La estancia fue genial en todos los sentidos. El personal fue casi lo mejor, muy atentos y amables en todo momento, lo hicieron todo muy fácil. La piscina, el desayuno, la ubicación, ideales. La habitación era amplia y con armarios para guardar bien la ropa.

Super właściciel obiektu- bardzo pomocny. Śniadanko lokalne, pokoje czyste.

Todo, el cuarto era amplio, limpio y las instalaciones estaban muy bien, tal cual en las fotos. El dueño fue muy amable el y su familia, nos hicieron sentir cómodos. Nos convidaron con comida local y hasta se ofrecieron para llevarnos al pueblo de regreso para tomar nuestro bus. 100% recomendable

A great, helpful host. A really nice, accessible swimming pool, lovely breakfast and easy, walkable distance downtown made my stay very comfortable :) I was very happy with a lovely, comfy room, too. If I ever come back, I will choose the same hotel for sure cos it had that nice, private vibe as well I even got a lift by a landlady when I was leaving - thanks a lot for your kindness!

Heel vriendelijke, hulpzame gastheer. Hij doet je echt thuis voelen. Verse Turkse thee krijg je er zo aangeboden. We hadden 1 grote familiekamer geboekt, maar kregen er 2 aangeboden zonder meerprijs omdat er een kamer vrij was. Dat was uiteraard comfortabeler voor ons.

хареса ми местоположението му. Домакинът бе изкючително любезен и мил. Закуската бе отлична. За категорията, в която е хотела, същия е много добър. Паркирахме пред хотела и нямаше никакви проблеми. Да, препоръчвам хотела и бихме се върнали отново в него.

Que nos facilitaron todo, llegamos cansadas nos hicieron una cena deliciosa, rápido, nos ayudó a hacer los paseos con un taxi. En un día hicimos todo. Y descansamos.

La escalera

The owner and his family are very friendly and warm. They shared fruits from their garden, fresh food and maintain an excellent accommodation. They also helped us find airport transfers. The location was excellent and at a walking distance from the travertines.

El dueño del lugar era un encanto y muy atento. Pudimos entrar en la habitación antes para poder cambiarnos.El alojamiento nos pareció muy acogedor,las vistas desde la habitación eran muy bonitas y la zona de desayuno al aire libre bajo unos techados con vegetación y el solecito fueron muy agradables. La piscina tambien muy bien. La habitacion bien, limpia y agradable, relacion calidad precio de lo mejor de nuestro viaje sin duda!

Las tumbonas quizá deberian renovar el colchon, ya que estaban algo sucias y es una pena porque el resto esta perfecto.

Las zonas exteriores, piscina y zona de desayuno son muy bonitas. El señor que cuida el alojamiento es muy amable e intentó ayudarnos con todo, nos dio un poco antes de tiempo la habitación y nos trasladó de forma altruista a la estación de autobuses de Denizli. Al desayuno no le falta detalle y estuvo muy muy rico.

Nuestra habitación tenía algunos defectos sobretodo en el techo del baño y había muchos muchos mosquitos, tantos que con el ruido de los mismos no descansamos bien. El precio de la habitación nos pareció un poco caro para lo que ofrece.

M’ha agradat tot. L’hotel és antic però té molt d’encant. Poder nedar a la piscina després d’un dia de calor va ser increíble. Vàrem poder sopar al menjador de la terrassa, a la fresca. L’esmorzar va ser molt bo i recent cuinat. El propietari va ser molt agradable.

Nice pool, wonderful service, clean room and decent breakfast. Fig trees around the neighborhood and an outdoor gym next door.

There was a smell from the bathroom which especially bothered my partner. He then kept the window open which let mosquitos in. The mosque speakers are quite close so we were woken up at 5.30am, not a huge issue since we were going to be up at 6am anyway but may be for others.

A kind, hardworking family is behind this business. The room is basic which must be expected at this price point (when we booked, it was the best price in its class). Our double economy room had 2 twin beds instead of the full bed we were expecting, a flat sheet covering the mattress, a pillow, and a duvet cover to sleep under. The shower had good pressure and temperature but the drains did not work efficiently. The floors had been swept in all of the obvious places. There were a few mosquitos in the room at evening and morning, so we kept the doors closed and used AC. The guest house is situated in a neighborhood with all the attendant soundscapes: children playing exuberantly, parents consoling crying infants, the moving call to prayer, all of which can be heard as clearly as if they were just outside your door. The host Serder provides helpful information about the area and can recommend tours very respectfully and without pressuring the guest. Refreshing pool with lounge chairs in the sun or tables with seating in the shade. Overall, this guesthouse felt more like visiting family at their vacation home than staying at a hotel—what it lacks in polish and refinement it makes up for in warmth and hospitality. Location information: The house is about a 5 minute walk from the main dolmus stop, 12 minute walk from the town entrance to the travertines, and 2-10 minute walk to restaurants and shops in town. If you go to the travertines at sunrise, you must go to the South Gate as it’s the only one that opens early—this is a 40 minute walk or we paid 350 lira for a taxi.

Hotel relativamente cerca del centro de pamukkale. Con una parada de bus saliendo a la carretera delante del supermercado pequeño. La piscina está muy bien.

No me gustó que no me dieran una información correcta antes de llegar a la estancia sobre la piscina de Cleopatra. Habitación un poco antigua con una luz del baño con una intensidad muy baja

The pool area was nice and was close to restaurants and the traventine pools.

The breakfast was very lacking, a few pieces of cucumber and tomato that looked like they had been out all night, a square of stone cold omelette and a stale pastry. only soluble coffee and powder milk. Both the owner and the cook were constantly smoking even while in the kitchen preparing food.

Abbiamo dovuto chiedere di cambiare le lenzuola al nostro arrivo perche quelle presenti erano sporche, cosa che è stata fatta. Pulizia non ottimale in generale

Abbiamo sfruttato la piscina, che è carina e rilassante. È stato molto piacevole poter fare un bagno dopo un lungo viaggio e poterla sfruttare anche la mattina successiva, prima della visita al sito di Pamukkale. Il signore che gestisce la struttura è stato gentile e disponibile.

Al nostro arrivo, abbiamo chiesto di pagare il soggiorno con la carta di credito e abbiamo visto che il prezzo era maggiore rispetto a quello sull’app di Booking. Abbiamo poi capito che veniva deliberatamente applicata una tassa del 2,9% e abbiamo quindi dovuto pagare in contanti. La colazione non era particolarmente entusiasmante e preparata la sera prima.

Colazione scarsa, latte fresco non presente. Camere non vengono rifatte. Camera con odore di umidità. Struttura vecchia, con scarsa manutenzione. Bagno in pessimo stato.

La atención del personal deja mucho que desear. Hicimos una reserva solo para poder tomar una ducha y dejar el equipaje sin usar la noche para dos adultos y una niña, desde el inicio se lo avisamos que podía él alquilarla y que íbamos con dos bebés que no nos dejaba añadir a la reserva pero por nuestra parte no había problema porque no necesitábamos camas, a lo que nos dijo que ok… a la llegada nos puso mil problemas y malas caras, que tienen que figurar… al enseñarle que se lo dijimos y dio ok daba otra excusa, que eso no servía, entiendo que pretendía sacar más dinero de ello… mandaba callar a la niña a las 10 de la mañana… no consumimos noche, ni desayuno y todavía quiere sacar más…

The staff members were okay. But the owner is just insane.

Irrational owner and terrible experience here. I have been traveling for 10 years with the school and this was the worst. I would recommend this place to NO ONE and the below is why. On our first day, we bought waters from outside because we are 41 altogether and the owner of the hotel told us to go refund these because they also sell waters. I asked if it is the same price and he said yes. But it turned out, it was not. He gave me a 500ml bottle and asked for 10 liras. The water we bought from outside was 23 liras and it was 5L bottle. I told him it is not the same price but he said it is the rule of the place that customers cannot bring any foods or beverages from outside. I told him I have never experienced these kind of hotels then he asked me if I have ever slept in 5 star hotel and they don’t allow customers to bring their drinks too. I told him yes, and they allow people to bring any drinks or beverages from outside. And they of course give out waters for free. On top of that, your hotel is not 5 star. Then he said he is going to let us bring waters from outside only this once. I was speechless. That night around 11 pm when I was about to sleep, he texted me thru WhatsApp asking if we were 40 altogether. I said yes. Then he said because I told him we were 39, I had to pay for one extra person. I said I know I told him we were 39 but one more joined our group later that day. But I see no point of paying you extra because we have paid for 40 beds. Our rooms had beds for 40 people, so why do I have to pay for the extra person? I understand if it was a double room and we were 3 people. I know then we have to pay extra but if we have 40 beds and we are 40, we do not need to pay anymore. Then he said I am funny and I still need to pay for that person. I eventually said okay and paid him because I did not want to upset him in any ways. As I wanted to do something for him more, I bought Pamukkale entrance tickets from him.

La posizione è molto comoda se si vuole raggiungere il sito di Pamukkale a piedi. Piscina piacevole ma con lettini non sufficienti a soddisfare tutti gli ospiti.

Abbiamo prenotato per una Suite Familiare ma all'arrivo ci hanno assegnato due camere doppie. Le camere avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturazione importante. Letti con testate vecchie e sporche. Wc con asse rotta. Mobile del bagno da sostituire. Doccia sporca e con flaconi di shampoo utilizzati dai precedenti occupanti. Ci é stato chiesto pagamento in contanti costringendoci così a prelevare.

Struttura carina e piscina piacevole. Camere spartane ma efficienti

La struttura è frequentata da un truffatore della ITT Tours che insiste in tutti i modi per vendere pacchetti di volo in mongolfiera in cappadocia. Basta vedere le recensioni di itt tours per capire che si tratta di truffe, o comunque di servizi super scadenti a prezzi neanche troppo convenienti. Il tizio dell’agenzia è di casa in questo albergo e tenta di circuire tutti i clienti

Personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarte en lo que haga falta. Por el precio que me salio la habitación me sorprendió que tuviera piscina el hotel, se agradece mucho la piscina a con el calor que hace en verano.

Es algo antiguo el hotel, pero que más puedes pedir por el precio que tiene.
