Selesa cantik bersih. Parking senang, hanya berjalan kaki sje nk ke menara taming sari, a famosa, bandar hilir tersgt² dekat.

Sangat selesa, penuh dengan kemudahan, senang untuk bergerak, parking yg luas dan selamat. Kebersihan amat bersih dan terbaik

Set per la colazione, rubinetto con acqua purificata in bagno. Doccino bidet Camera ampia ma pochi appoggi. Non c'è appoggio per due valigie. Prese USB e internazionali

Solo un'asciugamani grande a persona. Il bagno non da sensazione di pulitissimo anche se in realtà non c'è niente di particolarmente sporco. È solo un po' usurato.

Hotel Carino, non lontano dal centro, stanza pulita. Per poche notti va benissimo

● The kettle, cups, glasses & tray - not cleaned properly ● The Air-conditioning requires cleaning/servicing- filter is dirty ● Windows without a day curtain/sheer layer - It was impossible to draw the curtain open, as It exposes the interior openly. ● Parking under the bridge is not proper. Since the area is reserved for your hotels, you should have it resurfaced & line the lots properly. Place bright LED lights in the area for better security & safety.

Room is not soundproof. Was put in the room on ground floor, can hear noise from everywhere. The shower pipe and AC also very loud.

The travel bus didn't stop in front of the hotel. We have to walk distance. The hotel aircon was a bit smelly. The room phone is faulty. The door knob spoils.

Should have let me maintain where I had been staying for the 2 nights

Just a little disappointed as I did request to have the same room instead of shifting to another room ...the request was rejected ..however the front desk was kind to maintain same level n shift to another room which I feel was uncalled for as request had be made & notification was sent in advance .still I do appreciate the front desk assistance though it could be avoided for unnecessary inconvenience

Receptionist yang sorang tu masam je senyum pon tak nak..lagi 1 sebab tuala kotor di cas rm10 sedangkan tuala tu mmg dpt mcm tu..sya stay 2 mlm dah ltk kemas bilik sya bagi tau Cleaner tukar tuala dgn sampah je tp Cleaner x buat pon..kmi blk jln mlm bru tukar..nk chekout dia ckp tuala kotor tak pernah lagi dok hotel lain kna cas tuala kotor ni first time sedang kan kmi tak tau pon kotor tu..sapa² nk stay sini korang cek dulu btol² tak pasal² kna cas..walaupun hotel ni ok sory kmi takkan dtg lg stay sini

bilik bersih . aircond sejuk . paling best ada tempat parking khas untuk penghuni hotel menggunakan pass parking so tk pyh pening² kalau tkde tempat nak parking .. bilik air pun ok bersih . mempunya peti ais kecik . mempunyai wifi .. terbaik .. hotel pun dekat dengan dataran pahlawan so boleh jalan kaki je .. mempunyai kk mart berdekatan hotel .. ada juga beberapa kedai makan sarapan , makan tengahari dan juga makan malam berdekatan hotel .. malam sangat sunyi , tidak menggangu waktu tidur anda .. best sangat .. next time boleh repeat lagi ..
