食事の料理は、すごく良かった。 お風呂の待合場所も良かった。

1.部屋の電気について、部屋の入り口の灯りと部屋の灯りが、連動しており、部屋の入り口の灯りだけが消せない。 2.朝食の飲み物について、夕食と同じ、アップジュ−スやグレープジュ−スが欲しい。オレンジジュ−スでもいいと思います。

J’ai apprécié la proximité de l’hôtel avec l’autoroute. La chambre est grande propre. C’est très bien pour un hôtel étape de passage mais a y rester plus longtemps.

En revanche je trouve que 3 ascenseurs pour 13 étages c’est très peu le temps d’attente est long. Il y a aucun restaurant aux alentours et donc l’hôtel propose un dîner environ à 50€ par personne ce qui est hors de prix. La literie est vieillissante. Le personnel du matin pour le petit déjeuné ne parle pas anglais.

お部屋は広々としていてベッドも室温も快適。お料理も美味しくて、いろんな種類が楽しめました。朝食は時間ごとに予約制になっており、人数別に席のある方向を指示されていました。広い会場、たくさんの方にも関わらず、広々と食事を楽しむことができました。

混雑していたせいなのか、お風呂から上がって水分補給の際の機械の水が切れていたこと。たまたまかと思います。

縁日がやっていて、良かったです。

チェックインまでに時間がかかっりましたが、仕方ないと思っています。

以前に比べて、施設に細かい傷みや汚れが目に付くようになってきている。

エレベーターが本当にひどい。高齢の母は風呂から部屋に帰るのに30分以上かかった。 また、風呂がぬるい。松代荘は風呂が熱くて快適だが、メルキュールさんはぬるすぎる。

部屋は広く開放感があり良かったです。

朝食が時間予約先着順でそんなシステムとも知らず16時ぐらいにチェックインしたら朝8:30以降の枠しかとれませんでした。予定の関係で食べられませんでした。あと室内は綺麗ですが廊下がめちゃ汚い。

手続きがシステマチックでスムーズに行えて良かった｡3階のウェルカムドリンクも良かった。

料理の味付けは期待を下回るものがいくつかあった。（チキンカレー、グリーンカレー、マーボ豆腐、チャーハン等）

スタッフが子どもに優しくて親切でした。 スタンプラリーに缶バッチ作り、お菓子掴み、食後にキャンディをもらえて子どもも楽しく過ごせました。 朝も夜もご飯が美味しかったです。スタッフの方々がしっかり見ているので、品が無くなるとすぐに追加されるのが素晴らしかったです。 ベッドもふかふかでした。

エレベーターが3台、従業員用が1台ありましたが、待ち時間が長かったのは少し大変でした。 お盆のハイシーズンだからか、洗い場も混雑で列ができていました。 ですが、そんなことよりスタッフさん方が皆優しくて親切だったので、不満はないです!

朝食が美味しかった。ゆっくりと食事ができた。スタッフの方の全般的な気配りが良かった。忘れ物の対応も丁寧だった。

3階トイレが壊れていて、便器の水が溢れて水浸しだった。見た様子では、他の宿泊者が拭いたようなあとがあり、長時間放置されていたかもしれなかった。 部屋に蜘蛛がいたので、驚いた。

夕食朝食ともに最高でした！今までで最高のご飯でした！ ホテルの中もいい香りがしてとても気分が良かったです。 何の香りか教えてほしいです。 また行こうと思います！

エレベーターが混んでいてなかなか乗れないのでほとんど階段で移動しました。

オールインクルーシブがお得感ありとても良い。サウナもありとても満足。

早朝のチェックアウトで朝食は不要だったが、食事はセット料金で支払う事に。オプション料金が割り引きならよかったな。

In the words of my daughter "how is this 3 star???" A well managed, well presented large format Ryokan style hotel. Loved the onsen and the large complimentary lounge and play space. Great for families.

There wasn't anything I didn't like, I would only note it's a 20 minute drive from the city.

夕食はたべなかったのですが朝食は種類もかなり多く大満足です。部屋も広く使い安かったです。 長野に来たらまたここに泊まりたいと思います。

アルコール、ジュースやお菓子など簡単なものが食べ飲み放題と記載しましたが、客が多く、入りづらく、アルコール、特にビールは早々に無くなっていて結局は飲めない所。それでも子供達は嬉しかったようです。

I.C.からのアクセスが良く、便利。 急な旅の予約でも泊まれたのがありがたった。 非常にお安く泊まれて、食事の質も満足行くものでした。コスパ最高 宴会場数室が無料ラウンジ（休憩所？）になっていたので、人目を気にすることなく飲み物とスナックを楽しみました。 スタッフさんが常に清掃していて、清潔感がありました。 インバウンドの団体さんが多くで圧倒されましたが、ルールを守る方たちばかりで不快な思いをすることもありませんでした。

眺望：４Fの高速側の部屋を案内いただきましたが、眺望はいまひとつでした。 キャパオーバー：大型宿泊施設だけに、団体客のチェックイン後の3基しかないエレベーターの混雑で客室に戻る時間がかかりました。 動線が長い：朝食会場の大混雑で料理のある部屋から離れた場所を案内されたので食事会場と料理会場の往復を余儀なくされバイキングを楽しめませんでした。 料理の供給遅れなど：大皿の料理もすぐになくなってしまい、列に並ぶ人も多く、常に大混雑のなか選ぶ時間だけで割り当て食事時間1時間の半分を費やしました。

Super fint hotel, beliggende udenfor Nagano. Dejlig udsigt til bjergene fra værelset. Utroligt venligt og imødekommende personale. God morgenmads- og aftenbuffet.

The things I liked about Mercure Nagano Matsushiro Resort & Spa were the big and spacious room, the very nice and relaxing view, and the clean and quiet atmosphere. It was a comfortable and peaceful place to stay.

The things I didn’t like were that the hotel is quite far from the city center, and the free shuttle service has very limited operating hours. I also found the bed not very comfortable to sleep on.

Huge Room with a pleasant view

Room size and shuttle to and from the hotel to Nagano station. Close to supermarket.

The buffet for breakfast and dinner, very crowded. The times the shuttle ran, first come first on,no bookings, otherwise taxi to station is 5000 yen. No restaurants close by.

初めて泊まりました。子どもたちもお泊り楽しかった。お風呂も気持ちかったし、朝のバイキングも美味しかった。また、泊まりたいといってました。また、家族で夏に泊まりにいきたいです

Staff were lovely. Very friendly and keen to help in any way. Excellent little supermarket just across the road. Breakfast was varied and great food. If you can go to breakfast later as the buses have all moved on. No crowds! Onsen is wonderful as is the “happy hour” in the lounge.

Taxi into Nagano station cost $60 and takes up to 1/2 hour. Bit far out. Free shuttle runs at odd times and doesn’t start till 8:15am. The dinner buffet was very crowded due to the number of tourist buses that arrived at dinner time. Not really worth the cost. The only other option was Sushi from the supermarket across the road.

Nice size for Japanese style rooms. Great lounge with snacks and drinks, nice onsen, and activity rooms for kids. Walking distance to castle ruins with lit up sakura.

It's quite far from the main town but there is a convenient shuttle bus - just check the times so you dont miss it.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Personal war super nett. Das Hotel schon etwas älter, jedoch in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Von Matsuhiro kommt man mit dem PKW überall gut hin. Der Ort bietet selbst einige Highlights. Unbedingt ein bisschen Zeit hier einplanen. Die Gegend ist zu schade, wenn man nur die Snow Monkeys und Matsumoto auf dem Plan stehen hat.

Nagano Stadt fanden wir nicht wirklich sehenswert, ausgenommen der Tempelanlage. Wir waren über den Preis für das Dinner etwas überrascht, obwohl das Essen war super.

まず、館内全体において水が出ないという深刻な不具合が発生しており、宿泊施設としての基本的な機能が果たされていない状況でございました。4つ星クラスのホテルとしては到底容認できるものではなく、非常に遺憾に存じます。 さらに、夕食ビュッフェに関しましても、長時間の待機を強いられたうえ、料理の補充がほとんど行われておらず、十分な食事が提供されていない状況でございました。夕食代をお支払いしているにもかかわらず、サービスが対価に見合っていないと感じております。 これまで日本国内で数多くのホテルを利用してまいりましたが、このような対応は極めて稀であり、大変失望しております。

朝食会場は混んでいたので、食後にコーヒーはお部屋に持って帰りゆっくり飲もうとしました。紙コップがなくて若い日本人女性スタッフに聞いたら「持ち帰りはやってめせん」と即答しながら手で❌️をされてしまいました。ホテルは立派だけど、職員教育は行き届いていないようでした。人手不足で職員教育も顔色を伺いながら行なっているのかとも思いますが、外国人スタッフの方が気持ちの良い対応でした。ま

The afternoon drinks in the foyer was a nice touch

That we took a very long local bus from train station with heaps of stops when their was a free hotel shuttle that we had not been told about. We never recieved any information regarding our stay prior to arrival. No info about check in or other things we usully recieved from other hotels. Very annoyed about not being informed about hotel shuttle, and we wernt made aware of it by staff on arrival, either were other guest that travel on same local bus, then a 10min walk with pur luggage from closet bus stop. We only found out about shuttle from a small sign in the lobby. Also no information was given about buffet dinner or breakfast, again saw a sign while waiting for elevator. No info given on check in and none in the room.

A big room, comfortable bed, great shower and great views. The free shuttle to and from the station was excellent as it was a 30 min transfer.

Lack of cafes or restaurants in immediate area. There was a supermarket over the road so this provided good options for snack meals.

This is a big hotel that has seen better days. Everything is worn and dated, but clean. However, the views of the mountains are amazing. The wifi was is terrible in the evening. There was a free happy hour until 6pm, and it was packed with groups from tour buses . There is a hotel buffet restaurant for dinner, but most people we saw walked to a nearby supermarket or convenience store and bought take away meals, that they warmed in the microwave oven supplied in the hotel lobby area. We were told the nearest restaurants were a 20 minute walk away. Our room was large by Japanese standards. There was also an on-site onsen that many people used. Breakfast was good but a bit of a crowd frenzy. Try to get there early. Overall, it was OK but not of the standard we expected of a Mecure hotel.

Great rooms and awesome food. Spa was added bonus. Shower water pressure was fantastic.
