The location was good. The hotel transport took us to the top of Pamukkale and Hierapolis. Good €30 worth. we walked through the amazing ancient Roman ruins, best preserved amphitheatre which was really good. Then we had a steady walk down pamukkale calcium spring waters. The Cleopatra Ancient pool looked a bit commercialised so we didn't pay extra for the swim. The hotel staff were lovely. Breakfast was quite extensive with salads, cheeses, cereals fruit cakes and biscuits. Very good. We had evening meal around the pool which was lovely. It was great to have a swim in the hotel pool. Very good value for money We caught the local dolmus from Denizli bus station to Pamukkale. 130TL for both of us (200tl =roughly £3 so good value) .

This was a great hotel located close to the Pammukale. We really loved the resort style feel. Our room was huge and the marble floors made it feel luxurious. The room was clean and overlooked the pool area. It was comfortable and we even saw the hot air balloons in teh morning from both of our balconies! The staff were friendly and kind and willing to discuss all the activities you could do. The breakfast was delicious! We stayed for dinner which was also amazing and located in a little on site garden/pool area. It felt like a true resort and I only wished we stayed longer to enjoy more of the area.

Staff was great help with any questions we had! We had a wonderful breakfast and dinner. The pool is nice. Our room was excellent. We walked to the local gate in the morning and walked up from the bottom of the travertines and would highly recommend it. Had the ancient pool to ourselves as well!

Great location, were greeted by friendly staff and shown to our room which overlooked the pool area. Room was a good size and so was the bathroom. Everything was exceptionally clean. The pool was lovely and cool. Enjoyed a delicious meal with a glass of wine.

El hotel está genial, muy bien situado y a poca distancia del centro. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y el personal de recepción es muy amable. La piscina está genial para darte un baño y relajarte después de un día visitando Hierápolis. Destacaría especialmente la zona del comedor, con las mesas junto a la piscina, un espacio muy agradable para disfrutar del desayuno. El desayuno ha sido, sin duda, el mejor de todos los hoteles en los que nos hemos alojado durante nuestro viaje por Turquía: muchísima variedad, todo riquísimo y muy abundante. Dos de nuestras habitaciones daban a la piscina y tenían una terraza súper agradable. Además, desde allí se podían ver los famosos travertinos de Pamukkale, lo que hacía las vistas aún más especiales. El personal también nos ayudó a organizar el transporte para ir hasta Hierápolis, algo que agradecimos mucho. ¡Recomendado 100 % para una estancia en Pamukkale! Sin duda, volveremos. 😊 The hotel is fantastic, very well located and within easy walking distance of the centre. The rooms are very comfortable, and the reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is perfect for a refreshing dip and relaxing after a day visiting Hierapolis. We especially loved the dining area, with tables right next to the pool, which made it a lovely place to enjoy breakfast. The breakfast was, without a doubt, the best of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip around Turkey: a huge variety of food, everything was delicious, and there was plenty to choose from. Two of our rooms overlooked the pool and had a lovely terrace. From there, we could even see the famous white travertine terraces of Pamukkale, which made the views even more special. The staff also helped us arrange transportation to Hierapolis, which we really appreciated. 100% recommended for a stay in Pamukkale! We would definitely come back. 😊

Piscina molto bella, così come la location in generale. Ottima la stanza (grande) e il bagno. Peccato per il televisore davvero piccolo e distante dal letto. Condizionatore migliorabile, un po rumoroso. Ottimo il servizio parcheggio. Colazione ottima

The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, easily accessible, and with convenient parking. The room was spacious and fairly new, perfectly clean and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The pool well-maintained: a real treat after a hot summer day spent in Hierapolis. The breakfast served in the area around the pool was very rich and varied, probably the best we had in Turkey. The entrance to Pamukkale archaeological site is within walking distance, although we drove to the south entrance. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely return.

Ich wüsste nicht, was uns nicht gefallen hat das eins wo man vielleicht drauf achten sollte, ist, dass die Minibar im Zimmer leer ist. Man sollte vorher also entweder unten am Hotel etwas besorgen, vorher oder draußen am Kiosk und nicht weit.

Only stayed there for one night (before going to neighbouring Pamukkale) but we definitely enjoyed that stay after being on the road for a while. Room was spacious and clean, as well as the shower. Had a dip in the pool which was also very nice. Breakfast selection was awesome. Hotel is located on a quiet little street with a decent car park right in front of it. Overall atmosphere was relaxing and calm, could have definitely stayed there for longer!

L’accoglienza è stata strepitosa, colazione super, piscina bellissima.

Camera spaziosa con terrazzo riservato. Piscina (non ne abbiamo usufruito) disponibile per 10 ore al giorno. Colazione varia abbondante. Personale abbastanza disponibile. Abbiamo cenato in albergo e la cena è stata buona. Parcheggio per la macchina molto comodoi.

La posizione dell'albergo non è eccezionale. Abbastanza vicino al centro ma In un contesto un po' degradato

Stanza ampia, confortevole, bel lagno e letto comodo. Il bar/ ristorante è aperto h24. La piscina permette di rinfrescarsi dopo aver visitato Pamukkale, data la calura agostana.

Fabulous pool, lovely shaded area near pool and breakfast room, very clean. They kindly drove us to the Hierapolis gate.

The breakfast was plentiful, but the quality of the food was a bit hit and miss. The fridge in our room didn’t work. We reported it to the manager and was told nothing can be done on Sundays. We were there on Monday night as well and no attempt was made to rectify the situation

The staff were all very approachable & friendly. I wish to express my gratitude to Chenol for providing quality information about the areas to visit, the gates to enter & exit. The swimming pool was always clean.Breakfast, lunch & dinner was exceptional - the hotel always catered to our eating requirements.

El desayuno nos pareció bastante justo y muy orientado al estilo turco. Viajábamos con nuestra hija, que estaba indispuesta, y pedimos una tortilla sencilla, pero no fue posible prepararla, algo que echamos en falta. Por el resto, la experiencia fue muy buena: el personal fue muy amable, la cena estuvo muy bien, las habitaciones estaban limpias y la ubicación es excelente. Además, contratamos con el hotel la excursión en globo y todo salió perfectamente. En general, una estancia agradable, especialmente por el trato del personal y la buena organización de la excursión.

Ottimo hotel a Pamukkale. Personale gentile e accogliente. Stanze ben arredate e molto pulite. Colazione buona e abbondante, con possibilità di farla a bordo piscina (perlomeno in estate). Parcheggio privato gratuito di fronte all'hotel.

Tutto bene, al limite direi che l'hotel è in posizione lievemente decentrata per cui è necessario prendere l'auto per andare a vedere le principali attrazioni. Ma non è stato un problema.

Hotel piacevole e accogliente, con camere confortevoli e personale gentile e disponibile. Una nota di merito soprattutto per la colazione, davvero ottima, varia e abbondante, con prodotti freschi e di buona qualità. Un ottimo modo per iniziare la giornata! Nel complesso è stata una buona esperienza e consiglierei volentieri questo hotel.

Das Hotel liegt in nächster Nähe zu den Kalkterrassen und Hierapolis. Wenn man die Terrassen hinuntergeht, kann man zu Fuß zum Hotel zurück gehen (hinauf mit einem Taxi). Die Lage ist auch bezüglich Restaurants ideal. Der Parkplatz grosszügig und vor dem Haus. Der Pool ist toll, um sich nach ausgiebigem Sightseeing zu erfrischen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Das Zimmer roch beim Einchecken stark nach Parfüm (die Zierkissen?)

Location was very good, close to the thermal pools.

The air condition started dripping water. But the staff quickly remedied it. It seemed that they has this issue before because there was warping on the laminate counter under the a/c.

De loin le meilleur hôtel que nous avons réservé durant nos vacances en Turquie. Tout était exceptionnel: le personnel, la propreté, la piscine, le déjeuner, l’emplacement idéal pour profiter des attractions à pied. Je recommande vivement!

Chambre simple et propre. Petit déjeuner très agréable dans le jardin de l'établissement. La piscine a fait le bonheur des enfants, le tout a quelques minutes du site principal de Pamukkale.

Ottima struttura, posizionata a pochi minuti a piedi dalle terrazze in travertino, dalla suggestiva piscina di Cleopatra, ottima colazione e molto varia, la migliore del nostro viaggio in Turchia, la piscina ed il ristorante a bordo piscina sono stati incantevoli, ma la cosa che più ci ha fatto piacere è stata la disponibilità della struttura ad ospitarci anche dopo il check out dandoci la possibilità di pranzare, usare la piscina e soprattutto metterci a disposizione la doccia ed un wc fino al pomeriggio. Lo consiglio vivamente

Very rich breakfast, mostly traditional, but with a wider variety of options. The room was clean and equipped with basic amenities, with a balcony overlooking the garden and pool.

The hotel itself was pleasant, although the surrounding neighborhood is somewhat underdeveloped and less well maintained, with a noticeable rural character.

Our room was a great size comfy bed and great size and modern bathroom. Also a nice little balcony. The pool area was very nice. The pool was very refreshing on a hot afternoon. We used the hotel shuttle to get to the terraces and we walked home as the bottom entrance is not far from the hotel. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant which was very convenient after a long day. The meal was very nice. The breakfast buffet was also included in our room rate and there was a large selection of foods to choose from. The staff were all friendly,y and obliging. Would recommend staying at this hotel.

L’hotel si trova in una zona silenziosa e tranquilla, facile da raggiungere con un comodo parcheggio. La camera era grande e abbastanza nuova, pulita e dotata di frigo e bollitore. C’era anche un balcone privato abbastanza grande. La piscina era pulita e ben tenuta, così come l’area colazione lì attorno. La colazione a buffet alla turca, abbastanza varia. Si raggiunge tranquillamente a piedi l’ingresso cittadino del sito di Pamukkale, anche se noi siamo andati in auto a quello sud.

La piscina y la facilidad para cenar o comer en el hotel. El desayuno era buffet y tenía opciones continentales. Estaba limpio. El personal es amable Está cerca de los travertinos pero necesitas coche

No habia sillas, o muebles para colocar las maletas tuvimos que colocar todo por el suelo y en un espacio bastante reducido, para una noche vale, pero no más porque no es cómodo. No hay ascensor, las personas de movilidad reducida deben tenerlo en cuenta
