The beds were directly under high window and very drafty... although we stayed in winter so wouldn't be a problem in summer stays

Would've been nice to have to extra bed made up and a duvet avaliable, not just a blanket for it. It's directly in the landing path for planes so its insanely loud. We weren't bothered but this could annoy others who like a sleep in or have young kids to try get to sleep early. As a FYI for maintenance - theres a hole in the left curtain and the fridge is cracked.

The family room isn’t very clear with the description. We booked a studio and a family room, studio was awesome and well equipped, heatpump, comfortable beds etc, the family room was the opposite. Small plug in heater that didn’t heat the room well at all, the beds were uncomfortable, and the room was dirty (food crumbs everywhere etc) was also horrified to climb into bed with a cockroach in it.

The price is a bit high and one of our towels seemed to have long black hairs on it which came off on us when using.

We were hampered by rain so the kids didnt get to explore more of the facilities on offer.

Poor lighting around the property. We checked in late and due to poor lighting, it was difficult to find the unit and we did not feel safe. The varied type of accommodations on the property do not suit us making us feel unsafe. Beds are old, worn out.
