We stayed at HM Ayron Park in September 2025 after seeing its 5-star hotel, bit felt more like a 3.5-4 star. Ill talk about the pros and cons. We rented a car and were able to pull into the hotel lot to unload before checking in. Parking is €15 per day, or you can easily find free street parking nearby. At check-in, we were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine or water — a nice touch. Our room was spacious with a large balcony perfect for sunset views. The rooftop pool and bar were lovely at sunset, and the resort also has two other nice pools. The property is large and offers optional breakfast or all-inclusive dinner for extra charge We booked a king room but received two single beds pushed together with separate blankets so we basically spet apart. The mattress was quite firm, though the pillows were soft and comfortable. They provide 2 glass water bottles for the first night, but no refills after that. It would’ve been nice if that was mentioned, I came down late one night for water and was told to buy from the vending machine, which was pricey. Thankfully, there’s a supermarket right across the street, stock up before it closes! The spa area was very nice with a warm pool, eucalyptus steam room, sauna, and gym. The odd part was checkout we were told to go walk our own luggage to the storage room with no attendant or ticket system. They do lock & unlock the door as needed but someone can easily accidentally take another persons luggage.

Nicht gefallen das wenig Platz war für Kleider für 2 Personen

2 liften voor het aantal kamers, vaak lang wachten. Douche niet goed schoon Beddengoed maar 1 keer verschoond in 5 nachten, hoort niet in 5 sterren hotel.

The hotel was beautiful - the room was well proportioned with good amenities. Our room overlooked the pool and was peaceful. There are so many pools to chose from, all very clean and well maintained. The staff are so accommodating and the food choices are great. Would happily stay here again!

Tolles Hotel sehr sauber und tolles Frühstück sowie Abendessen. Minuspunkt dafür das nicht auf dem eigenen Balkon geraucht werden darf und leider kein Kleiderschrank.

Gutes Hotel mit guter Lage die aber laut sein kann vor allem mit Zimmern Richtung Meer.

My close friend and I stayed at this property for three nights, and unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. We each had our own room, which was lucky – because the showers were very small. We had both assumed that having a double bed would mean a decent-sized shower, but to our surprise, they were cramped and uncomfortable. If we’d been sharing a room, it would’ve been even worse. Another issue was the lifts. There are only two very small lifts for the entire hotel, which made it difficult to move around, especially during busy times. The main reason we’re giving such a low rating is the poor service. The reception staff didn’t clearly explain important information at check-in – for example, the spa opening hours or whether there was an extra charge to use the beds at the rooftop bar. We had to find all this out ourselves. Service in general was slow and inattentive. At the bar, we waited for over an hour before anyone came over to offer us a drink. As for the rooftop bar, it was disappointing to see that they were trying to charge guests for using beds, even though the hotel was almost empty and it didn’t look like any of the beds were booked that day. Overall, I would recommend the hotel reviews its processes and provides proper training for staff. Employees should be encouraged to go above and beyond for their guests, and simple things like being friendly and smiling can make a big difference.

Tolle Rooftop Badelandschaft. Essen mässig nicht 5 Stern. Da empfehle ich das Hipotel Palace, 50 Meter entfernt. Das ist ein echtes 5 Stern Hotel durch und durch.

Was not impressed with the service and it was very difficult to get basic requests met. For example the hotel did not provide water throughout our stay and we were required to pay exorbitant amounts per bottle in the vending machine.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel rundum genossen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das von Anfang an für eine entspannte Atmosphäre gesorgt hat. Die Anlage ist modern und top gepflegt, das gesamte Hotel ist durchweg sehr sauber – vom Zimmer bis hin zu den öffentlichen Bereichen. Unser Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen und mit einem tollen Blick – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Ein besonderes Highlight waren die mehreren, wunderschön gestalteten Pools, die nie überfüllt waren und zum Entspannen geradezu einluden. Wer auf der Suche nach einem modernen, sauberen und gleichzeitig charmanten Hotel mit erstklassigem Service ist, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Hotel was GORGEOUS. Modern and luxurious. Rooms were great, pet peeve we booked an apartment and it was advertised as a double bed, however we got two single beds on wheels which was an absolute nightmare during the night. Cleanliness was top level. Buffett for breakfast and dinner was average. Amenities and facilities were great can’t fault them. Staff were hit and miss some very friendly and some standoffish and rude. Very close to the beach which is great. Would’ve expected 5* hotel to at least take us to the room when we first checked in, just got given directions, luckily the gentlemen standing at the door offered to take our luggage and showed us there. Also wouldve expected a show of the hotel, explaining where buffet was, where all the pools are located, where to get towels etc. For a 5* hotel these things are expected. Overall was a lovely stay as hotel itself was gorgeous

We had a double room with a balcony. The room was very comfortable. Mini fridge had an assortment of drinks available at a set price. Patio doors led to the balcony with a nice view of the pool. The beds were very comfortable. Separate large shower room was useful. The pool area was comfortable with a shaded area if you were too hot. Also plenty of beds and outdoor towels courtesy of the hotel. Everywhere was very clean and tidy and all the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Sehr schönes Hotel und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Fitness war eher klein mit wenigen Geräten. Sehr gutes und ausgewogenes Frühstück.

Beautiful and modern property! Had multiple pools including one on the rooftop! Rooms were small, but very well organized, nicely equipped and had a balcony. Comforter was very comfortable 😌

Tolles 5* Hotel mitten in Arenal. Trotz der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Mega-Park und Bierkönig ist es im Hotel sehr ruhig und es wird auch sehr darauf geachtet, dass eine angenehme und ruhige Atmosphäre bleibt. Mit mehreren Pools und ausreichend Liegen an den Pools, kann man zu jeder Zeit eine Liege bekommen. Das Personal an den Poolbars ist sehr nett und freundlich. Das Band zum Öffnen der Zimmer am Handgelenk kann man ändern, da man das nicht die ganze Zeit am Handgelenk tragen mag. Hier wäre die alt bewährte Zimmerkarte schon besser.

Super séjour de 7 nuits dans ce magnifique hôtel ! Emplacement idéal à 2 pas de la mer, des commerces et restaurants. L’hôtel dispose de tout le confort nécessaire pour satisfaire les voyageurs (nombreuses piscines, SPA avec piscine / sauna / hammam, bars & restaurants). Les chambres sont confortables et bien équipées, dans un état irréprochable. Le personnel est attentionné et attentif à nos attentes. Coup de cœur : la vue depuis le Sky Bar de l’hôtel ! Hautement recommandé !!!

The apartment that I stayed in was spacious and clean. The cleaning staff were polite and helpful. The staff at reception need much better training in how to communicate with customers. Two of them were quite passive aggressive and one (their manager) spoke extremely loudly on the phone (which the others were not doing) and had zero consideration for the guests sitting in the lobby area. One girl at reception whose name I believe is Adela, was very nice and professional and was helpful. The others need to learn how to not be defensive, rude, passive aggressive, or simply trying to avoid work!

All in all very comfortable hotel next to the beach and not far away from the airport

Top modernes, sauberes und schönes Hotel! Das Hotel hat jeden einzelnen Stern absolut verdient! Das Essen und die Essensauswahl (wir hatten Halbpension) war gigantisch! Jeden Tag hat es am Abend ein anderes Thema gegeben - zB. Mexikanisch, Italienisch, Barbecue usw :-) Das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit! Obwohl wir nicht so weit vom Ballermann und den Partyurlaubern entfernt waren, war es in dieser Anlage und rundherum wirklich sehr ruhig! Die Pools und die ganze Anlage sind einfach so sauber und wirklich sehr, sehr schön! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses tolle Hotel kommen! Hier hat man einfach alles was man benötigt, in der Umgebung mit nicht mal 5 Minuten Gehzeit befindet sich ein riesen Supermarkt, viele kleine Mini Supermärkte, Restaurants, günstige Autovermietung, Bars und der Ballermann selbst. Nur 2 Minuten entfernt, ist auch schon der Strand, der wirklich sehr sauber war und das Meer war einfach wunderschön blau! Ich war selbst total überrascht, wie schön es hier sein kann.

I had some guests next to me, which were very loud in the middle of the night, but the hotel has no influence on this. I would book it again.

Ein rundum fantastisches Erlebnis! Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine zentrale Lage und ein außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal, das den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und lecker – ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Die gesamte Atmosphäre war großzügig und einladend. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Alles super gewesen. Hab den online Check in im vorraus gemacht und musste dann trotzdem nochmal den normalen Check in machen.

Lovely pool areas. Nice and peaceful during the day. And live entertainment each night. Great breakfast and overall a wonderful stay.

The hotel reception staff could be friendlier.

Reception:Checked in and the team i met that time was good and friendly. Afternoon team was not friendly.Room: Amenties were very good but A/C not working.it was 26oC inside and when complaint reception team asked me to leave the balcony door open n sleep which is not safe when your room is in ground floor.They also said we will send maintenance guys around to check and all they did was leave the door open.This will not be a service at 5 star hotel and coffee pods to be replenished everyday and shouldn’t be chargeable for a 5 star property. Food: was ok. Lady who served at the grill during dinner was excellent but b/f time Omelette bad as it was burnt and over cooked.

Buses are right outside hotel. Dining was phenomenal. Far enough from big city to avoid big traffic, but close enough that bus rides are short

Loved it here and would go again. A beautiful apartment on the complex we had- so spacious and spotless. Had issues checking in- they gave us the hotel key to an already occupied room… we stumbled into a couple who thankfully weee awake and fully clothed!!! We went back to the desk and reissued with a different key. Lovely swimming pools!!

Modernes und stylisches Hotel in Strandnähe. Fantastisches Frühstücksbuffet, tolle Pool Landschaft, sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal.

Tolles Hotel, freundliches Personal. Zimmer sauber und ordentlich. Die Armaturen weisen viel Gebrauchsspuren auf, da ist schwarz nicht die beste Wahl gewesen, auch wenn es gut ausschauen soll. Das angrenzende Sushi Restaurant ist super, sehr lecker. Ich würde definitiv wieder buchen.

Mega Frühstück, super freundlich und tolle Lage!

Das Personal war ohne Ausnahme sehr freundlich und aufmerksam! Das Essen war ausgezeichnet! Leider hatte ich ein Zimmer in der Nähe vom Lift und der Putzkammer. Die Tür ist nicht Schallisoliert, was ich eigentlich von einem 5* erwartet hatte. Das Licht schaut auch durch die Türritzen. Am Morgen um 7 machen die Reinigungsfrauen vor der Tür schon den Putzwagen fertig. Also kein Zimmer wo alle durchgehen. Sonst ist ein ruhiger Schlaf nicht gewährleistet. Abgesehen von dem, hat es mir gefallen.

Wirkt alles ziemlich neu und somit frisch und unverbraucht. Viel Personal immer am putzen. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut (für Spanien) und auch am Abend. Das einzige Hotel das mir bis jetzt eine Flasche Prosecco/Wein auf’s Zimmer gestellt hat welche bei der Buchung aufgeführt wurde — hatte ich in anderen Hotels noch nie erhalten.

We had a lovely stay. Beautiful newly renovated and clean room. All of the amenities were lovely; multiple pool options which we especially loved the rooftop, the spa was lovely and peaceful. We went off season (November) and it was very quiet which was what we wanted. The beach side food trucks and roof top bar were not open off season.

Stayed at the property for our honeymoon, we also informed the staff that it was our honeymoon, however the room provided was 2 twin beds pushed together. As the beds are on wheels, sleeping was difficult as the beds would move apart in the night making a gap inbetween.

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt - gerne wieder!

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr gemütlichen Zimmern. Die Angestellten sind alles durchweg höflich und freundlich. Das Frühstück lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Unser Highlight war die Rooftop Bar wo wir sehr gerne und sehr lange gesessen haben.

Schön renoviertes Hotel mit einer wunderbaren Skybar mit Rundum-Sicht und 2 Pools. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, Pflegeprodukte vorhanden. Das Buffet ist reichhaltig. Sehr empfehlenswert ist das integrierte Sushi-Restaurant 🙏

We had little bit challenges at the beginning since we got a room where water was flowing on the floor after shower - we gave some Feedback and hotel fixed the problem by upgrating the room - that was quite nice. We also got Bottle of sparkking Wine because of that 👍. Indoor pool with 2 saunas was extra. Breakfast was also great as service too

Das Schild an der Fassade behauptet dies ist ein 5 Sterne Hotel, aber viel weiter kann ein Hotel nicht von den 5 Sternen entfernt sein. Das Zimmer war sehr abgewohnt, Nachttisch Lampen lose, im Bad waren zwei von fünf Lampen defekt, bei allen Amaturen im Bad ist der schwarze Lack teilweise abgeblättert, Silikonfugen in der Dusche dreckig, im Luftauslass der Klimaanlage Schimmel und Dreck. Möbel und Wände mit deutlichen Abnutzungsspuren. Einziger Lichtblick das Frühstücksbuffet, leider sind dort einige wenige Mitarbeiter nicht gerade freundlich. Insgesamt bewegt sich dieses Hotel eher auf 3 Sterne Niveau. Freundlich vorgebrachte Kritik wird komplett ignoriert.

Property was ok - clean and upkeep was ok. No member of staff could be described as friendly but they were ok. Area around the hotel is not great - would prefer next time to be in Palma. Spa pool was nice. Breakfast was plentiful but all the options were poorly executed.
