The staff were honestly one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly and attentive. A special mention to Brent, who checked us in and was so helpful throughout our stay. He gave us great recommendations on things to do and events happening in the area, which we really appreciated.

The room, especially the bed was full of dust and one window could not be closed. There was just one towels for the bathroom.

Beautiful location. Wonderful staff and host. They even assisted me with my laundry 🧺.

1. The room smelled mouldy, which triggered my sinuses. Nonetheless, it was a nice secluded room with a patio 👌🏽 2. Breakfast could have been done better 🙏.

The smell of the room was not pleasant , I booked two room and they were far apart. The rooms were cold.

The room was clean and very comfortable. Towels are pure white and vert soft. I always stay at this place every time I travel to EL. Their English breakfast "clock-it" I will always book with them

Many changes since the last time we visited. Previous manager went Len went out of his way to make us comfortable. The rooms really need an upgrade, water takes ages to get hot when showering, shower head need to be replaced.

Cleaners didn't refill the toilet paper we had to use our own and they should also put a new shower cap after disposing the old one.

Sad thing that breakfast is served till 9am weekdays we did not read from the wall in our room it would be nice if the host reminds guests or tell them to check times on the wall, we missed it the second day and the way the breakfast is very nice I was sad 😅 Please checkout the shower drain, it drains slowly and the sliding door does not lock sometimes..otherwise lovey stay!! Thank you

There was no electricity on our first night and no backup generator for at least the lights and it was pitch black dark. It least we could have gotten was candles to light up the rooms.

The location is 3 min off the N2 and close to all major attractions. The rooms are clean and it has a super pool area for kids.

Everything went well we booked for my birthday weekend, and we got there we were upgraded to one of their executive suites and I must say that made our stay even more pleasant. Not to forget their amazing breakfast!

-The TV stays on even when off with a bright glare -Random high pitched sound from the plugs every 20 minutes -Only one wine glass for 2 people? -3 milk sachets for 2 people? -Tv decoder too high, inaccessible -TV speakers are blunt and very monotone -Noises in the middle of the night outside the unit, hardly could sleep. -Policy says no parties but people playing music after midnight

The throw on the bed was dirty. The room had a bad smell. The toilet is not sealed. Whatever smell is in the toilet fills up the whole room. The fan in the bathroom is noisy.

Staff were very accommodating and we appreciated the upgrade to the family room. It is a beautiful location with lovely views. The breakfast was tasty.

The pillows could be a bit firmer for all of us.

The No Visitors Allowed policy

The River Suite was fully equipped for our 5-day stay. The location is a 10/10, with breathtaking views from both the room and deck, even in the evening, making it the perfect spot for stargazing. Overall, it’s a beautiful, peaceful, green retreat, with a spacious room and a gorgeous bathroom.

Some evenings were quite chilly. Perhaps some type of heating system would work for a more comfortable stay in the colder seasons.

I was quiet happy with the hospitality, the accommodation was also what was shown and advertised on the website and more.

The entertainment, the tv did not have a tv box and was not a smart tv to be able to access Netflix, showmax or google chrome.

My room was dirty from the front door and the smell inside the room was horrible, the room mat was smelling bad and we received dirty towels and I told the guy that was on duty about the towels, he told us he doesn’t have the clean ones.
