Lovely and comfortable stay at the Bali hotel. The hotel was clean and well presented. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. Included breakfast was fantastic, you choose the day before and it is cooked for you on arrival to breakfast in the morning. Would recommend this place !!

Good environment, equipment and the service are worth for guest

the aircon and dryer didn’t work properly, we have to called them to fix it . some of the hinge in the room was dropped of. the front desk guy was nice but the lady name start with “R” who served us on 22 of aug attitude was bad, she was impatience and asking for the card wallet in a bad manner.

We had such a wonderful stay here! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome with their friendly, accommodating service. ​Our room was absolutely fantastic, but the ultimate highlight was definitely the private koi pond attached right to our bedroom. Both the bedroom and bathroom were amazingly spacious. Plus, breakfast was served in our room! ​It is clear the hotel takes immense pride in its property, as the entire grounds and facilities are well maintained. To top it all off, the in-house spa facility was incredible and provided the perfect way to cap off a relaxing day. ​Everything about this stay made for an unforgettable babymoon getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

Das Hotel ist wunderschön gestaltet und die ganze Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und den ganzen Tag werden Tee und Kaffee angeboten. Wir hatten eine Massage, die auch sehr gut war.

Es war ein bisschen hellhörig.

La struttura è molto bella e particolare. Lo staff accogliente e buona anche la colazione. La camera spaziosa, pulita e ben arredata in modo originale.

It is a nice ambiance with the wooden elements and the indoor garden and fish pond.

It was a bit far from the old town, and it is a shame they don’t serve dinner. But for 1-2 days we think it was a great stay.

Just staid for one night, building is gorgeous and staff amazing. Room are big and very comfortable and quiet.

Ipoh Bali Hotel heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen! Een prachtig hotel, zoals verwacht helemaal in Balinese stijl. Iets verder uit het centrum van Ipoh maar nog steeds slecht een kort taxi ritje. De kamers waren van alle gemakken voorzien en brandschoon. Onze enige tip: vermijd kamer 002. Deze is geoefend áán de receptiehal en pal naast de familiekamer. Daardoor geluidsoverlast. Na een nacht konden wij moeiteloos en met een grote glimlach verhuizen naar een rustigere kamer. Geen enkele moeite!

Good place to relax you mind and body

The room is very spacious, and the staff were so helpful. The food is good, and we love the concept of the hotel. The parking space was limited, but it was sufficient for the guest.

The hotel facilities were inadequate, the price was over 500 yuan, the breakfast was unappetizing, no bathrobes were provided, the towels were worn out, and the overall comfort was mediocre. A bit disappointing!

Service was good. Staff went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and even organised a small birthday celebration once they knew it was one of our party's birthday. Room was clean and very comfortable. Will definitely come back.

Sehr nettes Hotel mit schöner Ausstattung. Frühstück gibts im Garten - man kann aus vielen leckeren Varianten auswählen. Man darf die Koi- Fische vor dem Gartensitzplatz füttern. Sehr nettes Personal.

I love my room, spacious, clean and well curated bali theme. The best part was balcony with swing and fish pond. the koi fishes were very friendly and healthy! Would definitely recommend to others.

Really beautiful hotel with character and all amenities you would expect in a 5* hotel. Staff have been very helpful. We arrived early and the staff let us leave our luggage and it was ready in our rooms on our return. Breakfast was excellent. No complaints and highly recommended.

The hotel is situated in the housing area. The landscape, water fountain and the fish pond is pretty. I feel relaxed and peaceful watching the fish and hearing the sound of water running. The breakfast is not like the typical buffet breakfast. They serve a good bali style breakfast, and you still can get a free flow of beverages, cereal and toast. For people who are looking for something new and peaceful, I think you guys can try this hotel.

The atmosphere is amazing. Very clean, cozy. I can't believe this hotel is located in Ipoh, not in Bali! Love it.

The hospitality of staff especially receptionist (Raidah) deserves so much credit for making this less hassle and perfectly arranged.. From online booking to payment assistant from her made us feel so welcomed and it was worth to pay for the facility and service she provided. No SOUR face no any discomfort handling other race and good explanations. Thank you Raidah and Bali team.

Price is quite competitive with options available around but it's ok if the staff is good 👍 H

There’s nothing here that we don’t like

Nice style hotel, comfortable room and proximity to Ipoh town but not walking distance.

The air conditioning was directly blowing air on the face and was difficult to control. TV channels with outdated programs. Also, the breakfast area is very hot with open air and no air conditioning. No lounge area to rest while waiting for transport only uncomfortable furniture. I did not like that reception staff wanted to keep my deposit because of small make up stain on towel. A bit unprofessional of her. Please do better hospitality. The man at the reception was much better. The hotel is also not flexible to refund my hotel stay when my husband could not join me due to Middle East closed air space. Most hotels other hotels are more flexible. So do better Bali Hotel administration. Service staff for rooms and breakfast were excellent.

Our room was gorgeous, the koi fish being the cherry on top. What a joy to watch them swim. Breakfast was also very good, served at the table outside our room, overlooking the fish. Everything was spotlessly clean and the staff was really kind and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay.

Honestly, nothing to complain about. The hotel is beautiful, cosy and the people there make the experience even better!

Hotel carino, particolare la vasca dei pesci, anche se un po rumorosa durante la notte. Buona la spa. Molto buono il ristorante dall’altra parte della strada.

La colazione a mio avviso è deludente, le camere non sono insonorizzate e si sente TUTTO quello che dicono e fanno quelli della stanza accanto, anche i colpi di tosse! Lo staff a mio avviso è stato un po’ sgarbato, dovevamo ancora fare il check out e una signora ha annunciato al microfono che potevano pulire la nostra stanza, non l’ho trovato cortese.

Having to order breakfast the day before and the actual breakfast was very disappointing. If you like big cooked breakfast you are ok but otherwise little fruit. White cheap bread / cereals and marmalade was only choice. Sound proofing , heard long telephone conversation of man in room next to ours 2 nights.

I like the vibes! Unfortunately i only had 1 night! Will stay there again if i ever go Ipoh!

La habitación es amplia y confortable. La cama es cómoda; tranquilo y perfecto para descanso. El desayuno muy bueno; lo decides el día anterior y te lo preparan al momento. El personal del desayuno es muy amable. Tiene un baño espectacular. El patio interior es muy bonito.

No es posible caminar hacia los sitios, pero es buen lugar para Grab de cara a moverse.

Lot's to say, the bathrooms are not ideal for older adults as you have skip inside to take a shower eventhou you put the hose but the floor is too slippery, as Booking.com stated while I book the stay "pay at properties" but unfortunately the payment was already deducted before I reached the hotel!!! To expensive spa and massage!! The breakfast was fine but the alart options it's a bit troublesome, no any convenient store nearby no in house food option, its just the koi fish and bathtub!

The environment is very relaxing and calming. You could really see the bali theme that was stated. The rooms were very spacious and the breakfast options and items were wonderful. Definitely recommend if anyone is looking for a hotel in ipoh. Enjoyed my stay here so much ! 😊😁

Service. I requested that breakfast be served in the room, but that I would call the front desk when I was ready for breakfast. I was woken by very loud and non stop knocking of doors and then a loud ringing of the room phone. I was totally annoyed. Actually guests staying in Ipoh arent interested in Breakfast. I stayed for 2 nights. My first morning was disrupted by the service staff. The final morning I requested for packed fruits instead of breakfast, and went out for a meal.

Schönes Hotel, aber ein bisschen abseits zum Zentrum. Im Hotel selber sowie in der Umgebung kann man wenig machen.

Hele mooie ruime kamers die ontzettend stijlvol zijn ingericht. Heerlijke bedden en super schoon. Heerlijke overnachting hier gehad.

De stad Ipoh viel erg tegen maar daar kan het hotel natuurlijk niks aan doen
