Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums - was aber eher vorteilhaft ist, wenn man nur auf der Durchreise ist. Es liegt nicht direkt am Highway, weshalb man diesen Lärm nicht hört. Leider aber den Lärm von einer Baustelle nebenan, wo ein Hotel gebaut wird. Parken war kein Problem. Das Frühstück war gut. Das kleine Schwimmbad und den Hot Tub haben wir genutzt und waren dort sogar alleine. Schön nach einem anstrengenden Tag.

Der Frühstücksraum ist ziemlich kein für die Größe des Hotels, gleichwohl haben wir ohne Probleme einen Platz bekommen. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist geprägt von anderen großen Hotels und Einkaufszentren. Das war uns aber bewußt und kein Problem, da wir ohnehin nur auf der Durchreise waren.

Wir 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder haben das Hotel als Zwischenstopp auf unserer Rundreise gewählt. Es light direkt am Highway und ist für eine Nacht super! Das Zimmer war schön groß, die Betten waren sehr bequem und es gab genügend, saubere Handtücher und Bademäntel! Der Pool und Whirlpool war eine Wohltat nach der Fahrt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker!! Es gab zu jederzeit kostenlos Wasser, Tee, Kakao oder Kaffe! Sogar frisches Obst stand immer bereit! Sehr toll!!

Room sizes were good and so were the beds. Breakfast was actually ok which was nice.

In the middle of an IT upgrade. So a few issues with the guest printer and the guest laundry wasn’t available. But hopefully these will be fixed soon.

The staff at the hotel are excellent; we had an unexpected stop in Kamloops due to car trouble and they allowed us a late check out without extra charge so that we weren't waiting in the lobby with our luggage while the repairs were being finished. The breakfast was very good, and they continued to restock/replenish the items until 15 minutes before the breakfast ended. They also clearly labelled the allergens in all of the foods, and had a variety of options available for those with food allergies/intolerances (including oat, almond and soy milk for coffee/cereal).

The hotel was very expensive, and it's not in a great location. I thought the decor was very uninspiring, and not particularly welcoming, cozy, or inviting. I also note that, despite advertising "Free Wifi", they actually only provide very basic service for free, which isn't suitable for streaming music or shows. If you want to be able to stream music or shows without constant interruptions you need to "upgrade" to paid Wifi, which is a very poor business practice for such an expensive hotel.

Breakfast was better than most hotels. It would be nice to have a non-pork meat option, but I totally understand if they dont. Staff very friendly, helpful. Clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. Of course, who doesn't want a fuller breakfast -- but can't really complain.

the room were very spacious and well thought of. The beds were comfortable and good quality of pillows and blankets were provided. The hotel is very conveniently located near to the highway, restaurants and Costco :) . they were cleaning out door area well, even in snowy conditions.

Breakfast - limited and repeated options daily. we got bored on the 2n and eventually on 3rd day. Cleaning - Ok O. We opted every other day, but that also had to be reminded. Number of towels for 4 guests for 2 days was very limited and we had to renew or re-use. Swimming pool: is very small not suitable for more than 1-2 families or bigger kids.

Our deadbolt didn’t lock and, when brought to the mangers attention, he was dismissive about it. Found a tape-type bandaid buried under the sheets that had hair on it and was clearly there awhile. My husband was bit by something in the night.

It was close to the freeway and breakfast had some of the best hotel bacons I’ve ever had (great crunch)

The breakfast was amazing, size of room and cleanliness was excellent. The bathroom was also very nice.

The intense smell of the lobby air freshener! It was over the top and caused me to have an asthma attack and headaches. That was very bad…and you are putting your front desk staff at risk breathing that all day. Then on the day of checkout, the elevator was heavily scented. https://www.lung.ca/lung-health/scents We were also unimpressed by the lack of glass and china cups in the room.

Great clean hotel located close to Aberdeen Mall and easy walk to food and uptown shopping. 5 min to downtown.

For us the best thing with this property was the bed!! We honestly felt like we were sleeping on a cloud - best bed we’ve ever slept on. Also had a lovely breakfast set up with a good range of different foods.

The location was sort of away from everything but there’s not much in Kamloops so lucky we had a car. We’ve been nice to have more staff around for breakfast and helping with things.

Fairfield Marriotts rarely disappoint. A reliable level of quality and comfort, quiet hallways and simple check in and check out. This location was no different. Room was spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean. Fridge in room was appreciated and the breakfast had a good selection.

Enjoyed our stay

Very clean and spacious hotel, within easy walking distance to a couple of restaurants. Check-in staff were very friendly and explained about the hotel facilities available, including the free buffet breakfast, which was very comprehensive, with lots of choice. I must say the breakfast staff kept on top of clearing away the used dishes used by the guests. They worked very hard! Car parking is free, and there are plenty of spaces. Only downside for us was the road outside, which is very close to one side of the hotel, and can be quite noisy at busy times during the day. However, it didn’t disturb our sleep at all during the night. Just ask for a room facing the car park.
