Godt utvalg ved frokost! Personalet var hyggelige og oppmerksomme. De var også svært hjelpsomme med baggasje og rom. Sentral beliggenhet, men de tilbød shuttle opp til torget som var veldig kjekt da det var veldig varmt. Bassenget var godt å kjøle seg ned i og god service fra baren. Utsikten fra bassengområdet var helt nydelig!

Location was perfect - approx 10mins into town centre up some stairs however there was a car transfer ( free ) at our disposal. Pool was lovely with a food & drink available. We had breakfast in room served on the patio which was fantastic. Staff very friendly & helpful.

I thought a coffee machine would be a good addition to the room - surprised there wasn’t one. Also an iron or steamer would be useful.

Great location with free and plentiful car parking which for the Amalfi coast is rare; only a 10minute walk into Ravello itself Room was a good size with a great sea view and very clean Swimming pool was a prefect size, staff were tentiful and very helpful, always enough sun loungers to go around Breakfast was continental style which all the options you would ever need with fantastic coffee Gardens were kept lovely and the whole hotel was extremley clean and well looked after This is my second stay in the last couple of visits to Ravello at Villa Piedimonte and I would go back again deffinatley

TV channels were sparse kept dropping out of signal after 10-15minutes which was very frustrating, the toiletries were limited, for a woman travelling make sure you bring your own products My main concern was the way you had to get into the shower / bath, this was precarious and I have long legs being over 6ft tall; as the bath side was was approx. a foot wide with the bath having a slippery surface. The hotel did provise a grab rail but some form of step would be a better option. Breakfast didn't open until 07.30 which for ourselves 07.00am would be better

Beautiful location for exploring Ravello and the Amalfi Coast. Stunning views, beautiful shared area for breakfast and a fabulous swimming pool. The staff were kind, generous with their time and extremely helpful. Great choice for breakfast and delicious coffee. Facilities available in the room were excellent and the room service was fast and delicious.

They had a problem with the wifi in the whole hotel during all of our stay and it seems like the rooms are not very well taken care of - in the bathroom mostly.

Gorgeous hotel in a perfect position with an amazing view. The shuttle bus was great, popping us up the hill to dine at beautiful restaurants in Ravello and then stroll back to hotel in the night. Lovely spacious clean rooms. Friendly helpful staff.

Unprecedented views, helpful and attentive staff, unexpected but welcomed shuttle service to/from the town, beautiful pool, food/drink service straight to poolside, hotel organised transfers to/from amalfi port, great breakfast, lovely coffee, beautiful building. We had the pool area almost to ourselves the entire time No fighting for sun beds etc.

I stayed at the hotel for three nights while attending a conference. The breakfast was excellent, and my room was spacious and very clean. The mattress was quite firm, which I personally liked. I also ordered room service, and the fresh lasagna was good. The view from the hotel is absolutely beautiful. On the first night, I did not hear any other guests at all, although on the second night I could hear the guests in the adjacent room, so the soundproofing is not complete. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would be happy to return, although perhaps during the off-season, as the hotel is quite expensive.

It could have been much cleaner, and even when we asked them to reclean, they still missed bits. We were given a €30 voucher as compensation. There was a huge leak in the shower that went all across the bathroom floor.

Villa Piedimonte is a fantastic place to stay in Ravello. The views are breathtaking, the rooms are spotless and modern, and the housekeeping, reception, and concierge teams are genuinely excellent. The complimentary shuttle to and from the main Ravello bus stop near Piazza Duomo is a huge bonus, especially in a hill town like this. From there, it’s very easy to reach Amalfi using several public or private transport options. We used the Amico Shuttle and found it wonderfully convenient: reliable, comfortable, and the bus was properly air‑conditioned, which made the ride down incredibly pleasant. A peaceful hotel with world‑class views and staff who really care. Highly recommended.

Nice location, walking distance to the square.

It was a little dated and run down, the CCTV & electric gate made it like a prison. The staff were quite stand off ish. Bedroom was dull. We booked via booking.com and was told would be a pool view room… it wasn’t! It was 2 very hard single beds pushed together with a very dated dirty disabled shower which hugely let the room down. The soap/coffee facilities weren’t topped up at all during our stay.

We’ve visited Villa Piedimonte four times now, and have our fifth visit booked. We love the location - slightly down the hill in Ravello with amazing views and parking. You do get the sights and sounds of Italy (barking dogs and scooters or people) but we love this. The free shuttle can take you up to the town or it’s a very short walk (which we think is perfectly manageable for us). The walk back down after dinner is lovely with the view at nighttime! We’ve stayed in both Comfort suite and Deluxe suite - most recently the Deluxe. Rooms are very clean, well looked after and lots of space. We have loved our terrace! Staff here are excellent. Have sorted restaurant bookings for us and looked after everything we needed. Have connections for scooter or car hire too. Pool is lovely and the staff on the pool are also great - really looked after us during our stay! We will be back!

Spectacular views. We were literally above the clouds. Separate living room and bedroom was a nice addition. Lovely pool area. Very good breakfast. A good selection of breakfast items.

It was difficult to get out of the bathtub because the rim was so wide. There was some trash left in the room by the previous guest.

The view, the staff and the breakfast were amazing. It's just a little far from the square where we had to be a lot for the wedding and dinners so there was a lot of walking and taxis. But the hotel itself is amazing.

The bed is not very comfortable but that could be just this room. I have no idea.

Amazing view from room balcony as well as breakfast area. Loved seeing the water and hearing church bells below each morning.

We stayed at this hotel for three days and really loved. The view is beautiful. If you book a room with a balcony, you’ll have your own private, magazine cover photo view. The accommodations were super clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were attentive and helpful. Place has parking, and the breakfast is Western-style.

We stayed in a Deluxe Suite and it was huge - probably we didn't need that much space, but lovely anyway. It had a large private grass terrace overlooking the sea. It was in a block near the entrance, away (20 yards) from the main building - probably a good thing as there were dogs barking near the main building which we didn't hear in the room. Breakfast was great with a real fruit smoothie - other hotels on our trip only gave you orange squash, yuk. We also had dinner in the hotel - lovely food, cooked just for us, and at a price a third of the hugely overpriced Garden restaurant where we ate the following night. Though it is not in the actual town centre (being down a hill from it) we had included parking and you could call for the included shuttle both up and down any time up to 8.30 pm, which we used throughout our stay. Everyone on the staff was very friendly, it was a great place to stay.

Location was acceptable, and the atmosphere and guests were very pleasant. The views are nice overall, but there are several items that need attention for a better guest experience. The rooms had a few quirks that should be addressed. The hot water comes and goes and would not stay hot for more than about two minutes. The air conditioner could not be controlled by guests, so we had to call the front desk each time we were too cold or too hot. Several towels provided had what appeared to be blood-like stains. Our room (#201) was also affected by dogs from a neighboring property that barked continuously throughout the morning. Additionally, the luggage rack in the room was too narrow for a normal-sized suitcase. Overall, the property has potential and pleasant surroundings, but these issues impacted the stay.

Had a lovely big room with a view. I think a deluxe or a suite. Was beautiful - actually larger than I needed. The pool area was nice, and breakfast was good. Parking is a bit tricky but good to have.

Pricey, but I guess that's Ravello for you. Loses marks because the opening hours of the pool are very limited, only opens at 9am in the morning so you can't swim before breakfast. And shuts at 7pm so you can't swim in the evening really either. Also be aware that it is about 10 minute walk up a narrow steep road to the town centre. Fine if you're fit, not if you're older / slower. They have a free shuttle to take you up there if you book it, but not to bring you back I don't think. Restaurant didn't seem to be very good (both the room and the menu) so we went into town)

The hotel and property were beautiful and our view from our terrace was amazing. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast in their bistro was great. Very close to the center of Ravello.

Quarto grande e confortável, uma vista espetacular, cama confortável, banheiro grande e vem limpo, localização ótima, a 15 minutos a pé do centro de Ravello, mas o hotel oferece shuttle para os hospedes, o que é excelente. Café da manhã muito bom. O hotel oferece serviço de quarto para o jantar, com comidas muito gostosas, vale a pena. Todos os funcionários muito educados, prestativos e atenciosos.

Lovely hotel with helpful staff. By chance we stayed in an accessible room and were impressed with how usable it would be for someone in a wheelchair - complete with a dedicated bathroom! Excellent continental breakfast with eggs, bacon, breads, pastries, fruit, granola, juice, and cappuccinos. A nice pool and pool deck, though in April it's only really useable around midday, because by mid afternoon the hotel is in the shade (on the west side of the mountain). Absolutely amazing views and an enormous private terrace. Ravello itself is a little more removed from the Amalfi coast, which made it quieter but also harder to get to, with the bus to Amalfi only running about once an hour during the day. There were a number of very excellent restaurants hiding out all around the town, though. Also quite a lot cooler than at sea level. We were very happy with our stay.

We had booked what was described as a “suite with sea view.” In reality, the accommodation was a small bedroom with no windows, attached to a compact living area that offered only a partial view of the ocean. The bathroom was in poor condition, with visible dampness seeping through the walls, which made the overall experience quite disappointing. When we raised this with the manager and requested a change of room, we were told that the “fine print” clarifies it as a room with a partial sea view. This response was unhelpful and misleading - if that is the case, the listing should clearly state “partial sea view” rather than “suite with sea view.” Overall, the description does not accurately reflect the actual accommodation, and expectations were not met.

This was a fantastic hotel. The staff were so friendly, the rooms were lovely. Breakfast was delicious with many options. The view was absolutely breathtaking!

My wife and I along with my wife’s brother stayed at villa piedimonte in early April 2026. I cannot say enough about the staff and the views at this hotel. The customer service was out of this world amazing, especially from a young lady named Alyssa. She was so helpful and friendly. She told us how to get everywhere, where all the great restaurants were and even where we could do some laundry. Can’t thank her enough but the great part about this hotel is the view. I HIGHLY Recommend is you stay here you book a room with a view. We were in Italy for 2 weeks and our view was by far the best of our trip. Can’t say enough about the hotel! Thank you

1) Pool is not heated and THIS was the main reason I booked this hotel 2) ANTS in my room -- bathroom and bedding 3) Dining experience was depressing -- the menu never changed with too many (4) types of lasagne on the menu. Dining room decor is very cheap and service was slow. No music like other hotels. 4) There was an issue that occurred when the desk clerk would not open the Entry gate while my daughter was standing in the street -- (he) demanded through an intercom to know her Room number -- and she is only nine years old. The same clerk did not apologize and ignored my request to speak to the Manager. 6) No Night Porter for those 6AM flights

Nuestra habitación confort con vistas a mar, era espaciosa con un gran baño y bañera de hidromasaje. las vistas espectaculares. aunque no esta en el centro de Ravello, disponen de un servicio que te aproxima a la ciudad y que te recoge en el caso de necesitarlo, que funciona durante todo el dia y finaliza a las 9.00 hs de la noche. El hotel se encuentra cerca del nuevo auditorio de Ravello, a unos 10 15 minutos andando al centro de Ravello Desayuno correcto y completo. Camas king size super cómodas y buenísima la calidad de la ropa de cama y almohadas.

The service, room layout, views, and extra help from Roberto and Pasquale. The staff was very helpful during booking, working with us to select the right rooms for our party, ones with great views and patios. Also, the morning dining experience was exceptional - great food and service. A parking spot was a huge plus. The rooms we stayed in were nicely appointed and spacious, with spectacular patios. It is a very short walk (8 minutes) up the road to the entrance of Ravello, giving you a access to great restaurants, Villa Cimbrone and Villa Rufallo, and a number of ceramic shops. Casual hikers would love the trek down to Altrani and Amalfi - about an hour and some of the best views and coastal sights you'll experience.

Bathtubs are a little hard to get in and out of. Here is some advice for those new to the area - bus service is a little challenging to get tickets for and taxis to/from Amalfi can reach €150 each way - do your research on making Ravello your jump-off point and be prepared for your journeys.

Great stay and perfect location! The staff was incredible and some of the best I have experienced in all my travels. Always accommodating and made sure the stay was perfect. The rooms were very nice and the views from the balcony were breathtaking! We will definitely stay here again on our travels to Ravello!

Location was very central to the main square. There was also a free shuttle that ran every 30 minutes. Staff was very nice and views were great! Would highly recommend.

The views were amazing. Also the large amount of Orange blossoms/flowers blooming during our stay made every breath an experience itself. Felt like staying in paradise.

All around really great place, the location is a little beneath Ravello center, so walking up/down can be tough. The free breakfast is also pretty basic. They do offer a free shuttle near the town square.

What a beautiful place, fabulous in every aspect

We booked this hotel based on its beautiful photos, but it was nothing like advertised. The room was dirty and full of bugs, with mold on the walls and in the shower. The “view” of a terrace was actually a fake tarp of grass that looked awful. When we tried to resolve the issue, the hotel refused to take responsibility or offer a refund. Their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. We left feeling extremely disappointed. I hope no one else has to go through this — please double-check reviews before booking here.

A nicely located small hotel on the cliffs of Ravello with beautiful views of the coast. They have excellent customer service and you can walk everywhere in Ravello from there. There is a breathtaking small terrace from where you can dine for breakfast or have a snack later in the day. Our room was spacious, airy and had a large deck to view the villages and sea.
