Arrow Motel Apartments

This was a great stay, we were driving so wanted a motel. It provided comfortable and clean accommodation, located near enough to Nelson and the surrounding areas. Interesting to have the aeroplanes flying over but not a problem. Well kitted out kitchenette.

The location, motel were great. We went up to visit our grand daughter who is at boarding school. Easy to find, close to the beach close to the town with out having to be in the centre of town . We will.be staying at this motel again.

We stayed here for one night. Spacious, clean and quiet. It was warm and comfortable. The fact that all the rooms were full when we were there is reassuring that others feel the same

Good value. Quiet as not on a busy road. Backs onto Tahuna motor camp allowing access to the camp cafe and store.

Absolutely loved the proprietor. Very friendly and easy to work with! Clean rooms, and great location two minutes to beach. Cafe behind hotel and washer/dryer.

Silent at night. Spacious. 15 minutes walking distance to nice beach. Nice view from kitchen.

The staff were incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. Couldn't have asked for more.

Noise from the planes was a bit loud.

Strong cooking smell in the unit, while on my gravy stroke with my boy, the owner informed me that the cleaner forget her chocolate éclairs in the freezer 🤣🤣🤣🤣 go figure. Nz still needs to grow up, I'm sure the maori elite will do great works

We stayed at Arrow just before heading to the Abel Tasman walk and it had everything we needed. Very handy to airport and friendly owner

Lovely owner -unit ok but abit down in the tooth

I thought I was just a bit old dated like the spa really old and the furniture is really old and there was a funny smell in the room.

The location was fabulous and close to the beach and some lovely restaurants.

There didn’t seem to be enough car parks and the car parks that were there were quite small. I feel a number allocated to each unit would have been good for people to know which was their park.

It was comfortable and clean. You got what you paid for.

It was a motel room - quite small. No frills, no extras. One very small bath towel; no extra toilet roll. Everything was adequate.

Room was a bit dated with a lingering smell

My wife and I had a wonderful time at the arrow motel. David checked us in and was so accommodating. He gave us an upgrade on the room so that we wouldn't suffer in the heat due to the heat wave going through at the time. He also allowed us to check out later due to our flight arrangements. He was so friendly. The room was lovely and so clean! The staff at the Arrow do such a good job! The facilities in the room were great and well stocked. It was a wonderful time and I would highly recommend this accommodation if you are in the area.

It began with chatty and helpful David at checkin, who offered us an upgrade to an upper floor, larger suite with better airflow through the windows. He personally walked us over, and pointed out the cafe out the back gate right next door at the campground, and the bike rentals place beside it. And of course we could now see the sea too, 400m away. Big suite with comfy sofa, kitchenette, kithcen table and balcony with table and chairs too. Good sized bedroom with huge, comfy bed. Bathroom with good if creaky shower, instant heat and plenty of water pressure. Will definitely stay again if we ever return to Nelson.

They made me feel very welcome and at home from the very first minute. I love the fact that they are willing to go extra mile for everyone and make everyone feel special (as I've witnessed their attitude towards other guests too) Will definitely come back again :)

Great place stay to explore around Nelson. Staff (David) was super helpful. Very informative and kindly let us park our two motorbikes in the garage for safety. Highly recommend this place.
