Ortaköy Suites Hotel

Отель находится в удобном для туриста районе. Отель достаточно чистый, персонал отзывчивый.

В номере не было одноразовых зубных щёток, геля для душа и тд. Только мыло 😅 за 4 дня проживания не меняли полотенца и постель

The property looked nothing like the photos and was VERY VERY poor

The doors don’t close properly. The decor is worn and very poor and the bathroom is tiny I had to leave the property after one night to pay and book somewhere else because it was so bad. The management didn’t care and offered no refund.

Very friendly special hotel manager Samee very clean good customer service I recommended this hotel

Very nice and helpful host!

Nice place close to main street.

I liked the proximity of the facility to all other amenities. The rooms are adequate with very comfortable beds. The team was very polite and welcoming.

The bathroom was so small. Cigarette smoke reaches other rooms.

Nothing

Pretentious on photos, not good, not suitable for corporate temporary accommodation

none

the place is not what it looked like on the photos provided; very deceiving

Comfortable, good location.

Good people, food great, room very clean and nice.

Great location in a nice area with good restaurants. Close to public transport and the ferry to take a trip along the bosphorus. Wonderful accommodation and great for a family. I would highly recommend it for families and anyone who wishes to stay in this great area. Room was very spacious. We definetely recommend this property.

good size room, location, and good view for balacony

Bed sheets were dirty and didn't have a spread cover. For the money I paid, they could have clean sheets. I developed a rash on my back from the dirty sheets. They were too lazy to change the sheets. This ruined my experience.

I stayed with my family and it was a very well located place. Rooms were clean and enough spacy. Staff was very helpful. Thank you !

The location was perfect for my business trip.

No complaints

Only the location

Rooms were dirty,Toilet closet broken, loose switch boards, uncomfortable bed

I'm very much pleased to stay at your hotel. Rooms were clean. I felt like I'm at home. Thanks guys...

İki kişilik odalara tek kişilik bazalar birleştirmişler, hem de rahatsızdı. Banyo da kirliydi. Çalışanlar ilgiliydi bir tek onlar için puan veriyorum

Everything is fine! Friendly staff, you feel at home. Cozy room. You can it in your room. Best location for walking the sights of Istanbul. A few minutes walk to the Bosphorus. At the pier you can take an excursion to walk along the Bosphorus. There are many grocery stores and restaurants near the hotel.

I have no complaints. I’m happy with everything. I just have one small suggestion to add a couple of fruit bowls to the room.

It's a nice hotel to stay for a short stay. The staff in the hotel was helpful and friendly.

Very small rooms, not so clean. No option for breakfast or dining room.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Very good location, close to seaside at walking distance of 5 minutes. Thank you all the staff !

The employee Sami is a nice person

Everything was perfect and I really enjoyed my stay.

Great hotel service, location, staff, breakfast offered in my room and it was great. Staff did great job and made me feel very special. I love this place, I had a wonderful experience.

nothing to like, ac not working, reception don't give a ... i don't recommend staying there

there was no one in reception, when you call they don't answer the phone , if they do they will say they will come but they wont, when we arrive at 1am the door was closed we had to wait a 1hr for him to answer the phone. is just ridiculous the bathroom was leaking all over the place is just nothing was right don't believe the pictures i strongly don't recommend this hotel !

They don’t have a kitchen

location

not clean, the path is damaged, old furniture, no good service, no towels except per request. no clean and soup. this is not good at all

location is wonderful staff are nice bed is comfortable and shower is strong good local cafe across the street

the street out side was very noisy at night with people talking loud and shouting in the night. very unexpected and not the hotels fault but still. also the curtains kept falling down. I did not need them but the advertised amenities (toiletries, stove etc) did not exist. there was a fridge that badly needed defrosting

Thank you. We had a lovely stay...!

friendly, clean, beautiful place

Totally different than the pictures, no elevator, no facilities, mintinance very bed

great location. for those planning to participate in Cross-Continental Swim race - location is perfect. plus, many shops and cafeterias are around. The room is equipped with a fridge and kitchen area (no dishes, forks or knives thought).

very small room, broken furniture. blanket are yellow-ish. very small window. uncomfortable mattress and pillows. in my 2 nights stay - no cleaning was done.

Great location. Nice rooms, highly recommended! I was pleasantly surprised, the accommodation was great. Renewed rooms. Perfect choice, everything was clean, with good public access to the city center. Very spacious rooms and very attentive staff. The hotel is located near the bus station (3 minutes walk) and to Bosphorus (5 minutes walk). There are several cafés in this area as well as restaurants. If I come to Istanbul another time, I like to stay here again.

The hotel was very clean. The room is spacious and well designed. The staff was polite and helpful. Great location. I would highly recommend staying there.
