الفندق نظيف جدا، الغرفة نظيفة جدا وفيها تكييف وثلاجة ، احببت النظافة والبلكون والفندق على بوابة منطقة البحيرات الرملية موقع رائع وسعر ممتاز افضل سعر مقارنة بغير فنادق انصحكم به....وضيفونا قهوة وشاي وماء ووجوه مبتسمة..حديقة الفندق جميلة

لا يوجد تلفاز بالغرفة لا يوجد كراسي في البلكون ولكن كل شيئ كان ممتاز للبقاء يوم او يومين للسياحة ..انه مريح ولطيف

Pero hay un pero El hotel es muy viejo, en los alrededores (abajo enfrente) hay otro hotel con piscina más nuevo por el mismo precio

석회온천 입구 바로 옆이라 좋았습니다. 메인 음식점 거리와도 가까워서 좋았어요. 에어컨도 시원하고, 첫날에 폭우가 왔는데 테라스에서 빗소리 들으며 커피마셨던게 기억나요.

숙소내에서 음식물 섭취를 제한해둔 것이 이해가지 않았습니다. 외식 바가지가 엄청난 파묵칼레인데, 마을이 합심해서 관광객 돈을 가져가려는 느낌을 받았습니다.

Dejlig forplads under træerne at sidde, men da jeg ankom virkede det ikke som jeg var ventet eller velkommen. Det ændrede sig. Værelset virkede lidt nedslidt med dårlige el- installationer der ikke virkede vedligeholdt.

Je kan meteen zien hoe ze de toeristen en de eigen volk behandelen. Via booking geboekt en aan gekomen bij het hotel was er in een keer geen plek meer in die gezinkamer. Extra geld gevraagd om naar een ander kamer

Bu otelde ailecek bir gece konakladık. Her iki odada da sifon çalışmıyordu. Sifonun çalışmadığı söylenmesine rağmen bu duruma bir çözüm bulunmadı. Odamızdaki klimanın kumandası yoktu. Resepsiyonda birini bulamadığımız için kumanda temin edemedik. Odalar vasat idi. Yaşadığımız sorunlara çözüm bulunmadığı, ilgi alaka zayıf olduğu için tavsiye etmiyoruz.

Unica nota positiva la posizione comoda

Reception assente, quindi zero sicurezza. Pulizia pessima, sia in camera che in bagno... Bagno inutilizzabile in quando il doccino perdeva lateralmente e lo scarico del water non funzionava, esperienza pessima...state alla larga!

門口就是中餐廳，有油煙味，但房間內就還好。

Przestronny pokój, dużo miejsca na rodzinny pobyt.. Lodówka w pokoju to też miły dodatek. Wygodne łóżka. Hotel 300 m od tarasów w Pammukale.

Łazienka oddzielona szklaną szybą od pokoju to porażka. Są co prawda dwie opuszczane rolety zasłaniające ale sam pomysł takiego rozwiązania w pokoju rodzinnym jest dla mnie niezrozumiały. W łazience brak wieszaków na ubrania i ręczniki. W pokojach nie można spożywać żadnego jedzenia kupionego na zewnątrz, o czym informują tabliczki rozmieszczone po całym hotelu.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Kommunikation. Durften sehr spät einchecken. Bequeme Zimmer. Die Lage ist perfekt für Pamukkale. Zu Fuss in 5 minuten bei Eingang zu Sehenswürdigkeiten Pamukkale. Parkmöglichkeiten.

WC hat nicht richtig Funktioniert.

Расположение, персонал помогал, откликался. Находится у подножья парка. Ночь с открытыми окнами, насекомых нет. Утром услышал горелки воздушных шаров, пролетали прямо над отелем, впечатляет.

Цена умеренная, недостатки выискивать не буду.

NO HAY RECEPCION 24 HORAS (Y NO TE LO DICEN EN EL MOMENTO DEL CHECK-IN), salí de fiesta y me llamaron a la 1 de la mañana a decirme que si no regresaba de inmediato tenía que dormir afuera.

Es un hotel regentado por una familia, que da un servicio muy cercano y acogedor. Tiene un sitio privilegiado en el pueblo y la comida es maravillosa.

This motel is located in a very good location near to pamukale water falls. The hotel is perfect regarding the price.

Right at the foot of the hill where the white terrain is, with only steps to the town entrance ticket office. It's a small village so you are also close to everything. The hotel has its own restaurant: Chinese cuisine which seems to be authentic and a Turkish/pizza place. I didn't eat there though. The room was good size for one person. Standard, everything worked. Ali at the reception was very helpful and welcoming. Good price for money if you decided to stay overnight in Pamukkale.

Furniture looked a bit old. The toilet seat was detached from the toilet itself, barely usable. The toilet itself functioned, though. Still a good deal in my opinion.

De locatie is perfect als je Pamukkale en Hierapolis wilt bezoeken ( 4 min met auto) Ontbijt van de kaart , dus apart betalen.

Faltou coberto no quarto, o que te disponibilizam não acompanhou o clima do lugar que estava frio. Não tem chaleira elétrica nos quartos.

Su ubicacion es ideal. Si vienes en coche de alquiler tiene un parking grande libre justo en frente. Su terraza exterior bajo los arboles es agradable cuando hace buen tiempo.

Instalaciones poco cuidadas. Las cortinas no cierran bien y dejaban pasar la luz de la mañana. En la ducha el desagüe está recortado directamente sobre el azulejo dejando un canto vivo con el que puedes cortarte.

Miły i niezwykle pomocny personel. Jestem niesamowicie wdzięczna. Przegapiłam swój przystanek, wysiadłam z busa w pośpiechu, zmęczona długą podróżą i zapomniałam o walizce w bagażniku... personel Ozbay Hotel odzyskał mój bagaż! 😍 Cały personel był bardzo przyjazny. Uroczy pies, który siada na krześle jest prawdziwą maskotką hotelu i restauracji. Jedzenie przepyszne! Zarówno śniadania, jak i dania główne. Syn stwierdził, że ten omlet jest lepszy, niż ten, który ja mu robię. Wyborne pieczywo. Kurczak słodko-kwaśny najlepszy, jaki w życiu jadłam! 🥰 Jedzenie jest tak pyszne, że nie jedliśmy nigdzie indziej na mieście. Tuż przed hotelem, po drugiej stronie ulicy startują balony o wschodzie Słońca. Wejście na Pamukkale również jest tuż obok.

Fugi w łazience nie są w najlepszym stanie. Suszarka do włosów nie działa, ale szybko zaoferowano nam nową. Szkoda, że nie było gdzie wysuszyć ubrań i ręczników po wizycie na Pamukkale.

L’emplacement est super si vous visitez le site historique( à 100m). Pratique pour voir le couché du soleil. Le personnel est souriant et accueillant. Nous avons aimé la cuisine du restaurant qui nous à paru bonne. Le parking gratuit juste en face de l’hôtel.

Wspaniała lokalizacja 3min pieszo od jednego z wejsc do Pamukkale. Blisko restauracje, bankomaty, sklepy, poczta. Wspaniały pies Héctor, dobra kuchnia i wspaniałe lokalne wino.

Nieszczelne okna ktore musialem zakleic zeby klimatyzacja dała rade ogrzać pokoj oraz okropnie wolny odplyw wody pod prysznicem to jedyne wady tej lokalizacji. Jesteśmy z dziewczyną w podróży autostopowej z plecakami. Po powrocie z zakupami zastaliśmy przed drzwiami napis informujący że nie wolno spożywać własnego jedzenia w pokojach.

Δε λειτουργούσε η τηλεόραση ενώ υπήρχε στις παροχές και δεν ασχολήθηκε κανείς με αυτό.

A 4 passi dal principale sito di interesse, vicino ai ristoranti (nel periodo in cui siamo stati il ristorante interno era chiuso). Soluzione economica, ma efficace.

男員工態度極差，淡季幾乎沒有客人，早上9點要求提早入住，被嚴厲拒絕，表明我為什麼要讓你這麼做（網站上回覆客人說房間允許提早入住沒問題），在外面乾等到12點才能入住，期間完全沒有客人退房或入住，他們就是坐在外面抽菸也不理你，房間內熱水壺髒

Ótima opção para um pernoite em Pamukkale. Funcionários extremamente simpáticos, que se preocupam em lhe atender bem. O quarto era um pouco datado, mas tudo funcionando, limpo e com cama confortável. Localizado excepcional, há poucos metros da entrada dos travertinos.

Para o pernoite, tudo foi ótimo.

La ubicación está muy bien porque está cerca de los restaurantes y de la entrada a los travertinos. La habitación no tenía tetera, se le pidió al chico de recepción y la trajeron sin problema. Estaba limpio pero no cuidan los detalles como el papel de la pared estaba roto, desconchones en la pared.

La nevera no funcionaba. En todos los hoteles que hemos estado por toda Turquía ponían agua en la habitación y este es el único que no ha tenido ese detalle.

Sencillo, para una noche estuvo bien.

The staff was super helpful, especially Ali, who booked my shuttle to the airport straight away, give me tips about how to see the park and a little ride. The hostel is 5min walk from the pamukkale park, near to different restaurants and with a comfortable room. Thank you ;)

Nous avons très bien été accueillis par le gérant. Ils nous a donné plein de bons conseils. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est au top, juste au pied des terrasses et du lac, c’est magnifique. La chambre est confortable.

Having no breakfast but understandably it was off season.

The location is great, exactly at the juncture going up the Travertine. The room is spacious and clean.

No mineral water provided. But is manageable, 24h grocery store is nearby. Breakfast is a bit tricky, not much shop open early.

就在棉花堡出口的门口

设施极其简陋，感觉很阴森，有点可怕，半夜有个女生一直尖叫，门口好几个男的在说什么，我们不知道发生了什么，不敢出去看。刚入住时老板一直说我们没付款，后来我坚持说自己付款了，折腾了很久老板才说我付了，实在不知道什么意思！最初定这家酒店是因为是个中国人开的，想顺便吃他家东北菜，没想到老板已经歇业了，这家虽然名字没变，但是完全两模两样。

位置距离棉花堡的中门非常近，后边就是小巴的车站，可以乘坐回代尼利兹的小巴车。从住宿的位置直接就可以看到棉花堡，整体的地理位置真的非常不错。出门的话周围买东西的也挺多，出门左拐到第二个口再左拐就有一个超市买东西，非常方便。住宿很舒适，还提供了烧热水的壶，洗浴的水还是挺热的。

如果能够提供拖鞋就更好了。

I paid online, and when I arrived at the hotel, they told me that they hadn’t charged my card because they never do that, and that I had to pay on-site. I paid—luckily with my card—so I have proof. When I got home, I checked my transactions and saw that I had been charged twice: once with my card through Booking and once with a different card at the hotel. I contacted both Booking and the hotel, and for the past two weeks, they’ve been telling me they will refund my money, but nothing has happened. I wonder how many people have experienced the same issue, as most probably don’t even check. I even saw another review with the same story, but they paid in cash, so they have no proof. It’s sad that things like this happen.
