Très bon séjour pour une nuit ! Les propriétaires sont adorables et très accueillants. L’hôtel est propre, agréable et très bien situé. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter !

Прекрасные добрые и отзывчивые хозяева. Можно обратиться с любой просьбой, всегда постараются помочь. Номер убирали сразу по просьбе. Воду давали даже когда не просил. Район очень тихий, и в то же время минут 7 пешком до старого города. Рядом много кафе, магазинов. В номере все удобства, кондиционер, холодильник, вентилятор, ванные принадлежности. Чистый бассейн в доме. Перед отъездом еще и завтраком бесплатно накормили. В общем всё супер!

Meget store værelser med køleskab, og badeværelse med separat brusekabine. Der var en fin tagterrasse med udsigt over floden. Værten var meget hjælpsom og serviceminded, hun sørgede for at arrangere transport til os til bedst mulig pris og orienterede om mulige turistfælder i byen.

Poolen var god men ikke så stor. Vi savnede et lille overdække på tagterrassen, så vi også kunne sidde der når det regnede.

De faciliteiten zoals het zwembad en de ongezelligheid van het dakterras. De airco die vol op het bed blaast. De koelkast die heel veel herrie maakt. Het slechte uitzicht vanuit de kamer.

Слив в душевой был сделан не правильно, по этому вода стояла в центре ванны, плитка глянцевая, скользко. Нет полки для шампуней. Освещение включить и выключить можно только при входе, розетки расположены не удобно.

The best place I’ve stayed in all of Vietnam! Don’t even think twice, just book it. It’s a 5-8 minute walk from all the action. But the location is what did it for me. Away from the noise yet close enough from everything. I stayed in the superior double room, which overlooked the river. Room was super clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and I slept really well every night here. I stayed here for 4 nights so I got an opportunity to explore at my own pace which was so nice! I loved coming back to the room every time, it was like my little oasis of calm and peace. The host family is super kind and wonderful! You will be taken really good care of. Great value for money. 100/10 recommend staying here!

Everything was great!

Sehr bemühte und gastfreundliche Familie die immer sofort da war sobald man das Homestay betreten hat. Sehr günstig zum waschen und Fahrräder ausleihen 10-15 min zu Fuss in die Altstadt, mit dem Rad 3min Kleiner Pool reicht völlig zum abkühlen.

Good location, away from the crowd yet very easy to walk everywhere. Renting bikes at a very reasonable price anyway, that they were kind to not charge for it at all! I arranged my transfer from and to Da Nang airport through them, again the price was even better than Grab or any other service/shuttle and very convenient. Extremely clean property and room, spacious as well and overlooking the river. No noise other than birds chipping. Very nice breakfast available at a very reasonable price as well. They were flexible for very late check in. Dir my laundry there, very cheap again and available in a day and done perfectly! Above all, kindest people that you could ever meet, she speaks English, always ready to help. On top of all these they gave me a beautiful present, a tie from the city, how sweet ❤️ Stay here people!

Everything was just great. Great location (10 minutes walk from the centre). The hosts couldn’t do enough to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

Everything about this property was perfect. The facility was very clean and well maintained. The host was so kind and helpful in organizing transportation and bike rentals for us. The breakfast was delicious and authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The location was very close to old downtown but yet our street was quiet, especially at night. The facility even had a small refreshing pool. One of our best bookings ever. I highly recommend this place.

La chambre était très agréable et la meilleure salle de bain de notre séjour au Vietnam. J'ai été très touchée par le fait qu'elle voit sur mon passeport que mon anniversaire arrivait et qu'elle m'offre un présent lors de notre départ. Merci encore!

Nous avons eu du mal à trouver la température de clim idéale, ce qui nous a gêné durant la nuit (réveils multiples) mais ce souci est à la sensibilité de chacun.

Súper amable la anfitriona, siempre atenta, a disposición para ayudar en lo que necesitemos, muy predispuesta y cálida. Preocupada por nuestro bienestar. Nos habían cancelado nuestra próxima reserva en otro alojamiento y ella tenía disponibilidad para que nos quedemos una noche más, así que nos ayudó a resolver ese inconveniente, y el traslado al aeropuerto. La habitación espaciosa y cómoda tal cual las fotos, confortable, excelente relación calidad precio. La ubicación perfecta.

The owners were very welcoming and friendly and helpful, The accommodation was excellent, nice and clean with air-conditioning and hot shower, the beds were very comfortable. We were given water every day. The swimming pool was lovely and clean. We were close to shops and restaurants and old town.on the last day of our stay gave us a gift.We definitely recommend staying here.

The Hospitality - The hosts were super nice, and it felt like we were part of the family. Somebody would greet you upon return and very quick to help if there were any questions or recommendations. They also bought us a small gift on our final day, which was a lovely touch. Price was fantastic, and great location.

We had such a wonderful stay at Riverlife Homestay! The host was incredibly lovely and welcoming, really making us feel at home and well looked after throughout our visit. The view over the river is amazing, and the pool was perfect for cooling down after a day of exploring. We especially loved the rooftop terrace – such a great spot to relax. The family were so kind and friendly, always providing fresh water each day and going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is also perfect – just a short 5-minute walk to the old town, yet peaceful and relaxing by the river. Couldn’t recommend this place enough – 100% would stay again!

Als ik een 11 kon geven, dan had ik het gedaan. Wat een vriendelijkheid! Van de hele familie. En zo behulpzaam. Zelfs na vertrek nog een appje met de vraag of de bus (die we via haar hadden geregeld) naar wens was geweest, en op tijd was aangekomen.

川が見えるところに泊まりたかったので、こちらにしました。旧市街の川沿いは、観光客で騒がしく、夜も騒音がひどいのですが、反対側のこちらは、ゆったり静かな川の景色を見て過ごせます。 部屋によっては、川側にならないので、リクエストしてみたらいいと思いますよ。

冷蔵庫が木箱状のボックスに入っているため、排熱の逃げ場がなく熱くなっています。開けると熱風が噴出して、結局、冷蔵庫は切ってしまいました。加工して、後ろの板を抜いてはいかがでしょうか。

L'hébergement est très bien situé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables. La propriétaire nous a réservé un excellent accueil elle est très prévenante ! Nous nous sommes tellement bien sentis que nous sommes partis avec un petit pincement au cœur...

L'accueil de la famille a été super, au petit soin à tout moment de la journée. Notre chambre était très confortable.La homestay était très bien placée, à l'écart pour le calme et la vue sur la rivière. Et en même temps, à côté de la vieille ville. Je conseille vraiment.

The family who owns and runs the homestay are very attentive and nice and helped us book transport to and from Da Nang as well as to Ba Na Hills. They would greet us once a day with an ice cold water bottle as we returned after our walk, which was very much appreciated. Thank you. The pool is a welcome relief in the heat of the day. The room is large and the internet works well. We had a peaceful view out over the river where fishing boats passed through. I liked there were 2 chairs to sit on. The rooms were well insulated for noise.

I would recommend closing the curtains fully when you leave the room. This will keep the room cooler, and makes the air conditioning able to cool the room quicker when you return. Adding 2 more large pillows to the bed would have made it easier to sit and read in.

Our landlady , was very gracious looking after my wife and I from the moment we arrived. We felt very welcome! Thank you for the advice and tips you made our stay just lovely.

Not much water pressure Rooftop looked unlike photos - a bit scrappy with poor seats jostling for space with the solar hot water heater. No lift (although they took the bags up & down the 3.5 flights of stairs.).

I had an incredible stay at this charming homestay in Hoi An, and I can't recommend it enough! Located just a 5-minute walk from the busy center, this place offers the perfect balance of proximity to the action and tranquility. Despite being close to the crowds, the homestay remains incredibly peaceful and quiet, making it a perfect retreat. The view from my room was absolutely stunning – I had a beautiful panorama of the river, lush jungle, and mountain peaks, with banana palms adding a tropical touch. It was so serene to wake up to this natural beauty every day. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They assisted with everything, from laundry service and arranging airport shuttles to recommending tours. They even have bicycles available for rent, which was a great way to explore the area at my own pace. Breakfast each morning was a treat, with delicious Vietnamese food, and the coffee was some of the best I've had during my travels. If you're looking for a peaceful, beautiful place to stay with warm, welcoming hosts, this is the spot! I loved every moment of my stay and will definitely return if I’m ever in Hoi An again.

The rooms were fresh, clean, well supplied with good linens and towels. Easy walking (a kilometre or two) either to old town and market or to country-type walks by river. The hosts were as helpful as possible.

The balconies are a little small, but there is a wonderful roof top terrace to sit out on, so no problem.

Chi is an amazing hostess and welcomes you into her home, with a very nice and well presented room with ensuite (we booked room for three adults). Chi is able to help with anything you need - for us she organized pick up from Danang airport and is soo friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying at the Riverlife Homestay if you are visiting Hoi An.

Lovely family, great location as it's 10min walk from the Old town and also walkeable to a market and everything you need. No need to hire a bike. The place is very clean.

Swimming pool is very small, but I'm sure refreshing.

The hotel is located in a quiet street where you'll find everything you need, and within walking distance of the old town without all the hustle and bustle. The room is clean and comfortable, with everything you need. There's a large terrace and a small small swimming pool. The sea is less than 6km away. Many thanks, don't hesitate!

Perfect accommodation for a family with plenty of space with interconnecting rooms. Very clean and comfortable room with additional facilities such as a fridge and jug. Great location in easy walking distance to the night markets. Chi was very helpful and assisted in booking tickets and taxis for fair prices. The pool was a must on very hot days. Also, breakfast options were available at a very reasonable price and delicious.

Chi and her husband were exceptional hosts. Arriving here they immediately made us very welcome, and staying at Riverlife made our stay in Hoi A very special. I reckon this is one of the best Homestay in Hoi An, and everything is immaculate. Yet it has a nice family feel. We had a beautiful and spotless modern room with a very comfortable bed and we slept well. It is just a 5 min stroll to the night market and another 5 mins on to hoi an centre. We liked the location as it was very quiet and away from the noisy bars, but an easy walk to town. Chi offers a beautifully presented breakfast, at a good price compared to Hoi An. Everything was cooked to perfection and we enjoyed our breakfast there, and she accommodates for early or late breakfast. Her Cao Lao is particularly good. Thank you Chi and her family for such a great start to our trip to Vietnam.

This was our favourite stay in Vietnam. What a wonderful family to stay with! We were so welcomed and looked after; the hosts were exceptionally hospitable. The room was very clean, great size. Location was close to old town but not in the hustle and bustle. Would 100% recommend

The room was perfect, very comfortable and very clean. The family was very welcoming and extremely nice and helpful. We had free water everyday. We felt like home. The breakfast were delicious and the area is very quiet but still close to the old quarter, only a 10 minutes walk. Only a couple minutes walk you have a very nice view of the river and the sunset is amazing there. Eventhough the pool was small, I truely enjoyed it everyday. It was perfect.

De sødeste værter, som virkelig sørgede for at man ikke manglede noget og altid var meget hjælpsomme. Værelset og faciliteterne var helt i top! Lokationen er også helt perfekt. 5 minutters gang til den gamle by og væk fra alt larm. Man får virkelig meget for pengene. Der er intet at sætte en finger på!

The family was incredibly kind and accommodating- always welcoming and smiling. The room was spotless and had dark curtains, a comfy bed, and strong A/C. The bathroom was clean (although the small shower partition didn’t do much to keep the floor dry). The location was great; the homestay is tucked down a quiet street just far enough away from the noise but convenient enough to walk to the hustle and bustle.

Very clean homestay in a quiet neighbourhood. Hosts are very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast (6 different options) was very tasty.

Bed could be softer (you can use a topper). Shower still floods the floor since the cover is only half way. Wi-Fi could have been better

Our hosts, Chi and her husband Tom are two of the finest people I have met. Their hospitality could not be better. I have stayed here 3 Times on my visits to Vietnam. The rooms are clean, modern, quiet and large. The location is an easy walk to the centre of old town and a short ride to the beach. They also provide bicycles.

We stayed 4 days at the Homestay and were really happy with it. The room is clean with a good air condition. The shower is separated from the toilet by a little wall. This way the toilet and bathroom sink is not completely wet after you take a shower, which you will see quite often in Vietnam. The hosts are the friendliest persons we met so far on our trip in Vietnam. They were always available when we needed something. They also offer a bike rental and can show you a place not far from the Homestay, where you can rent a motorbike for 100k

We really don’t have much to complain about. If I have to mention a point, then maybe the fact that the windows are quit thin. That’s why you can hear the motorbikes in the morning. But this is something you will experience everywhere in Vietnam

Fantastic Homestay very clean and well decorated, lovely hosts so friendly and helpful, room was extremely clean actually the cleanest one we have stayed in during our travels. Breakfast was tasty and delicious and the location of accommodation is perfect ,quiet at night and just a few minutes walk to all the night life, you can rent bicycles for £1 a day and also mopeds, host will organize trips/taxis for you if you want them would have no hesitation in staying here again and recommend it to anyone

The location was great, away from the crowds and quiet. There was no patio for breakfast as pictured in description. Breakfast was served in stuffy room with no A/C or open ventilation. One of the women stood directly behind me the entire time I ate my breakfast on two mornings so I opted out on last day. The same woman also stood over me as I tied my shoe on the steps every day. My room stated it had a garden view. There was no garden. I looked out at a roof and an unkempt yard.

Fantastic place to stay, 5 minute walk into Ancient Town, but far enough out to be nice and quiet. Lovely family who run this Homestay, and very helpful. Breakfast was nice and we also used them for our airport transfers. The room we had was well appointed and the whole place was spotless. Would highly recommend.

The Riverlige Homestay is a very neat clean comfortable place to stay and the hosts are absolutely top notch. But about 4PM everyday about 200 bus loads of Chinese tourists are trucked in from Danang and it is difficult to move about freely. It is a shame as Hoi an is a beautiful place but it cannot handle anywhere near the current amount of tourists arriving. But they are building more hotels everywhere so more people are expected.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at River Life. The family was always available and eager to make my stay enjoyable. Upon my arrival, I was given a huge plate of exotic fruit, most of which I couldn't identify, but it was really, really good. The location was quiet, yet within easy walking distance of everything you would want to see or do. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby, as well as good street food. There was a bus to take me to Da Nang Airport for 110000 dong(<$5) that picked me up right at the door. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved this small family business. Chi and her family live on premises and front desk is always staffed. Arrived just 4 days after a cyclone that flooded the lobby to 3’ Yet everything was sparkling clean and ready for me. I was sick for part of my visit and can’t say enough good about Chi’s care and concern for me. She made me soup, arranged for meds from pharmacy. I felt so ill n vulnerable but I was safe in her hands. No elevator but stairs were easy. I was two floors above lobby with a wonderful river view from my bed n a small balcony. Roomy and clean. Very comfortable. Easy walk to old town. Endless choices nearby for food n shopping n photos. You could not make a better choice.

except for morning motorbike noise outside early in the morning. i recommend you stay at the room with river view cuz i stayed at the room with city view. and i say this again, everything was really good here except for that!

We cannot say enough good things. My wife & I arrived in Hoi An at 6am from Mûi Né. Being used to strict check-in times, we taxi’d to the hotel to get an idea of location & would walk around ‘til 2pm. As we were walking away, the doors opened & without hesitation, Thi checked us in 8 hours early!! No questions, no extra charges. It’s located on a quiet road away from the hustle of old town but only a quick 5-10 minute walk to get to town. There are a few shops & restaurants just down the street. Thi helped to arrange transportation to wherever we needed. They have onsite bicycles to rent for <$2/day, which we took around old town & the beach. When we got sand & dirt all over our Teva sandals, Thi not only washed them for us, but she also took a toothbrush to them & got all the sand out. She rewashed them for us at checkout so they’d be fresh for our continued journey. Very sweet & unexpected. The rooms are of typical size & very clean. The beds have been the most comfortable beds we’ve slept on. My wife loved two small ‘Asian’ blankets that was provided. Breakfast was an additional cost. We found having breakfast there was cheaper or comparable to eating out. The hospitality is nothing but amazing. It was apparent to us that they take pride in their business. And making their guests feel welcomed & taken care of is 100% genuine.

Stayed 1 night in the standard double room with river view. Room was clean with a small balcony and a nice view of the river, the room itself is massive for 2 people (Note - This homestay does not have a lift). The hotel is a short 5-10 minute walk to the Ancient Town, with awesome eateries on the other end of the island. The family that run this place are what make this place stand out. I have stayed at many budget and high end hotels around the world and have not found any service more friendly and hospitable than here. In particularly, Thi, the owner, is lovely. On arrival we were greeted by Thi and she gave us a rundown of the surrounding area, shops, restaurants and organised cheap transport for us to Da Nang airport for the following day. She walked us up to our room at which point she realized the light in the bathroom was flickering, she had the light bulb changed immediately for us. Throughout our short stay here she was nothing but friendly and warm every time we saw her. We only stayed here for 1 night but it has left a lasting impression on us. There was nothing i could fault about the room or the service. If you are looking for a place to stay near the Ancient Town, i would recommend skipping the more expensive hotels and staying here. The next time i am in Hoi An i will definitely be staying here again!

Gorgeous family run place, cheap, clean, great WiFi and only a short walk to the old town. This place is great if you want somewhere quiet and away from the really busy old town, access to local eateries - much cheaper and more authentic. Close to the river and a short cycle to Cam Kim Island. The owners couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating
