Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Excelente Hotel, cuentas con todo lo necesario caminando, si vas a playas hay unas muy cercanas y si llevas auto los accesos están muy fáciles de manejar, tienes restaurantes cercas, tiendas, gasolinera.
En las instalaciones cuentas con alberca con agua calientita, hielos disponibles siempre, frigobar y horno de microondas.
Excelentes vistas en la parte de la alberca.
El personal es muy atento y en todo momento te apoyan en lo que necesites.
Super recomendable.
Está un poco escondido ya que no lo ves a simple vista, entras por un Hospital.
Esto como referencia para los que no lo conocen.

colazione al buffet ottima...piscina molto bella, nuotabile con servizio bar e comodi lettini coperti..la posizione secondo me non e' il top non essendo troppo vicino all'aeroporto e nel mezzo della trafficata transpeninsular.
quando si arriva non si capisce bene come accedere al parcheggio...tutto segnalato abbastanza male o comunque non visibile al primo impatto come si dovrebbe-

La piscine est très grande!
Personnel très sympathique.
Je pensais l’hôtel situé en dehors de la zone commerciale, et plus proche de l’océan.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2025The AC never worked properly it was a nightmare at night, the shower didn’t have good water pressure and adjusting the temperature was almost impossible it was always hot, the cleaning was never done properly they never cleaned the floors, the towels had debris and hair, the room key wasn’t working every day I needed to get it programmed at least once.
Pros: the breakfast was delicious.

Reviewed May 30, 2025The ease and safety, is why I’m a continued visitor. It’s centrally located to Cabo and San Jose Del Cabo. You can quickly hop on the toll booth and get to the Airport quickly. Bring about $3.00 US Cash each way. The pool is great! The property is great. The employees are awesome!

Definitely recommend it if you are thinking of staying a few days in town and don't want to break the bank.

The rooftop pool was great and honestly the best part of this hotel. We had issues with payment so beware of using Discover at this property. Issues with the keys deactivating consistently, mold in shower in one of the two rooms we booked and it also had the smell of mold. One of the days we stayed the water was shut off In the early a.m. and when it got turned back on it was brown.
We were told we booked 2 rooms that slept 6 but in actuality, it slept four and no accommodations for that was made without an additional charge.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2025We stayed here for a week during kids spring break visiting Cabo. This was equidistant from Cabo and San Jose so we could visit both sides. Room was clean with 2 queen beds. Decent size bathroom, included refrigerator, microwave, sink and coffee maker.. pool was nice although the water in hot tub wasn’t hot.. breakfast was really good with lot of options.

Huge whale shows from the rooftop pool
Very nice hotel, my only complaint is that the hot tub did not work most days that we stayed. As well they turn it off early in the evening if it is working so you are not able to use it after 6pm. Other than that it was a great place to stay!

Reviewed Feb 24, 2025Has the potential to be better. We had difficulty finding the entrance, really did not get good information on where to park. The room was very spacious and had comfortable beds however our view was obstructed by an other part of the hotel. The hot water was not hot. The 5th floor pool and hot tub (not hot) and bar and views were beautiful. The restaurant complex next door were fantastic.

The water in the shower was cold in the morning. They could not fix it in time.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2025Here’s the deal. I do not appreciate being lied to. When we asked for something basic like a water or something as simple as a plastic bag to put our dirty clothes in they were told “we’re out”. The transportation from the airport to the hotel is also inaccurate. The room itself is kind of clean and the drain in the shower didn’t work as well.

I was not given an ocean room (that I had specifically booked and pre paid for). Asked for compensation and was denied. The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain and the phone in the room would ring but didn’t work.
The free breakfast was decent.

Reviewed Jan 17, 2025They now charge a mandatory “Sanitation Fee” when you check in. This was not included in the amount we paid to Expedia and is not disclosed anywhere on Expedia or the hotel’s policies online. We have stayed here about 10 times over the past year as we build our Cabo home and have never been charged any extra fees before. But, now that they are playing games with their hidden fees will not be coming back.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2024We stayed for 2 nights and would return if we had a reason to be in this area again. The breakfast selection was very good and rooms were quiet. Staff were excellent. Parking is secure underground and included in the rate. We did find the lighting in the rooms were much too dim , especially in the bathroom. The light above the shower did not work. We woukd suggest that at the pool area they divide the roof section into a smoking and non-smoking area. Because smokers in the hot tub or sitting next to you is not pleasant for non smokers. That said, this hotel is overall nice.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2024Rooms are spacious, rooftop deck and bar is nice. Parking is paid only, must have Pesos or the Parko app (machine only takes Pesos and the ATM next to it only gives US dollars). Not enough towels were provided and the housekeeping is not 24
hours. AC stopped working in the night so it got stuffy in the room.
