Reviewed Aug 19, 2026super emplacement à deux pas du métro, quartier animé avec pas mal de commerces et restaurants mais la rue reste calme et très propre. Je recommande fortement tout le personnel de l'hotel est très sympathique
le petit déjeuner manque d'innovation c'est pratiquement la même chose tous les jours. La wifi fonctionne moins bien le soir nous étions au 6ème et dernier étage

Reviewed May 30, 2026Хороший отель 3*, без излишеств. Завтраки не плохие, голодным не остался. Персонал отзывчивый, уборка каждый день. Отличное расположение, Голубая мечеть, Гранд базар и Айя-София в шаговой доступности. Рядом ветка надземного метро, можно отправиться в любую сторону.
Дают 2 питьевой воды в день, но размером с упаковку йогурта 😁 Есть все банные принадлежности, но нет зубной пасты. Холодильник постоянно гудит, приходилось отключать на ночь 😁

From the first moment, the staff made us feel welcome with their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. A special thanks to the reception team, who were always friendly, cooperative, and ready to assist us with a smile. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The traditional Turkish breakfast was very satisfying, delicious, and offered excellent quality for the price. It was a great way to start each day while discovering the authentic taste of Turkey. The hotel’s location is also a huge advantage, very convenient and close to many important places, making it easy to explore Istanbul and enjoy the city. Thank you for the lovely hospitality and for making our stay such a pleasant experience. We would happily stay here again in the future.

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026Our stay at Hotel Sureyya was truly a great experience. Everything was in perfect order from start to finish. The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around easily. The staff were wonderful, always helpful and very kind. That really makes a big difference. What we appreciated the most was the peace and quiet. There was no noise from outside at all, making it a very relaxing place to stay. The cleanliness was top-level, everything was well-maintained and spotless. The food was also very good, fresh and delicious. Without a doubt, a place worth staying at and I would highly recommend it.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026A really cool place to stay in Istanbul. Very close to the transportation network, comfy rooms, and an amazing view from the roof! When were staying in February 2026, a complete renovation was going on the 3-5th floors, so I expect it to be even better.
The breakfast wasn't great, but I'd still stay here again
