Everything was perfect when you want take break from bustling crowd and just be you. No work no phone no people just you and you. Felt like home specially both Pratiksha were awesome so much warmth and amazing hospitality even other team members so kind smiling and will go out of the way if you need any thing. Food just amazing !

Amazing hotel. I would highly recommend it for you stay in Darjeeling. Great and peaceful location with valley view rooms. All the staff here is very polite, soft-spoken and professional in every way possible. We had a really comfortable stay and would definitely come back.

Overall very good experience. But there was an issue with the lawn. Water keeps on dripping so unable to sit on the lawn area. Rooms were clean. Staffs behaviour was good. Enjoyed my stay apart from lawn issue.

Staff were very nice. They were readily available at the drop off point. The area is little off from the main area which makes it very peaceful. Main market is just few mins of walking. A great location. Overall clean, room, food and staff was very nice and friendly.

Property is located very close to the Mall and has valley facing rooms. Due to pedestrian only access, it takes about 10 minutes walk to reach the property. They do provide porters to carry bags to and from from Cab drop off point near Bhanu Bhawan. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Service quality both at front desk and at the restaurant was par excellence. Veg food items are delicious and freshly prepared and service is prompt - kudos to Tenzing and her staff especially Sang who took good care.

It was an amazing experience during our 4 days stay at Udaan Nirvana resort in Darjeeling. We enjoyed the ambience of the property as well as the scrumptious food offered which was completely as per our requirement (no onion no garlic). Staff behaviour was excellent and catered to all our needs promptly. Next time in Darjeeling there is no second thought required. Thank you.

We stayed in Room No. 205 on 27th May with my wife and 13-year-old daughter, and it completely ruined the last day of our family vacation. The room condition was shocking for a property charging nearly ₹10,000 per night: Broken flooring Torn curtains Damp walls Windows allowing cold air inside No proper light near the room entrance Refilling drinking water in a used plastic bottle, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene perspective What was even more disappointing was the lack of support from the reservation team. Despite repeated calls requesting a room change or accommodation in another room/property, nothing was done. The hotel receptionist clearly stated that Room 205 had been allocated by the reservation desk itself on the day of booking (8th May), and they “couldn’t help it.” We had stayed at other Udaan properties during our Sikkim/Darjeeling trip and expected much better standards. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the worst hospitality experience of our trip. While Manager Rahul genuinely tried his best to help and the hotel offered complimentary dinner as compensation, that could not make up for the horrible condition of the room and the mental stress caused to my family. My wife and daughter were horrified with the experience, and sadly, this has completely shaken our confidence in staying at any Udaan property in the future. Strongly request the management to inspect Room 205 immediately and improve the quality standards being offered to guests.
