רמת הניקיון בחדר נמוכה. לא היו מגבות שיער או פנים. ארוחת הבוקר ממש עלובה. הצוות נחמד.

היינו בחדר שהיה בצד הכביש, שומעים ממש את הרכבת הקלה והיה רעש מהרחוב עד אמצע הלילה שלא אפשרו לישון.. המתקן של הסבון/שמפו לא היה תקין. על הסדין במיטה היה צבע שחור ובמקום שיחליפו לנו את המצעים הביאו לנו מצעים שנחליף בעצמנו.... אין מכונת קפה- או לפחות בארוחת הבוקר שינתן קפה איכותי ולא אבקת נס קפה.

לא היה לי מזגן בחדר לא עבד הביאו לי מאוורר כי לא חדרים להחליף לי והעברנו לי גהנום עם מאוורר בוקר למחר החליפו לי לחדר עם מזגן נהדר והיה נעים

die Zimmer sind schäbig, keine Handseife im teuren Einzelzimmer. Die öffentlichen Toiletten sind immer schmutzig, der ganze Aufenthaltsbereich ist schmutzig, der Aussenbereich voller Taubendreck, die Tische im Innen und Aussenbereich werden nie geputzt. Das Frühstück ist armselig für den Preis. Die Bar wird nicht bedient, es gab zb kein Wasser zu kaufen die ganzen Tage. Die Küche ist schmutzig und schlecht ausgestattet. Kein Waschmittel für die Kleidung an Lager. Allgemein ist das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht gegeben. Bis auf eine Person, war das Personal unfreundlich und desintressiert. Obwohl mitgeteilt, dass check-in ab 14:00 möglich ist, war keine Person bis ca 15:15 vor Ort. Mitten in der Nacht war mein Badezimmer nass, ich habe es gemeldet, nichts ist passiert. Wenn man für die Lage zahlen möchte, dann ist es ok, ansonsten gibt es sicher andere möglichkeiten.

At first we were put in a small room which had the noise of lite rail trains every few minutes. After asking to move late at night we recieved a room on the other side of the building which was much better.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026צוות. אווירה. מרפסת. בסוכות מגיעים לתהלוכה מכל העולם. כמו קפיצה קטנה לחו"ל מקומי. רק אם אתם יודעים לייצר אוירת חג ושעבאס במרחב כללי.
ארוחת בוקר פשוטה מידי. הצענו ג'חנון לשבת. יכול מאוד להעשיר ולתת תחושה יותר של שבת מקומית.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026The staffs are nice, helpful and approachable. The place was clean and nice. Best of all, its the close proximity to the light rail station and the old city. Most suitable for those who would like to be around in Jerusalem on Sabbath weekend, where there is no public transport and they could walk without difficulty to Old City, Garden Tomb or even Mt of Olives.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026 החדר המשפחתי נחמד מאוד, די גדול ומרווח עם מיני מקרר, המיטות נוחות. המיקום מעולה והשירות מצויין. יש חדר סנוקר שהילדים אהבו. הלובי יפה והמרפסת נעיצה מאוד, אכלנו בה ארוחת בוקר.
היינו בכמה סוגי חדרים במהלך השהות- מלבד החדר המשפחתי שהיה בסדר גמור , החדר זוגי והחדר טריפל קטנים מאוד, ללא מקרר, בקושי יש מקום למזוודה. בחדר טריפל יש ארון - בחדר הזוגי אין. הרצפה לא מאוד נקייה והוילון די מאובק. הכי חשוב - יש מטבח משותף אבל הוא קטן, לא מאוד נקי ולא מזמין, המקרר המשותף- שנאמר לנו שנוכל להשתמש בו- דחוס, מפוצץ ומלוכלך. נראה כאילו אנשים גרים שם. לא יכולנו להתקרב אליו. לגבי ארוחת הבוקר-סבירה ובסיסית, הפריע לי מאוד שיש רק קפה נמס, ללא קפה מכונה או אפילו אבקת קפה מגורען, ובנוסף- הלחם היחיד שהיה - רבעים של פיתות, אין גיוון - לחמניות או לחם מקמח מלא למשל.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026It's perfect location. Walking distance to the old city and jaffo street. The rooms are clean. Simple breakfast.
The breakfast is very simple and basic and the tables in the eating area are not klean.The shared fridge is too small for all the guests,it's a biger problem on weekend because there are almost no restaurants that open on saturday.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026מיקום מעולה 2 דקות הליכה משער יפו, ורבע שעה מהכותל המערבי דרך הרובע היהודי. נמצא על הציר של הרכבת הקלה, חנויות ומסעדות דקת הליכה. החדר ענה על הצרכים שלי. העובדים בקבלה אדיבים ועוזרים. ארוחת בוקר מספקת ביצים גבינות ירקות. עמדת קפה/ תה/ שוקו חופשי כל הזמן. בהחלט אחזור שוב
השפורפרת במקלחת הייתה שבורה, האיטום של המקלחון לא 100% המים יוצאים.

להגביר ניקיון, ריח בחדר שיהיה יותר נעים, כיבוס וילונות, ניקיון של לחצן השירותים, אבק.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026הצוות מדהים אבל היו בעיות העבירו אותי בין חדרים כל הזמן שמו לקוח אחר במיטה שלי בזמן ההזמנה שלי ובמקום להוציא אותו מהמיטה שלי העבירו אותי יום אחד היה מוזיקה כל כך חזקה ששמעו עוד מהרחוב הייתה מסיבה ולא יכלתי להכנס למלון בגלל זה וישבתי בחוץ עד שהמסיבה נגמרה והצוות לא שמע אותי מתקשרת בגלל העוצמה של המוזיקה ושמו אותי בחדר עם אדם שמראש אמרתי שבעייתי עבורי (משה לדעתי שמו) שהסתכל עלי באמצע הלילה וביום כל פעם במבטים מוזרים ופתח את האור ב12 בלילה להראות את החדר ללקוח מתעניין אחר (הוא לא עובד במלון) ונעלמו לי דברים כמו הכרית שלי מהמיטה שלי והספוג רחצה. הצוות מקסים אבל הייתה לי הפעם חוויה באמת גרועה.

לצערנו הרב, הגענו בשעה 17:00. לאחר ששאלו אותנו המון פעמים מתי נגיע וכתבתי לפני 15:00 כיוון שאנחנו מגיעים מנסיעה מאילת. ציינו שקבלת חדרים ב 15:00 ובכל זאת החדר לא היה מוכן. נאלצנו לצאת לעיר באופן לא מתוכנן ושיבשו לנו את התוכניות.. הערתי לפקיד הקבלה וביקשתי שמנהל יחזור אליי, כי זה לא מקובל, אמר שיעביר את המסר ולא חזרו אליי כדי היום. בנוסף, החדר היה לא נקי, הפח היה מטונף, הכורסאות מטונפות ולא נעים לשבת עליהן. הגענו מאוד מאוחר בלילה ויצאנו מוקדם ולא היה שום טעם להתלונן, כי לא טרחו לחזור אלי גם כשהתארחתי שם שבועיים קודם. הכי חשוב שיש להם בוט ששואל אותך איך היה ואם אתה צריך משהו, אבל לא באמת מתייחסים לתשובה והאלה נשאלת שוב ושוב. מרגישה שעושים ממני צחוק בחסות ה AI. עצוב שזה היחס, כיוון שאני אורחת חוזרת כבר כ 4 פעמים לפחות. אתמול גם שלחתי מייל וכמובן שאין מענה גם משם. מצפה להתייחסות דחופה שאולי תגיע דרככם. תודה

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Localização muito boa. Repleto de bares e restaurantes ao redor. Bem próximo da Cidade Velha, então deu pra fazer muita coisa a pé.
Limpeza do banheiro do quarto deixou a desejar.
