Staff were outstanding in looking after us. Easy taxi (dont use black town cars) ride from Dubai Mall. Comfortable spacious rooms.

Stayed with family of 4 and everyone liked the hotel, very convenient and accessible from all the tourist locations. Staff was very helpful specially Mamon for room service.

The property wasn’t bad but needs more staff. No house keeping. Front desk staff was helpful and provided early check in. There are Only 4 chairs they call lobby. Five people in the lobby is a crowd. Only one person for house keeping and his responsibility was to clean 3-4 floors. He couldn’t manage to clean the rooms.

Amazing hotel and very friendly staff at reception. The lady at reception I think her name was Ramasha was very polite and professional. She was so helpful with my check in and checking out. Thank you Hilton for having wonderful staff.

The air conditioning was set at 19 degrees which was not cool enough, being 40 degrees outside the room was too hot

Quiet, clean facility that accessible to all the major attractions in the city. Love the breakfast buffet and how attentive the staff is to catering to any guest needs. Will be coming back

The hotel staff at the Hilton Garden Inn was unprofessional, unfriendly, and outright mean in accomodating some of our needs. Lobby and pool are very small as well as very tiny drive way to the hotel entrance. Will not recommend staying here at all.

It was an amazing experience,the cleaners were very kind especially MD:shofal:H :K who was very very helpful whilst always having a smile on their face. May Allah bless him aswell as the other cleaners. The room service was also spectacular although the hotel food was a bit overpriced. Ammenities at the hotel included a pool and a gym, which my children enjoyed very much and was well maintained. When i first arrived at the hotel, they made me pay a local fee in dubai when i already paid it on hotel.com which i did not know about in advance. Nonetheless nour and the reception were very helpful and i would definitely recommended this hotel! Although food was not included, it is in a very diverse area which has lots of cheap food places near, and is only a 15 minute drive away from dubai mall and the burj khalifa.Thank you hilton garden inn!

Breakfast was chaos and filthy. Food all over the floor, please from different groups sharing tables. Staff didn’t have a clue what was going on.

All other hotels This is Great Hotel and it gives you All the Facilities and options at a much more ..affordable rate for example they have Amazing Swimming Rooftop POOL and GYM They have Free Breakfast the Room has All amenities like TV ,Teamaker, Refrigerator is provided in room . UGLY AND TERRIBLE U NEED TO SHUT DOWN IT SMELLS LIKE TOILET WATER EVERYWHERE AND THE ROOM IS LIKE 20 INCHES WIDE. We had to cancel our stay and run out of the hotel but were charged full amount of stay for 5 days of $379.00. Please refund the amount. We will appreciate it. Paris Hilton should come and visit this location and smell it. It Sucks. Thank you.

Great place, wonderful clean room, helpful personal, breakfast has many options for every taste. Unfortunately, the check-in at the reception took a long time (more than 10 minutes and we were alone), we were really tired after a long flight.

Less expensive for Hilton quality than other similar properties in the area. Busy area.

Staff at reception were good and welcoming Mr Patrick was exceptional. Breakfast buffet selection was very small and same every day. No outdoor facilites and the pool is very small. Would not recommend as place to relax but would be ok for short business trip

Good hotel and location

I feel misled as I had a 12 hour layover at DXB and did not want to sleep at the airport. So I search hotels with Airport Shuttles only to be told by a taxi driver that the Hilton Garden Inn that the hotel does not have an Airport Shuttle, needless to say this was after I booked a non-refundable stay. As a result I ended up with a USD $70 Taxi from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport 8 hours later.

Nice hotel. All that was needed for a quick one night stay. Spoilt slightly by indicating it had a Free Airport Shuttle but didn't. Taxi 40AED. Slow check in at one o'clock in the morning and no hair dryer. Otherwise quite nice. Wouldn't put me off from staying again.

If you have a car, property is ideally located in deira towards bur dubai. It’s a good location to stay in terms of proximity with car. There is a station walkable within 5 minutes but I have never tried it. Staff is good and supportive (cheers to may at reception and another guy who was at night shift). There is laundry to use for free but, I had challenge with the laundry machine as it was not completely operative. Overall good hotel and location.

I stayed recently in February and had originally booked an accessible King room. At check-in was told that the room isn't available as it had been taken. We were moved to a different King room and told we can change rooms the following day. This wasn't very professional considering I had booked in August 2023 and a week before confirmed everything. We noticed in this room that the extractor fan in the bathroom wasn't working but didn't think too much of it. It then was about 3pm the next day before we were given the second room which wasted the whole morning. The second room bathroom was a wet-room and the extractor fan wasn't working here either. We raised it with the hotel and they sent someone to look at it. The following day they were still trying to fix it and turned out the pipes had eroded on the roof causing it to affect all rooms. How was this the first they became aware of it? The smell in the bathroom was unbearable and constantly damp/mould smelling. It ruined our experience of the hotel

Good proximity to the metro and excellent helpful staff. Notable mention goes to the manager Mr Zahid who was friendly and approachable with an excellent professionalism. Paras had given us an excellent welcome during check in and Dilwar who cleaned our room had been courteous and friendly throughout our stay.

This hotel is not smoke friendly it starts literally in the elevators . Showers in the rooms automatically go high to low , room service not done on time , breakfast veg menu we were not informed of order options overall never stay at this one its not Hilton standard

So easy to get around the city centre - free shuttle is available, making it easy and convenient. Very easy to hail a cab going to whichever direction you're headed. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast buffet could improve though and offer more types of bread and meats.

Been to this hotel a couple of times now and a warm welcome is guaranteed. Very friendly and polite staff that show upmost respect to its guests.

The hotel is pretty decent and well maintained. The Elevators are fast. However, I noticed the front desk is short staffed even, concierge service needs a bit of boost such as increasing bell boy to help customers around.

Stayed for 6 nights was overall good.

Stayed 6 days, on day 3 I found a live roach in my bathroom sink. I reported it to the front desk, the only option she gave was to have house keeping come to spray. House keeping came to spray and left the remainder of the chemical used on the bathroom floor. The room smelled mildewy the whole time. Was told that lunch was complimentary and found out it wasn’t after I ate and left and someone knocked at my door. Will choose another hotel if I ever come back.

Ok place, very weak WiFi and rooms are quite dark. Within the older part of Dubai which is quite dirty and uncomfortable area for ladies. Staff however are exceptional, shame about the surroundings.

Receptionist behave and act racist towards me. When I eat in the room, the cleaner refuses to remove dirty dishes and the remaining food stays in my room all day. Breakfast is poor.

The hotel is super clean, almost everything was perfect, the only bad thing was the hot water took a long time to come out and it doesn't come out hot.

We had a very nice stay at the Hilton. The staff was very pleasant and so helpful with tips for the things we needed. Rooms were clean, price was good, convenient location. We also enjoyed celebrating Earth Hour with the warm staff during our stay.
