tuscany!

Ein wunderschönes Haus. Sehr freundliches Personal. Alles sauber und gemütlich. Die Einrichtung mit den alten Möbeln ist so gemütlich und trotzdem nicht altmodisch. Die Terrasse ist am Abend wunderbar zum Entspannen bei einem guten Getränk und auch das gute Frühstück kann man dort einnehmen. Eine Top Adresse. Wir kommen wieder!

La chambre était spacieuse et calme avec la vue sur la montagne. Bon petit déjeuner dans le jardin.Le monsieur de l'accueil était adorable. Palazzo Pacini se trouve au cœur de la vieille ville.

Magnifique chambre avec vue sur la campagne. Le gérant de l'hôtel est adorable. L'emplacement est idéal. La chambre est immense et très propre.

The property itself was amazing. We were thinking that nothing could top up our stay because everything from the facilities to the view and the location was wonderful. But the best thing about it was the homemade breakfast the freshly grounded coffee and the warm hospitality of the owners. We will visit it again when we will have the chance

Il proprietario disponibile e molto simpatico. La posizione ottima , situato in centro storico e vicino al parcheggio gratuito. Stanza nuova , spaziosa e curata con affaccio sul giardino e sui colli.

Micul dejun a fost bogat. Camera a fost cu vedere la dealuri (peisaj) si a fost liniste noaptea. Personalul de la recepție a fost foarte amabil. Zona e frumoasă, în centrul vechi.

Camera părea mai mare în poze. Parcarea e destul de departe de cazare.

Breakfast was the stand out - Pietro and his wife really take pride in the place. The hotel is authentic and classic with stunning views over the hills. Each rooms is different and very traditional and classic. The owners made the experience- lending me a phone charger and iron without hesitation. They made the stay memorable. Pietro is sooo lovely.

The air conditioning on a 38 degree day didn’t really cut it. We had a fan as well, but the room stayed pretty warm. The PowerPoints didn’t take our more modern adapters.

Nel centro storico nella parte alta della città gode di un ottima vista sulle colline e mentre si fa colazione o ci si vuole rilassare durante il giorno è una meraviglia. Personale eccellente e il Sig. Pietro è un ottimo padrone di casa pronto a dare consigli o semplicemente per fare due chiacchere. Colazione ricca con buona varietà di uova preparate al momento. Camera sicuramente con una metratura superiore alla media e molto confortevole. Una doccia cosi neanche in un 5*S l'ho mai trovata.

Parcheggio un po caro e neanche vicinissimo alla struttura. Per 15€/giorno mi aspettavo che fosse all'interno della struttura o immediatamente fuori.

La nostra camera era ampia e dotata di tutti i comfort, con un bel affaccio sulla via del borgo. La vista aperta che si ha dal terrazzo dove è allestita la colazione è bellissima, dá veramente una sensazione di relax e tranquillità assoluti. Il personale della struttura è gentilissimo ed è davvero il valore aggiunto di questo bellissimo palazzo d'epoca! Consigliato

Ein echter Palazzo, wo wir auch als einfache Touristen uns freundlich aufgenommen fühlten. Wir durften wesentlich früher unsere Sachen aufs Zimmer bringen, das so fürstlich wie auf den Fotos aussah. Die Terrasse und der Garten waren wunderbar und bei der Lage und enge der Altstadt gar nicht erwartet. Kurzum: alles wie auf den Fotos, keine "Werbelyrik"

Het verblijf in een oude Palazzo uit de 17 eeuw en toch met behoud van de oude elementen gemoderniseerd. De rust in het algemeen en het uitzicht op de groene heuvels. De centrale ligging in het hartje van Toscane.

Wir waren von diesem Hotel, ehrlich gesagt, überrascht. Unser Zimmer und auch das Badezimmer waren so toll und auch groß und wir haben uns gefühlt wie in eine andere Zeit versetzt. Einfach fantastisch.. Das Frühstück wr sehr gut und alle haben sich echt große Mühe gegeben. Wir können es mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

oft kein Wasser und oft kein warmes Wasser. Frühstück eher simpel. man kann aber alles erfragen (aufschnitt, rührei/spiegelei usw)

Lage war in der historischen Altstadt. 4 Flaschen Wasser im Kühlschrank - sehr angenehm bei Temperaturen von 34 Grand Celsius. Personal sehr hilfsbereit bei Transport von Koffern. Bei Ankunft Möglichkeit, den Espresso Automaten des Frühstücksraumes zu benutzen.

Hotel nicht gut renoviert. Wasserflecken im Bad an Wand. Möbel teilweise abgenutzt. Koffer Ein - und Ausladen war schwierig, da ständig Verkehr und keine Parkplätze vor dem Haus waren. Achtung: Zimmer 12 bis 16 nicht mit Fahrstuhl zu erreichen. Beschwerlicher Aufstieg mit Koffern.

Centrale, pulita, colazione ottima servita in terrazza, una bella stanza. Gentilissimo il proprietario che mi ha accompagnato fino al parcheggio dell’hotel a pagamento.

Il fatto di non avere davanti all’hotel un servizio di carico scarico bagagli accessibile, malgrado ci fosse il posto segnato per terra. Capisco le difficoltà del paese con stradine strette e pochi parcheggi ma mi sembra che per un hotel così il minimo sarebbe poter scaricare i bagagli senza avere l’ansia di bloccare il traffico per portare dentro i bagagli. È l’unica nota negativa compensata dalla gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario dell’Hotel, oltre al letto un pochino rigido per la schiena.

The room (No.18) was amazing, beautifully decorated with an incredible bathroom and terrace views over the garden & valley. The staff were extremely helpful with advice prior to our trip and so friendly during it. We lived Palazzo Pacini and hope to visit again.

Lavish room in a palazzo on the main street in Colle di Val D'Elsa, to the rear of the property overlooking the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Very quiet and peaceful. Buffet breakfast with eggs cooked to order and taken on the terrace. Free parking an easy walk away.
