Es un hotel con encanto, y está muy bien ubicado. Terraza con vistas.

Necesita un poco de renovación, habitaciones algo desfasadas y desayuno muy básico.

Hotel con posizione eccellente per visitare Ravello, vicina alle due ville imperdibili e al bellissimo duomo. Accanto c'è la fermata per raggiungere Amalfi Positano ecc...il personale è stato gentile e premuroso. Colazione sia dolce che salata, buona Siamo stati benissimo. Lo consigliamo per tutto!

Personal zwiespältig, erst unfreundlich, dann gab es auch sehr nettes Personal, Kellner unfreundlich, Poolboy =Techniker waren toll und hilfsvereit, Zlmmermädchen Anna auch. Keine Erklärung, wo was ist ( Eingänge, Schwimmbad Konnte am 1. Tag wegen Hochzeit nicht auf Terrasse und erst nach 3 x Beschwerde in den Pool. Zudem war es durch die Hochzeit sehr sehr laut, sogar das. Ravello, Musikfestival wurde dadurch gestört, die Musiker waren abgelenkt. Ich konnte die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen, vor allem weil direkt unter meinem Fenster der Parkplatz war, wo viele Autos parkten, die laut nachts um 1 abgereist sind. Mein Zimmer war schlecht. Direkt unten mit Blick auf den Parkplatz und direkt bei der Müllabfuhr,dIe mIch auch um 3 weckte. Es war sehr sehr laut die ganze Zeit über. Auf meine Beschwerde bei Bookingcom und auch auf meine Beschwerde über das Zimmer und dIe HochzEit wurde mir nur mitgeteilt, das sei das. Economyzimmer. Das wäre so. Sonst passierte nichts.Keine Duschen am Pool bzw.nicht in Betrieb. Wellnessbereich nicht in Betrieb. Terrasse durcheinander mit Liegen und Restaurant, lieblos

La chambre est très claire et propre, salle de bain moderne.. L'hotel correspond à sa description. La situation est pratique pour se promener en ville est pour se déplacer allieurs sans voiture.

Pool war enttäuschend, Frühstück mittelmäßig

Lenyűgöző környezetben, gyönyörű tágas lakrészek. A város zaja egyáltalán nem szűrődik be, mintha egy külön világba kerültünk volna. Minden tiszta és rendezett. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész és maximálisan figyeltek minden igényünkre. A reggeli kiváló.

Il personale!!! Tranne una giovanissima ragazza con gli occhiali deliziosa e il.maitre del ristorante molto cortese.. Gli altri scostumati e insofferenti. Nei vorrifoi non salutano e ti guardano con altezzosità. Hai l'impressione di rivolgerti da colpevole a un comando di polizia Avevamo pre-accordato via email, prima di prenotare, il prolungamento della giornata al ristorante (con costo alla carta) e l'utilizzo della piscina oltre l'orario del check out. m Ci hanno però sfrattato la macchina dal parcheggio per il quale abbiamo pagato ben 35 euro contro le 20 euro dell'anno precedente, senza pre-avvisarci e senza rispondere neanche a parole alla richiesta aiuto a trovare una soluzione alternativa a Ravello, borgo prevalentemente pedonale Erano anche impazienti di mandarci via con l'auto nonostante il check in successivo fosse previsto alle 14 Ancora grazie cara Signorina tatuata e caro parcheggiatore per le vostre "Scortesie per ospiti"

Det var väldigt fint och de hade utmärkt service. Rummen var rena, frukosten var jättebra, utsikten var fantastisk och allt var perfekt.

Het is een prachtig hotel op een super ligging, direct aan de kust en het centrum van Ravello. Het personeel doet heel hard zijn best om je een mooi verblijf te geven.

Het zijn mooie kamers maar die konden netter, er lag heel veel haar op de vloer. Het terras is heel mooi maar oogt een beetje rommelig, er staat van alles door elkaar.

La vue. Personnel assez absent. Hotel sur plusieurs niveaux avec un accueil au 7eme.

Le petit déjeuner était assez bon avec fruits frais , pastèque et melon tranchés. Mais il fallait aller chercher le serveur pour avoir un café ou un thé.

A gem of a hotel! Right in the centre of Ravello with spectacular views over Minori and Maiori, spotless clean, great staff and rooms are absolute quality, we loved everything about this hotel ❤️

From start to finish, our stay was a disaster. The moment we walked into our room, we were hit with a strong mildew smell. We were shown several alternative rooms and ultimately settled on the last one simply because it had functioning air conditioning. Unfortunately, that room wasn't much better. The linens felt damp and rough, and the towels were thin and worn out, more like sandpaper than hotel towels. The property's condition was equally disappointing. Our balcony was overrun with ants and clearly had not been cleaned in quite some time. The outdoor furniture was covered in dirt and bird droppings. The pool was filthy, appeared neglected, and the chlorine levels were so strong they were overwhelming. What was perhaps most frustrating was the staff's apparent indifference. They acted as though the mildew smell, damp linens, and overall condition of the rooms were normal. Given the time of year, finding another hotel at the last minute was nearly impossible, so we felt stuck. Thankfully, we only had to endure one night. The property has the bones to be something great. The location and views are absolutely beautiful, but it desperately needs investment, stronger management, and a renewed focus on cleanliness and guest experience. In the end, the stunning views were not worth a sleepless night and concerns about potential exposure to mildew and mold. I would not stay here again.

We spent 5 days at this lovely hotel to revisit Ravello after several years. The hotel was comfortable and the staff very helpful but dinner in the restaurant was disappointing. We had to leave before breakfast to travel to the airport and the staff provided us with a breakfast box which was a very nice touch

Prachtig uitzicht en zeer goede ligging! Alles was netjes en verzorgd. Lekker gegeten. Valet parking.

De kamer lag op de laagste verdieping waardoor uitzicht belemmerd werd en er veel lawaai was van straat/ verkeer.

The location is very good, best view from the terrace and bedrooms. Probably one of the best places to be in Ravello, close to everything.

This isn't a cheap accommodation, so the poor level of the breakfast options is really not in line with the expectations. Amalfi coast in summer and all you get as fruit choice is pears, apples and kiwis? Kellog cereal and no fat yoghurt and old granola is all you get, if you don't want to eat cornetti (empty ones, no other choice) and meat or eggs. The hotel looked under stuffed, we were made wait for half hour to get towels for swimming pool and our room wasn't serviced until the second day, and we had to ask for it. Leftovers of the bedroom next to ours were left outside in the landing for a whole day. Waiters at breakfast were not friendly, with one being even rude to us in one occasion. It's a real shame because the place could really be a good experience otherwise.

This hotel is very well situated with fantastic views. Ravello is lovely. There is a sense of grandeur with lovely large rooms and high ceilings. The chap who parks the cars and who came (twice) to unlock our safe was fantastic. The lady who checked us in was lovely (although the same couldn’t be said for all reception staff) The croissants and cake at breakfast were fine but didn’t make up for the overall experience I describe below.

There seems to be a lack of staff and some of them clearly hate their job. The breakfast experience alone would be enough to stop us recommending this place to anyone. The first day my wife and I walked into the breakfast room expecting a member of staff to tell us how things work. When the grumpiest man serving walked towards us he immediately looked the other way and walked into the kitchen. There were tables laid in the conservatory which was too hot to be comfortable but none laid inside or on the patio. So we turned over a dirty table cloth and moved place settings ourselves. The only contact with the 2 servers was when we approached them ( they never approached us) to order coffee. There was a wide range of food available at breakfast but it was mostly of poor quality. The yoghurts were very cheap with a nasty colour and unpleasant texture. On one day there were tinned apricots but mostly if you wanted fruit with breakfast you had to peel an apple/pear/kiwi. It would be usual to have some chopped up fruit. The only granola contained chocolate. No nuts/seeds/normal granola available. On the last of our 4 days I laid a table outside with items from the conservatory again - this prompted the first unsolicited approach from the grumpiest server - I was told off for using lunchtime napkins instead of breakfast napkins - how was I to know? We didn’t eat in the restaurant except for the included breakfast because we didn’t want to risk another awful experience. We parked our car at the hotel for 4 days - I thought €140 for 4 days was quite steep but may be normal for the Amalfi coast. Our room was over £300 per night which would have been fine if the staff were more chirpy and present and the breakfast wasn’t so awful.

We were there for a family wedding. The staff were helpful, attentive and welcoming. Although the restaurant staff could work on being more customer friendly. The rooms were well equipped with fabulous views over the coastline. As the hotel is set into the hillside there are two receptions. One on floor 7 and the car entrance on lower ground.. It was a pretty hotel in a very desirable location. If I return to Ravello I would stay there.

Fantastische Lage mit tollem Ausblick sehr kurzer Weg zur Altstadt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück war auch gut und das Highlight ist die Frühstücksterasse mit Blick auf das Meer.

Licht mit Bewegungsmelder auf dem Weg ins Bad. Für nachts recht unpraktisch.

Had lunch here while on a tour of The Amalfi coast, very disappointed in the food. The location was great which almost made up for the food. We ordered an entrecôte steak med rare but it when it came it was so thin and overcooked it was like a slice of roast beef and tough. Overpriced for what we received

Beautiful hotel & outstanding room with a sea view. Very comfortable bed & soft pillows. Loved the bathroom with marble surround bath & a walk in shower with side jets. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Also enjoyed the outside/inside swimming pool & found the jets for the jacuzzi. Wished we had realised that the main entrance is in the same road as where the bus dropped us as we pulled our cases up lots of steps to the back of the hotel re Google 😀 Would definitely stay there again as it really made our holiday.

Beautiful old building in the center of town... great location, near restaurants & shopping.

Poorly managed facility. Bathtub slippery & difficult to enter & exit because of high sides. Air conditionier had to be controlled by front desk. Poor restaurant.

Gediegene und exklusive Einrichtung. Wunderbarer Blick auf das Meer. Busstation fast vor dem Hotel. Zentrum 3 Gehhminuten. Erwähnenswert wären 2 Herren vom Personal, die sich wirklich bemüht haben, uns den Aufenthalt schöner zu gestalten: Herr Arthur und Herr Eugenio. Die Beiden waren der Einzige Lichtblick vom Personal.

Personal eines 4 Sterne Hotels nicht würdig. Ab 09:00 wurde beim Frühstücksbuffet nichts mehr nachgereicht. In der einen Woche von unserem Aufenthalt gab es nur Toast. Swimmingpool nicht sehr gepflegt.

We thought we paid to much for its location. Getting anywhere was inconvenient and costly. It’s a place to visit for few hours or stay 1 night maximum The bathroom are dated. They are not senior friendly. The tubs are 24 inches high. No grab bars. Unsafe.

This hotel was very poor quality for the cost. The room and hotel generally were tired. The towels were thin and scratchy after a lukewarm. The restaurant floor was filthy. (It really shouldn’t be that hard to keep an outside tile floor clean.) The included breakfast was mediocre at best.

Très bonne localisation, sa piscine et son sauna. Nous avons trouvé que tous les avis précédents étaient assez négatif sur cet établissement. Nous avons trouvé totalement le contraire. C’était une très belle étape.

I had 3 nights here between 08 & 11 Sep 2025. Whilst it is a little tired the rooms are good and the location is also very good. The staff are friendly but very very casual. Scruffy and not very attentive. We booked a transfer back to Naples Airport on 09 Sep for the morning of 11 Sep. I was stood at reception when the receptionist booked it. We agreed a price and he told me the drivers name but not that it was the key bit of information I needed to retain. He wrote nothing down (perhaps my mistake). No car arrived, I went and asked, they said they were sorting. 30mins later still nothing sorted. Eventually they got a car booked for no fixed price and it arrived later than they said it would. If you want the views visit the restaurant at lunchtime. There are so many options where to stay in Revllo pick somewhere else to stay.

Only had lunch here at the rooftop restaurant. The food was good but it was the view of the Amalfi Bay that was spectacular.

Location and beautiful views

Restaurant is expensive and quality of food isnt great. Iron is not provided for guests, if you want to iron something you have to send it to the laundry and pay for it. Bed mattress is foam and isnt too comfortable as it dips through the night. Staff tell you they will check for something and then dont reply back.

Oh my gosh! I went away on business and was at this hotel for a night. This hotel is SO lovely! The staff are nice and friendly! It is nice and clean but the room I stayed in was ABSOLUTELY MASSIVE! I walked into the room and the bathroom was so nice, I saw a sofa to the right which was MASSIVE and then I turned left to see the bed which was so comfy to sleep on! I then turned to see that I had a balcony which I saw the Amalfi Coast! I've never been to this part of Italy so this was such a beautiful experience! I think the next time I go back I would love to take my family with me. The surroundings of the area are beautiful with coffee shops and restaurants not too far from the hotel. Definitely a 10/10!

When researching where to stay in Ravello, I was unsure if I should book here, but I’m glad I did. Is the hotel aging? In a way yes but I find that is all the Amalfi coast accommodation unless you want to pay a lot of money for something new. The pool was lovely to cool down in and enjoy a swim on the very hot days we had. Our room was spacious and clean. The staff were lovely, when we would arrive at the restaurant for breakfast, they had already set up our table with a baby chair knowing we used it the day before, we liked the breakfast, great coffee, a lot of options - eggs, fresh fruit, meat and cheese, cereals, pastries. Location is also great to explore Ravello. We would stay here again
